Tevdovski: Referendum campaign funds earmarked from state reserves

80 million denars (€1,300,000) in funds for the referendum campaign are earmarked from state reserves and it won’t cause a rebalance of the budget, Finance Minister Dragan Tevdovski said Friday.

Since Parliament is the body that has proposed the referendum, by law it has the right to use the money, according to him.

“I believe a call has been issued to all parliamentary groups to declare whether the MPs will be included in the campaign. We (Finance Ministry) singled out funds from the national budget,” Tevdovski said answering journalist questions in Veles.

Referendum: SDSM and Zaev to spend 1.5m euros taxpayers money on media propaganda | MINA Report

Gnasa.jpg

Wouldn’t you know it… once again MINA didn’t qualify to get money from the SDSM junta, our coverage of their criminal activities apparently had something to do with it.

But the weird thing is, our coverage did not sit well with the DPNE either when they were in power. We got an email from them once asking us to be “more fair” to them. Yes, fairness for the people who signed the Przino agreement and removed themselves from power.

And this the problem with Macedonian media, Macedonia and Macedonians in general. The speed with which our people sell out can easily make the Guinness book of records. But, more on that below.

Today, the SDSM junta announced they are spending 80m denars, roughly 1.5m euros just on pro-referendum media propaganda. The money will go to “media” willing to peddle and push brainwashing propaganda supporting the name change. In addition to local media, money will be spent on social media in an effort to reach and influence as many people as possible. But, by far the most interesting thing was a group of fake patriots (Janko Bachev, Solza Grcheva…) who urged everyone to boycott the referendum. Impressive right? But once they found out would not get any money from the junta to ‘keep them quiet’, now they are complaining how are the funds split, and see the procedure as ‘unfair’. In other words, patriots if you pay us, otherwise we’re not.

Not surprisingly, there are some heated exchanges between fake patriots and the few real patriots, which aren’t many left, most are (still) in prison on ‘terrorism’ charges which include and this is not a joke “singing of the Macedonian anthem” in Parliament.

While the SDSM junta is preparing their propaganda drive, MINA did its own research. We have spoken to at least 200 people in various neighborhoods in Skopje, but also in Kumanovo, a short drive away.

In Skopje, we can report that 90+% of the people we spoke to will boycott the referendum. In Kumanovo, the number is less, but still over 75% of people would boycott.

Mickoski went as far as to call the people who will vote for name change so small, their percentage would be considered ‘statistical error’. But the junta has different plans…

Alibi for massacre of media: Critical writing about the referendum, Dimitrov says it’s orchestrated spreading fake news

Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov says the Government receives assistance from the US Department of State in dealing with cyber attacks and spreading fake news.

I can briefly say that we have excellent cooperation with the US Department of State in many spheres including strengthening the administrative capacities of our government and the ministries but also including this issue,” Dimitrov said answering a journalist’s question whether at the meetings at the US Department of State he received technical or practical assistance from the US to the Macedonian government to deal with cyber attacks, to prevent undermining the Agreement with Greece and obstructing the referendum.

Dimitrov said that fake news in the pre-referendum period were orchestrated.

I do not know if they come from one centre, but there are often messages that target vulnerable problems; targeting interethnic relations, fueling hatred. We must face that reality and work every day to cope with this challenge,” the minister said.

“Republika” published on Thursday that political centers of power exert pressure on the news portal. Our information is that this is a serious political pressure from the Government on “Republika” to reduce the influence on public opinion ahead of the referendum on changing the constitutional name of the Republic of Macedonia.

Republika.png

In the meantime, there are constant warnings that the comments and profiles of persons calling for the # boycott of the referendum on changing the constitutional name of the Republic of Macedonia are being deleted, and the pages of media criticizing the policies of the ruling government are also being removed.

On September 30, a referendum will be held in the Republic of Macedonia on changing the constitutional name of the country and erasing the identity.

US Postal Service issued stamps honoring Macedonian revolutionaries – in 1928 | MINA Report

The Macedonian Ilinden Uprising is considered a geopolitical event of world proportions. Not surprisingly, the US postal service honored the late Macedonian revolutionaries with stamps back in 1928.

The stamps feature Delchev, Toshev, Gruev, Aleksandrov, including a map of undivided Macedonia with Aegean and Pirin Macedonia.

One can imagine Borisov and Tsipras will enjoy this.

97% of Macedonian diaspora to boycott referendum for name change | MINA Report

diaspora.jpg

Out of the 87,750 Macedonians abroad with the right to vote, thus far only 2,855 have registered in consular offices. The largest number came from Bern, Switzerland (321) where Zaev recently met with Albanians promising them more rights in Macedonia.

Other cities where citizens have registered to vote include Venice (258), Ljubljana (217), Brussels (71), Rome (51), Washington (45) and Abu Dhabi (26).

Looking at these numbers, it’s clear the diaspora is overwhelmingly boycotting the upcoming referendum. Macedonian analyst are quite certain the Zaev’s Government is working 24/7 on ballot staffing and all sorts of fraud, however, it is mission impossible at this point to net 84,000 (97%) of the votes that are boycotting.

