Part something i saw in a dream, part other impressions made on me by diferent things.

wow...! i like it , STS in the roots? i mean they look like they're imploding , STO on the branches? the look like flames light , flowing outward ; the place where the roots are looks dark , shady , cold ; right where the painting splits i see the light reflecting back from what seems to be the ground(?) , up in the branches it feels free, like airless .
that's kind of how i got to the conclusion of STS and STO , balance , the difference between each , i like it! :)

Urgh what a horrible image host :/ slow as hell and wants me to install things... haven't seen the pic yet ;(

Btw _http://www.imageshack.us is a pretty good host (reliable without too many adds or asking to install stuff).

When i tried to open the link, my computer detected a virus. I had to close it.

I tried another time and i did have the same result.

Sorry about that, i just posted it in the first site that poped up in a search.

Here is a new link in the imageshack site

Green_Manalishi, can you edit the first post and delete/replace the link? :)
btw I liked your drawing. a tree that roots up from a spider web. I don't know what it represents but I like the colors.

Yeah, that first post is going to mess up anyone's computer who doesn't have updated antivirus software.

That is a very cool picture though.

I really like it, specially the simplistic style of it. (patterns, forms)

The tail of the comet looks from the distant, as if something is forming/living in the tail itself imo.
What comes to my mind is somehow M.C. Escher and his works: "Metamorphosis"

nice work Green Manalishi! :D it looks detailed... is there any way for you to post a higher-resolution version of the image?

Thanks.

I´ll try to make a higher resolution pic of it.

Yes, after I started drawing it, I remembered that work from M.C. Escher, and in time perhaps I will continue to draw more things to the right/left.

I really like the work of M.C. Escher, especially the drawings where there are like two realities/two ways of seeing it, where we don't really known where is up and down, or if we are looking to a underwater or overwater representation.

I have the impression that M.C. Escher is one of those characters that didn't say everything he knew, a bit like Charles H. Fort.

I love it! The forms and colors are really powerful. The word "Will" comes to mind when I look at it.

On Escher: I remember reading that he was influenced by gnostic duality, among many other interesting things I'll bet.
