Everything is hard, that's what the work is about.
It's all online, you can translate bits to Russian and read little by little. There is no rush, everybody does it at his own rhythm and it's a long process, even for those who read English. In any case, it's better to learn slowly than doing nothing.

To do what you are wanting to do may require you to start by questioning the classifications you are already familiar with. When I feel confused, I go outside and associate with nature for awhile to feel grounded again.