MoI: We're monitoring the general situation, not 'Macedonia Boycotting'

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has denied allegations that the police were monitoring people boycotting the referendum after boycott organizers recently made these claims in their response to an interview given by Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski for MIA.

Denying the allegations issued by the Macedonia Boycotting headquarters, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has dismissed them as speculations based on a spin of Spasovski's statements.

"In the interview," the Ministry's press release reads, "Minister Spasovski clearly says that he, just like all citizens of Macedonia, is following current developments regarding the referendum, that is, the positions of all political structures related to the referendum.

"This includes the 'Boycotting' platform, which has a legitimate right to their own position. Citizens, just like Spasovski, are following political developments, which does not mean police surveillance, as some like to manipulatively speculate."

The Ministry, the release states, strongly denies these allegations, adding that if this platform wants to attract public attention, it should find ways other than spreading lies and misinformation.

Poll shows 80% of Macedonian voters will boycott Referendum | MINA Report

New poll run by daily Republika shows 80% of the voters will boycott the referendum, while 9% will vote against it, 8% will vote for it, and 3% have not made up their mind.

Nearly 3000 voters took part in the poll.

What DPNE clowns are financing… | MINA Report

We’ve repeatedly pointed out that no one in Macedonia, certainly no political party represents Macedonians. Of that we see proof on daily basis.

First, the DPNE quit Parliament, but Governor Baily made them go back to it just in time when the SDS was “passing” the laws for name change, the language law etc etc.

Then, we saw a split within the DPNE, where (one) MP from the getgo stated the Referendum must be boycotted – and that man was Miloshoski. The Tetovo born MP seems to be a one man show. Is this why he was the first target of the SDS junta who placed a bomb at his parents home? Is Miloshoski not a good fit for the new structure in the DPNE, a structure that includes morons the likes of Aleksandar Nikoloski?

Meanwhile, in the beginning of August, Mickoski stated he would vote “no” in the referendum. You can’t get more bought than this. After pressure from the public to boycott the referendum, Mickoski now claims he is holding ‘strategic’ discussions within the party and will decide soon. Hopefully the discussions are a bit more strategic than our relationship with our so called ‘strategic partners’.

The fact that the DPNE has to allegedly discuss whether to commit national suicide is truly disturbing, but not surprising if one looks at their political audit trail since 2010…

And if you need a bit more evidence where they stand, here is MakTel describing the passing of our legend and great Macedonian patriot Vanco Petrushevski.

MakTel is financed by DPNE Vice President Mitko Janchev and Gruevski’s cousin and DPNE icon Sasho Mijalkov.

Legendary Macedonian actor and patriot Vanco Petrusevski dies after mishap with electricity | MINA Report

vanco.jpg

-I just found out that the legend of our Macedonian Drama and Theater, Vanco Petrushevski, tragically lost his life. Rest in peace Ramche. We will additionally inform you about the commemoration and the funeral, wrote on his Facebook profile the director of the Drama Theater.

While the cause of death hasn’t been reported, MINA found Vanco tragically lost his life after doing electric repairs at his home.
Vanco was well known to the Macedonian public and beyond.

He participated in a number of radio drama projects, television dramas, series and the like. He is known for his roles in Macedonian folk tales. In 2016 he won the State Award October 11 for achievement in the field of art and culture.

Petrushevski was also a great patriot and publicly proclaimed his strong opposition to changing Macedonia’s name.

Users on social already shares his last year’s words:

“Only with our endurance we’ll win. If we have to, we’ll lie here one by one around Parliament and we will defend our homeland!”

The one and only, Ramche…

EU tries to scare Macedonian citizens: If you don’t vote… bad, bad, bad | MINA Report

Soros appointees within the EU are getting increasingly nervous as new polls keep showing majority Macedonians will undoubtedly boycott the upcoming illegal referendum.

Former casino manager and current EU Commissioner Johannes Hahn issued a statement while visiting Drach (Albania) that if Macedonians don’t vote in the referendum, they would face isolation. According to Hahn, Macedonia was already isolated, but now thanks to the SDSM criminal junta backed by Hahn, the country was doing better!? It appears Macedonians were so isolated with the previous leadership, they weren’t even aware of it.

Hahn proclaimed “With voting in the referendum, there will be higher living standard and EU integration in the future”. The sad reality however is, with the arrival of the SDSM, the Macedonian standard of living has already dipped by 7% with zero FDI (foreign direct investments).

In coordinated scaremongering, Baily’s assistant and MANU traitor Vlado Kambovski issued a stern warning people would be prosecuted if they boycotted the referendum! Such idiotic statement from self appointed academic baffled legal experts, considering Kambovski himself spent his entire life in the law profession. Dozens of law professors and MPs hit back at Kambovski that the only thing illegal is the referendum, not the choice people would make whether to vote or not.

Kambovski has major ties to the US Embassy, so his foolish and desperate remark was expected. But it also shows the level of panic among local quislings and their bosses.

Zaev: Macedonia rarely gets such a chance - to join the European family

SDSM so far has no projection of how much money it will spend on the referendum campaign, but all the money that will be spent from the budget on this purpose will be solely and exclusively for lease of media space, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said today in Kriva Palanka, where he attended the celebration of the Christian holiday Assumption of the Mother of God in the monastery St. Joakim Osogovski.

