Individualized?

The Force is Strong With This One
Taking from what the Cassiopaeans have said about us "literally possessing, within your consciousness profile, all the power that exists within all of Creation", it sometimes seems to me, through my own spiritual path, that what is revealed to each of through our 'quests' is that our internal realities are different.

Of all of the experiences and journeys I have done (shamanic journeys), whenever I feel comfortable enough to share these personal insights with other people, I most often receive the negative responses, though usually ambivalent. Which does not help me to want to share further. Even when I began the same process of journeying with a friend, our experiences, though exercises were the same, were vastly different. Whatever 'spirit' we met and whatever 'message' we were told, was always different. Though there may have been some similarities.

I have often struggled with the idea that one's own world view, through lessons learned, can be so different from anyone else's. I want to find similar world views, I want to find someone who has seen or been told the same things.

It has helped that many of the things that I am learning from reading the Cassiopaean transcripts mirror many of the things I have learned through my journeys. It helps, but the island affect is still very much present; always looking for a bridge or a drifting boat carrying someone who has heard the same rumors, the same stories.

At the same time, at its most basic level, it would seem that we do carry similar ideas and concepts about our whole realities, shared and unshared.

We know that the observer affect from Quantum Theory and Relativity bounce back these ideas of perception and the relativity of experiences based solely on each individual through their sensations and own internal consciousness.

But, I always wonder just how different are our own views, or own realities, that separates us; whether this separation is an illusion or not, either way, everything is an illusion, so we are kind of stuck in the same hall of mirrors seeing different shaped reflections. Though we stand together, we are separate, but that separation is an illusion, so there must be something that connects us; aside from being 3D entities and being human.

Any thoughts?

My perspective might be like saying that each individual is 'always becoming, never arriving' and we are all at different "points". Commonality might best be discovered, not by concretizing more ideas within the mass of our current mindset, but discovering and removing the blinders that limit our sensory bandwidth to a very narrow range.

How much do you know about quantum science?

I began reading about Quantum Theory in High School, so pretty much getting the basics down here and there since. At that time I was trying to understand String Theory, and you can't get to that point without understanding something of the Quantum world.

I understand the wave function of particles, the duality of wave and point particles; I can understand at a basic level the current Standard Model of particles. I am enamored by the understanding of quantum tunneling and quantum entanglement. I, a few years ago, read a book about Quantum Evolution; very fascinating!

I will admit that the actual mathematics escapes me tremendously, I only got as far as Calculus 2 in college. I have tried to pick up advanced mathematics on many occasions, but I only get so far. The concepts are easy to understand, and I can visualize the actions of particles and other material easily enough to feel out what these theories are trying to say about 'reality'. I don't understand all of it, just yet, but I am waiting for the next round of blooming obsession (which is usually how I bounce myself forward in new, yet old, material).

I am sure that there are new theories and explanations, especially since what I was reading about was during the Golden Age of Quantum Mechanics.

I agree with your point about all of us, individually, are "always becoming, never arriving". I feel like I am always walking through one door only to approach another, which will only open once I am ready for whatever is waiting behind it. Which is definitely how I got here!

Thank you very much for your response!

Wow! Sounds like you may know your way around a wavicle or two!

In that case, you may also find Motion Mountain useful if you're currently unfamiliar with it:

Are you familiar with the Strand Model? I hear they're still waiting for a single instance of contradiction in order to scrap the whole mess. Personally, I'm not sure what to think yet...just watching and waiting:

I should think one of the many useful studies a person can do is to understand how pervasive is anthropomorphism, anthropocentrism and anthropocentric models of reality. Wonder what a Betelgeusean would say about how Earth humans tend to view everything, in general?

The Work helps us understand our multiplicity of "I's" and I think if one can reach this point and come to terms with this, one would more quickly reach an understanding that reality/Nature measures herself in and out of existence. As the Fourth Way teaches, Man does nothing because man is not "one" until he uses will to become unified. This is how I currently understand it. :)

Maybe we need first to understand that there's a difference between wanting others to see and experience what we do and working to achieve objectivity which is the only possible state in which beings start to share a common and real understanding.

Objectivity

From the viewpoint of esoteric work, truth or objectivity should be one's principal goal, in other words 'knowing God.' The study of the universe cannot be entirely separated from this. However, for esoteric purposes we cannot use criteria of knowledge directly copied from natural science. The internal nature of the work requires a certain openness and good faith or at least suspension of disbelief. After this, internal verification of esoteric precepts may be possible. Because of the personal and experiential nature of many observations, making an effort at objectivity is even more important than in natural sciences where this objectivity is more readily verifiable.

QFS links the quest for objectivity to the duality between service to others and service to self. Pronounced subjectivity or wishful thinking are seen as hallmarks of STS. If thoughts or a general internal disposition of observers affects reality, then the QFS proposes that this happen as follows: Observation which corresponds to reality creates order in the observer/observed system. Observation which disagrees with reality reduces the amount of order and adds to the entropy of the observer/observed system. Order and entropy are opposites. Entropy corresponds to loss of information and of consciousness, order corresponds to creation. By attempting to force their own conception of reality on the universe, magicians and wishful thinkers in fact add to chaos and dissolution. Any creation compatible with the service to others polarity must start with recognition of what is and needs to take action based on this, not based on a partial reading. The type of action may be freely chosen, depending on which polarity the actor decides to be aligned with.

And then:

Colinearity

In QFS discourse, colinearity means going in the same direction. Colinear people have a natural tendency to head in the same direction. Colinearity does not imply sameness of experience or equal level of knowledge or advancement but it does imply seeking in the same fundamental direction. The word is most often used in the context of aspiring to be of service to others.

As people work in a collinear direction, they acquire similar experiences and understandings. In general, esoteric work strives to increase one's objectivity. Thus the world and its effects, as well as the workings of the self appear increasingly in a common light to people following collinear paths.

As people near the esoteric circle of humanity, they reach a point where one can no longer both understand and disagree. This is a natural effect born of seeing the world as it is and has nothing to do with compulsion or any imposed set of beliefs.

Thus colinearity with the Work or QFS starts with usually a vague questing for something higher and develops into personally verified experiential knowledge.

Colinearity is not a fixed given. People may start with the idea of their colinearity with the Work but experience may demonstrate that they in fact seek something else. Even in such a case, the seeker has made definite constatations on the self.

Colinearity is tied with the concept of immutable nature or 'consciousness director.' This inner nature predisposes one for expressing service to others or service to self. People with different consciousness directors may study together but they will interpret what they find differently. Knowing the same information does not thus make colinearity, nor does any regime or schedule of work make colinearity. Preexisting colinearity can however manifest through knowing the same information and/or working together.

Synergy is more likely to occur in a colinear group than in a non-colinear one, we could say that synergy is not the same thing as colinearity but may be its result.

Colinearity at an advanced level may lead to people forming a group in the esoteric sense, as is alluded to in the New Testament when speaking of the congregation being the body of Christ. What is gained or lost by one is gained and lost by all and where the head goes there follows the body. Also, such a group may hold more of the "stuff of knowledge" or "being" than the individuals composing it separately, thus it may be "wiser" or more "intelligent" than its constituents. We note that the esoterically colinear group is a rare special case, since ordinary groups tend to condense around the lowest common denominator.