-Here I would like to clear up something- it's not money that will be given to MPs. The way those funds will be distributed is according to who is "for" and who "against" the referendum, according to the lawmakers themselves, said Zaev.

According to him, SDSM will try to enter into a coalition with many political parties for the referendum, therefore the budget will depend on the coalition.

- But I do not believe that it will take more than 300-400 thousand euros, because the referendum itself is not like parliamentary elections and does not require a lot of campaign expenses, the prime minister explained.

"Our intention is to refer the referendum to what is a more pleasant and attractive atmosphere for the citizens, different from any other electoral processes."

Asked whether it was legitimate for the parties to call for a boycott of the referendum, Zaev clarified that he wanted everyone in the country to be able to state their opinion, but that Macedonia rarely gets such a chance to enter the European family.

- ‘Reaching a (name) agreement after 27 years with Greece on such a sensitive matter was not easy. However this agreement has opened the EU doors for our economic prosperity, preservation of the territorial integrity of our tiny country,’ Zaev said, expressing belief that the referendum will be successful.

Vankovska: It is scandalous that ambassadors participate in campaign in which even the government must not lie and force people!

It is ABSOLUTELY irrelevant that Zbogar did not name the Macedonian language! But it is SCANDALOUS that ambassadors participate in the campaign within the IMMEDIATE DEMOCRACY, where citizens decide on their own, and even their government must not lie or force them! Classical interference in the internal affairs with fake promises that Zbogar could not even sell to Slovenian citizens, University Professor Biljana Vankovska wrote on Facebook.

Zaev begs VMRO-DPMNE: Criticize us about the agreement with Greece, but vote in the referendum

Following Wednesday evening’s meeting of parties who support the name deal with Greece and the referendum, Prime Minister and SDSM leader Zoran Zaev said he expects more supporters to join the ‘United for European Macedonia’ coalition.

“The point of this coalition,” MP Zaev said on Thursday, “is to create a movement in support of the referendum and its success. We urge citizens to vote for a European Macedonia, for the future, and for Macedonia’s integration processes into NATO and the EU by supporting the name deal with Greece.

He apologized to anyone who did not receive an official invitation, saying that all parties were welcome to join.

“Everyone is invited, to the smallest political subjects. It would be best if all of Macedonia stands united around this campaign, so it’s an open invitation, even to the opposition. If we’re all for NATO and the EU, we will contribute to a successful referendum by achieving a turnout of more than 900,000 voters,” PM Zaev said.

Criticize us for the agreement with Greece, but do not miss this chance. I know that VMRO-DPMNE is for European Macedonia, and therefore I urge it to join us on that road. We have built a strong coalition with the participation of over 100 subjects from all walks of life, who accept change and hope, who believe in the future of Macedonia”, said Zaev.

The ‘United for European Macedonia’ political parties have agreed to call on citizens to come out on Sept. 30 and vote Yes in the upcoming name referendum.

Appellate court confirms Zaev’s crime in Strumica: “Republika” wins legal battle in “Carevi Kuli” complex case

република.png

The court decision is in favor of “Republika”, which confirmed that the medium did not slander anyone unfounded. The documents and photographs we have published show that the hotel complex has been legalized illegally.

The second-instance court upheld the verdict of the first-instance court, the Basic Court Skopje 2, and dismissed the appeals of Koce Ristovski and Vanga Ristovska as unfounded.

carevi-kuli-apelacija.png

“Carevi Kuli” is an illegal construction legalized in a criminal way with the signature of Zoran Zaev, at that time, 2013, Mayor of the Municipality of Strumica. The texts for this criminal affair published in the weekly magazine “Republika” in 2016 are not subject to “insult and defamation”, as they wanted to show, but a text supported by documents, which introduces the public to the way the municipality works, and that has been confirmed by the judges of the Basic Court and the Court of Appeal.

“Carevi Kuli” is the municipality’s crime that the public needs to know about.

The legalization of “Carevi Kuli”, a hotel complex in Strumica, with the signature of Zoran Zaev as mayor, is an illegal act. The “Carevi Kuli” complex has been built on state property after the adoption of the Law on the Treatment of Illegally Built Buildings, which entered into force on March 1. Both the First Instance Court and the Court of Appeal rejected the submissions that it was an insult and defamation, in which the court confirmed the allegations of “Republika”, written on several occasions in the weekly magazine “Republika”, in which, on the basis of evidence, it was shown that it is about a classical crime and corruption in the municipality of Strumica, managed at that time by Zoran Zaev as mayor.

"Simply, the law comes into force on March 1, 2011 (published in Official Gazette No. 23 on February 24, 2011), and the number for legalization of illegal construction is reserved after the law entered into force. At the moment when the law comes into force, there is no object on the plot."

Although the law refers to buildings completely built before March 1, 2011, “Carevi Kuli” started to be built after March 1, 2011, and on the basis of the reserved number, the building is legalized with the signature of Zoran Zaev in the capacity of Mayor of the Municipality of Strumica, on July 3, 2013.

In the first instance verdict, the Court considers that “the emphasis is put on the reckless work of the local government bodies in Strumica”, thus “the work of the local self-government is a matter of public interest and the citizens need to know and have the right to know how the local self-government works”.

First instance verdict – Koce and Vanga Ristovski – Prva Republika HERE

“The court holds the opinion that the photos published by “Republika” that clearly show that one photo is from March 10, 2011, photographed via the application Google earth, the object has not even started construction, while the other photo from September 4, 2013, also photographed via the same application, the “Carevi Kuli” complex has already been built,” the court’s decision said, adding that it was not a matter of insult and slander.

carevi-kuli-1.jpg
This decision was confirmed by the second instance court, the Skopje Court of Appeal, who says the appeal is unfounded.

carevi-kuli-apelacija-1.png
Second instance verdict – Koce and Vanga Ristovski – Prva Republika HERE

“The appealed verdict is clear and comprehensible with sufficient reasons for the decisive facts,” then adds: “The complaint is groundless for an incorrect and incomplete appeal procedure”.

“Carevi Kuli” – a case that shook Strumica under Zaev

The documents and photos that “Republika” publihed show that Strumica Mayor Zoran Zaev legalized a building – a hotel complex that was built after the legal deadline of March 2011. Again, it is a businessman who is well known to Zaev and the municipal administration as the owner of a company that often receives municipal tenders. After the Law on Legalization solved the problem of “Global”, for which he was pardoned, does Zaev abuse the law for his associates? – This is the case of “Carevi Kuli that “Republika” published in July 2016. This was followed by a series of disagreements, defamation charges …

What is it about “Carevi Kuli”?

With the signature of the mayor of Strumica, Zoran Zaev, the hotel complex “Carevi Kuli” was legalized on July 3. The decision on determining the legal status of the illegal object states that a certain Ristovski Koce from Strumica has filed a request with a certain number from September 9, 2011 for the legalization of the hotel complex, supported by a geodetic report for special purposes, with four buildings, the first one with an apartment registered with number 1 on the ground floor of 260 square meters, auxiliary room of seven square meters and apartment number 2 on the floor with an area of 222 square meters.

The second building has two apartments with a residential area of 20 and 15 square meters, the third building has five apartments with 15 to 20 square meters, while the building number 4 has a residential area of 16 square meters. They are all on the ground floor.

заев.png

Or, according to the document for legalization, the applicant Ristovski Koce from Strumica submitted a request for establishing the legal status of illegal objects, a hotel complex, marked in the geodetic report as building no. 1 with height P + 1, ground floor and first floor, and building no. 2, 3 and 4 with height P (ground floor), with purpose B5 – hotel complexes, KP no. 7895/2 in KO Strumica, registered in property list no. 14614, with a total area of 645 square meters.

According to the Decision, the applicant brought a geodetic report, a bill for paid electricity from 28 February 2011 by EVN Macedonia; then a property list for the parcel, owned by the Republic of Macedonia, and with the right to use the PE for management of pastures – Skopje. Among the submitted documents are the Minutes from the on-site inspection on 23 January 2013, the Council’s Decision of 6 June 2013 for determining the need for adoption of urban planning documentation for harmonizing the purpose of the land, as well as the Urban consent of 27 June 2013. The Mayor of the Municipality of Strumica, after examining the submitted documentation, concluded that the conditions for adopting a decision for determining the legal status of the illegal building were fulfilled, says the hand-signed document by Zoran Zaev on 03 July 2013.

And all this would be fair and normal if the Law on legalization of illegal buildings did not include the part that the subject of legalization could be building that were built, that is, existed before March 1, 2011. Or precisely, as it is stated in the law, the condition is that the building that needs to be legalized to be built by March 3, 2011.

And after the writings of “Republika” works are ongoing on the site. And while the court dispute between the owners of “Carevi Kuli” and “Republika” was taking place, the Google Earth footage of July 9, 2016, and April 9, 2018, shows that the cutting of the forest continued, so the possibility to build a new building in that place is not excluded.

carevi-kuli-9-7-2016.jpg

carevi-kuli-9-4-2018.jpg

Will the competent institutions finally investigate the case “Carevi Kuli” and check that all legal provisions are respected during the legalization of this building ?! Will the Financial Police, the Construction Inspection, the Cadastre, the Prosecutor’s Office conduct an investigation … Will it be determined whether the legalization of a building made after March 2011 had been legalized according to legal provisions valid for buildings constructed by March 2011 ?!

Zaev takes money from budget to tip Macedonian teachers $20 to vote in referendum | MINA Report

Over 2,000 people have been hired “short term” across Macedonia, particularly in the capital. The short term means the hires are done with one goal in mind, to obtain referendum attendance.

But that’s not all, the Government announced earlier today, thousands of teachers across the country will obtain a $20 monthly increase in their salaries, however, this increase is meant as ‘short term’ as well. Meaning the increase may take place just for the end of next month, which of course happens to be same date as the referendum.

99m denars have been allocated for this increase, according to a Government spokesman.

Meanwhile, Zaev continues to slip up in public and already announced the fraudulent referendum. In 2015, 10 days before the terrorist attack in Kumanovo, Zaev said ‘there will be blood in the streets very soon’, and this morning stated there will be 903,000 votes. He is quite precise in his predictions…

Skopje mayor: Crime is way up because we released over 800 Criminals from prison | MINA Report

Addressing the Mayor of the City of Skopje, Petre Shilegov, DPNE Councilor Svetlana Kolaric said that one of the competencies of the mayor is the common and systematic solution of the City of Skopje to be safe. She further revealed that Mayor Shilegov, in a conversation with her, admitted that the crime has increased substantially, and this was normal considering the government has released from jail over 800 criminals who are now forcing citizens to live in fear.

“Make sure I’m telling the truth and check the reports. 3-4 months ago outside the municipal building I asked you that I am worried about what is happening in the city of Skopje. You know what you told me: “It’s normal to have robberies because we freed over 800 criminals. They are accustomed to stealing, to kill and to return to prison again,” said Kolaric.

Kolaric, through a personal example, added that the apartment in which she lives has been robbed, including another five flats in the same building. She also pointed out that 40 families living in the same street were robbed in the Pripor area. In addition, she cited the daily plundering of pharmacies where employees were traumatized and unable to do their job.

MOC tells Zaev not to change the constitutional name, language, identity and unitary character of the state

mpc.jpg

The Holy Synod of the Macedonian Orthodox Church (MOC) is against Zaev and his anti-state policy for changing the name of the Republic of Macedonia and stands in defense of the name of the state. The Synod appeals to the state institutions to preserve the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, the constitutional name, the identity, the language and the unitary character of the state.

Namely, with the 2017 decision of the Holy Synod of the MOC published in the official newspaper of our Orthodox Church a decision was made with which the MOC stands in defense of the name of the state, its identity, language and unitary character of the Republic of Macedonia.

mpc-sinod-ime.jpg

The Macedonian Orthodox Church notes that they reaffirm existing unchanged positions that refer to the no changes to the constitutional name of the Republic of Macedonia, the constitutional position of the Macedonian language, the unitary character of the Republic of Macedonia, and not to deviate from the Macedonian national identity.

This positiuon of the MOC is in full cohesion with the Macedonian national interests and contrary to the policy of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, which pushes the capitulation agreement for changing the name of the Republic of Macedonia.

Will the timer count the criminal legalization of “Carevi Kuli”?

A countdown timer was installed on Porta Macedonia late on Thursday, which is one of the projects that Zaev promised during the election campaign over the money that will be returned to the state budget.

“A timer will be installed as soon as the first effective court verdict that somebody stole money from the state is issued”, Zaev announced.

Given the fact that the second instance court upheld the verdict of the first instance court, the Basic Court Skopje 2, and dismissed the the complaints of plaintiffs Koce Ristovski and Vanga Ristovska as unfounded, confirmed the writings of “Republika” that the hotel complex “Carevi Kuli” is an illegal construction legalized in a criminal manner with the signature of Zoran Zaev, at that time, 2013, mayor of the municipality of Strumica. The texts about this criminal affair published in the weekly magazine “Republika” in 2016 are not subject to “insult and defamation”, as they wanted to show, but a text supported by documents, which introduces the public to the way the municipality works, and it was confirmed by the judges of the Basic Court and the Court of Appeal.

The Law on Legalization of Illegally Constructed Buildings has been ignored, which has damaged the Budget of the Municipality of Strumica. “Republika” asks Prime Minister Zoran Zaev whether the timer he has placed on Porta Macedonia will also count this criminal legalization?

Justice threatened, no fair trial: Court’s political campaign paralyzes defense of defendants in SPO cases

The request for greater dynamics of the cases run by the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office by Special Prosecutor Katica Janeva is aimed at violating the fundamental rights of the accused and the defense lawyers in the proceedings conducted by this public prosecutor’s office, the defense of the accused in the SPO cases has said.

Lawyer Boro Tasevski, who on Thursday, together with defendant Nikola Gruevski, had to appear in two hearings scheduled at the same time in different court buildings, confirms that the defense was not allowed to form a serious and effective defense in these cases.
According to him, that is impossible.

“Nikola Gruevski had to attend the hearing in the so-called “Centar Municipality” case, and at the same time, a public hearing was scheduled in the Court of Appeal after his appeal in the “Tank” case. Gruevski chose to attend the Center Violence case and we, as defenders, out of fear that we could be fined if we cause a delay in such a hearing, as instructed by the example from the previous day when the adjournment of hearings due to overlapping of terms was not accepted and the defenders were punished,” stressed Tasevski.

This refutes the claim of the Criminal Court that the Court respects the rights of the parties and “makes schedules for the trials to have enough time to prepare a defense, but also to make the trial within a reasonable time.”

The Criminal Court responded to special prosecutor Katica Janeva, who publicly referred to it and said that the cases of the SPO are in the second plan in the Criminal Court, at least in terms of the intensity of the processes and the number of scheduled hearings and the pace must be accelerated, although, according to her, “there is no risk of obsolescence”.

The Criminal Court said that only during September 2018, of 20 working days, in 19 of them, there were deliberate hearings on 16 different cases handled by the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office, and at the same time the terms were adjusted to allow sufficient time for the defense to prepare.

“There are defendants who are included in 5 SPO cases and different hearings cannot be scheduled for them on the same day, and although some defendants have several lawyers, at least one is enough to attend the hearing.”

From the response of the Criminal Court, that out of 20 working days, in 19 cases, there were for hearing in 16 SPO cases, part of the defendants, according to the submitted prosecution acts of the SPO, appear as defendants in several cases, and only one of the defendants is covered in five different cases, it becomes clear that it is a violation of the rights of defendants and lawyers to form a serious and effective defense in these cases, because the defense cannot work in running, and that preparation for the hearings is needed.

What indicates that the Court is tendentiously conducting a political calculation with the defendants in the SPO cases is the fact that already two lawyers, Dimitar Dangov and Boro Tasevski, have been fined because they cannot simultaneously attend two hearings.

Dangov is fined for the absence of a hearing in the “Titanic 2″ case, which due to the “27 April” case, a PPO case, did not attend the case of the SPO, and Tasevski, on the other hand, did not attend the hearing in the “TNT” case, because at the same time he was engaged on another SPO case, “Tank” respectively.

Judge Dobrila Kacarska at the trial in the separate procedure for the “Tank” case threatened ex-minister Gordana Jankulovska that she would punish both lawyers, Sanja Aleksic and Boro Tasevski, with a high fine if they do not appear at the hearing, which at the same time defend the defendants in the “Violence” case.

To remind, judge Kacarska in June, before the delivery of Jankuloska, accused in the “Tank” case, said that was the last time to postpone a hearing and threatened the defense that as a mother, as a woman, she would respect 45 days of delivery, and she scheduled hearings for Gordana Jankuoska by the end of October, although she did not believe that the “Tank” case would last until then:

Zaev begins “For” name change campaign with fiasco in Shtip and Kochani | MINA Report

buses.jpg

Zaev’s Rent-a-people campaign model suffered quite a setback today as he started his “For” name change campaign in Kochani.

Two buses and four vans showed up in Kochani, which resulted in this attendance:

debakl.jpg

Fearing a replica scenario in Shtip, Zaev rented two more buses and two additional vans for his campaign in Shtip. The buses came from Strumica and Makedonski Brod. If in Kochani roughly 150-200 people showed up, with the two additional buses, Shtip saw an attendance of 300 people.

Zaev promised his rent-a-people who already heard his speech in Kochani, even better days ahead in Shtip.

We have made a quantum leap to EU and NATO. Nobody in the future can question or prevent us from our right to self identification. With our agreement with Greece, we have closed this question for now and forever” Zaev told his crowd.

Meanwhile, Dimitrov in an interview with IBNA in Vienna confirmed the Macedonian quisling Government has given up the right to not just the name, language and identity, but virtually any and all history.

Zaev’s rent-a-people are now heading to Valandovo and Dojran where the SDS leader is continuing his campaign for name change.

“The Guardian” refused to publish a letter by intellectuals from all over the world led by Milan Kundera

The deal denies constitutional sovereignty of Macedonia, with final say given to the MPs of a foreign country (Greece). The new name is intended for not only international relations but also internal legal order

One of the oldest and most influential British newspapers, known for its commitment to protect human rights and freedom of expression, refused to publish a letter signed by Macedonian and foreign intellectuals, a response to a letter published by the Guardian on July 20, signed by 45 professors and intellectuals lobbying for accepting the Prespa agreement.

gardijan.jpg

In it, opponents of the agreement with Greece were labeled as nationalists and racists.

The text was sent to several other western media, but nobody wanted to publish it. The letter was published in Balkan Insider.

Professors from Oxford, Princeton University, London, Bologna, Zagreb, and Australia, writers, poets, artists, editors, publishers and other intellectuals put their signature on the “Open Letter” with arguments against the Prespa Agreement.

OPEN LETTER

As scholars and authors we wish to take issue with the distortion of the Prespa ‘agreement’ in some quarters, and portrayal of opponents as nationalist and extremists.
The agreement does not serve the needs of Macedonia or Greece. It shows no respect for international law, human rights and democratic principles.
An agreement trying to define political, historical and cultural boundaries between “classical Macedonia” and (would be) North Macedonia is a bizarre undertaking in the 21st century. The construction of identities is not for governments. Macedonia is subjected to arbitrary international engineering against the will of the people. With little public support a highly polarized atmosphere deepens internal divisions. The asymmetric ‘deal’ will not lessen regional tensions as only the weaker (Macedonian) side was forced to compromise, to force (North) Macedonia into NATO – itself in an identity crisis.
The deal denies constitutional sovereignty of Macedonia, with final say given to the MPs of a foreign country (Greece). The new name is intended for not only international relations but also internal legal order. The attribute Macedonian is to be erased from all official documents and public use under threat of Orwellian sanctions. History teaching is going to be decided by governmental bodies rather than by scholars.
International mismanagement continues. While supporting confidence building, conflict resolution, and reconciliation, we argue that the Prespa Agreement is not an accord that promises sustainable peace. NATO membership is unlikely to bring social and economic progress or security to the small Macedonian state; ironically, Greece offers the best proof of what international dictates do on the European periphery.

Third debacle for Zaev in a row – 60 rent-a-people in Valandovo | MINA Report

Zaev’s struggles continue in Valandovo this afternoon as merely 60 people appeared on his campaign to promote the country’s name change.

We weren’t able to find out what happened to his 4 buses packed with people from Strumica and Makedonski Brod who were following Zaev first in Kochani and then in Shtip. One logical explanation is that Zaev’s rent-a-people needed rest, as majority of them were pensioners.

Next stop for Zaev is Dojran.

Meanwhile, here is Zaev’s support in Valandovo.

zaev-valandovo.jpg

And here is SDS support in Shuto Orizari:

Lastly, we couldn’t obtain photo for Dimitrov’s speech in Tetovo, which was apparently attended by 4 people, all four were his security team.

Corruption – all rights reserved to SDSM

spasovski-policija.jpg

There is not a single week since the new government came to power in Macedonia, without a new corruption affair. The trademark of all the levels of governance, local as well as national, is corruption. There is an endless chain of PR tricks with which they try to downsize or ignore the publicized scandals, while at the same time trying to find countless excuses and justifications why they made this or that decision.

For the cases which are still not known to the wider public, time is of an essence and is the factor which will help those cases see the light of day and the media to inform the public for all the schemes that are coming out of the SDSM kitchen. But, not surprisingly, the scheme is pretty straightforward and easy to use. New companies are being established and registered a couple of weeks before certain notices for public procurements are published, and then miraculously those same recently formed companies manage to win over (in fulfillment of the established criteria) the companies which have years and years behind them on the market, have a long-standing reputation and experience, and are one of the leading companies in their respective fields. This insider information trading, concerning public procurement is by itself a reason enough to establish a case for abuse of office. This scheme has already been used by the minister of the Ministry of Interior, the minister of the Ministry of Health and the mayor of Skopje Petre Shilegov, but their activities have been intercepted and publicized by the journalists and the media, and by the opposition parties.

Furthermore, companies which were donors of SDSM are winning the public procurements from the state contracting authorities, although these companies are not competitive by any market logic to give cheaper offers than the companies which are authorized representatives of particular foreign companies in Macedonia. This has been done by a direct discouragement of the authorized companies to take part in the public procurement process, and by assisting particular companies connected to SDSM. So, we can notice that an SDSM donor company managed to win tenders in the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Defense and the Central Registry.

Another curiosity is that several of those companies connected to SDSM and their party officials also got direct grants from the Fund for Innovations and Technology Development, which is a governmental body. To make the corruption scandals even more obvious, there are also a number of public authorizations which can be legally transferred to private companies, such as security services or driving licensing centers that have been awarded to new companies which have been registered just a few days before. And again, as a rule, the leading part in these scandals plays the MoI, where minister is Oliver Spasovski, who is at the same time the Vice President of SDSM. Huge domestic companies, which have been on the market for decades, such as AMSM, Automakedonija, PSS, ASUC are simply wiped out of competition from a company which was registered just a few days earlier and doesn’t even have company offices and trained staff.

All of this, that has happened so far, combined with what is about to be made public soon, about the affairs in ELEM, REK Bitola, MoH and other state institutions led by SDSM, by the end of this year will probably go over the mark of 100 corruption cases of this Government, which intentionally or not, still hasn’t appointed a new State Commission for Preventing Corruption. The Public Prosecutor’s Office will have to investigate all of these cases and to inform the public if there is a basis for prosecution for criminal offenses.

The international community, for now is turning a blind eye but is not deaf for all these corruption cases of the Government. Such a position is maybe expected at this time period, because of the referendum and the Agreement with Greece, but the rule of law and the fight against corruption are the main benchmarks of the EU and the countries.

Zaev referendum campaign: 150 people in Berovo, 100 in Strumica | MINA Report

After SDSM debacle in Shtip, Kichevo, Kochani, Dojran, Tetovo, Zaev’s referendum fiasco continued today in Berovo and Strumica with both “rallies” being attended by roughly 100-150 people.

The “no-show” in Strumica was certainly unexpected, considering the second name for the city is ‘Zaevgrad’, not because he is beloved there, but because his brother and cousins have complete control of the city.

In Strumica, Radmila Sekerinska was promoting the name change to roughly 100 people, although this is is a generous estimate.
With rallies like this, the referendum has less than zero percent success rate, however one shouldn’t underestimate the level of fraud being planned.

Delusional Greek hotel sends email to Macedonian tourist to confirm “greekness” of Macedonia | MINA Report

east-india.jpg

Interesting news from the Matrix, also known as Greece.

Tourist Tamara Azievska shared on her FB profile message from a Greek hotel, a message which instantly went viral..

She booked a room in the Greek hotel Katina’s house, without the right to a refund in the event of cancellation of the reservation, but only later saw the following message in her inbox:

katina-1.jpg

Now, Greek stupidity has no boundaries, this is a fact. One can’t expect much from a country that uses the flag of a British company as its national flag.

Our questions are for Tamara.

  1. Why on earth would you vacation in Greece? If you’d like to experience top notch service, culture, great food… check out Spain, it’s literally 100 times better than anything Greece has to offer.
  2. Why would you book a vacation at a place that offers no refunds as a matter of policy, this is a huge red flag – it means a lot of people have tried to get their money back from this place.
  3. The message they sent you was meant to get you upset and for you to cancel your vacation and for them to keep your money, which brings us back to point #1.

Apasiev: Boycott is the only self-defense mechanism in this mess of government

Citizens and expert public do not know what kind of referendum the Parliament has called. I state that the boycott is the only mechanism for self-defense in this mess of a referendum that our government has prepared. According to the Code of Venice, an unsuccessful referendum is if there is no census, that is, if there is no census there is no decision on the name, said Dimitar Apasiev at a roundtable dubbed “The agreement between Greece and the”second party “: Pandora’s box or exit from the labyrinth”, which took place at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje on Monday.

He says the consultative referendum that has been announced must be before, not after the decision is made, as in the case of the name agreement with neighboring Greece.

According to the time point, there is a previous referendum, that is, before you solve an issue, and an additional one after you have solved the issue. According to the interpretation of the Law on Referendum, a consultative referendum must only be preceded by prior consultation of the citizens, says Apasiev.

According to the professor at the Stip University, the current government, by placing the EU in the text of the issue, has made an additional problem that is related to the number of citizens who will vote in the referendum and its success.

“An additional mistake has been made that Article 120 does not contain a consultative referendum on alliance with others. That referendum must be mandatory. They treat NATO under Article 121, that it is not an alliance, but an international organization, and it only needs an absolute majority in Parliament. But by putting the EU in the question has complicated the situation, this automatically triggers article 120 which is unfavourable for them in this situation,” said Apasiev.

Parallel to this, according to Apasiev, the number of votes for the success of the referendum is changing, that is, if 50% of the citizens from the voters’ list come out, they must vote “For” for the referendum to pass.

“With the activation of Article 120, the issue of the census remains the same, ie 50% of the votes cast, and all of them must vote “For” ie 910 thousand citizens because it is an absolute majority, and according to the article a majority of the registered voters from the voters’ list are required. That means that even if the referendum passes, with 450 thousand votes “For” there is no decision, there is decision only with 910 thousand votes, and not with such turnout,” says Apasiev.

He claims that the government has legally failed in the text of the referendum question because three questions have been put on a single paper contrary to the Venice convention.

Siljanovska: It’s time for the Constitutional Court to gather strength and say that the referendum question is unconstitutional, unclear and imprecise

“The title itself shows that instead of negotiating the differences over the name, the history, the Macedonian identity, the memory, the constitutional and the political system, the culture are being negotiated and regulated. In law, we say that such agreements are imposed, Professor of Constitutional Law and Political System at the Skopje Law Faculty “Iustinianus Primus”, Gordana Siljanovska, stated Monday at a roundtable dubbed “The agreement between Greece and the”second party “: Pandora’s box or exit from the labyrinth”, which took place at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje.

According to Siljanovska, from legal point of view, all the conventions on which the Prespa Agreement is based have been violated, especially Article 4 of the Charter, which states that no country can be required to meet additional criteria for EU membership.
  • “The Prespa Agreement does not say what will be changed in the Preamble, it does not say what the change in Articles 3 and 49 is. A 20-page novel cannot solve issue as this over the name. The title itself shows that instead of negotiating the differences over the name, the history, the Macedonian identity, the memory, the constitutional and the political system, the culture are being negotiated and regulated. In law, we say that such agreements are imposed,” said the Professor.
According to Siljanovska, neither the Macedonian nor the Greek side are capable of finding a solution to the name issue on their own, but this is done by some great external force, identical to the Framework Agreement and the Dayton Accords. She says this is in favor of Professor Chandler’s thesis that a state without a soul is the one where the foreigners construct, making a parallel with the Agreement signed by the prime ministers of Macedonia and Greece.
  • “When you compare the solutions with that in the Framework Agreement and the Dayton Agreement you will see many similar solutions because the state builder is the same. This leads to a soulless state because foreigners are the creators. I am convinced that one day we will learn who is the creator of this agreement, but it is clear that the Greek and Macedonian negotiators are not in the hotline, they would not agree even if they wanted. This is another globalization instrument that does not intend to solve the fictitious problem between Macedonia and Greece. It was our destiny to be on the line of fire,” said Siljanovska.
According to Siljanovska, the Prespa Lake was a spectacle democracy, videocracy, idiocracy, which included representatives of the United Nations and the EU. “The name of a state is an inherent element of the right to self-determination, and the right to self-determination is the foundation of the United Nations and the Union,” Siljanovska said, adding that everything that is written in the agreement is a direct interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign state.
  • Identity issues cannot be subject to an international agreement, it is the right of every nation and the Macedonian one. The adjective means denying identity. What is said that the terms Macedonia and Macedonian have a meaning tied to their own anonymous history does not absolutely mean anything, but the adjectives do. Interpretation of nationality Macedonian / citizen of the Republic of North Macedonia is an unfamiliar phenomenon, if something is recognized then it should be the same as for everyone, Greek, French,” Siljanovska said.

Zaev: Yes, Macedonian companies won’t be allowed to use “Made in Macedonia” | MINA Report

In the capitulation signed by Zaev, as explained by the SDSM leader at the Economic Chamber of Macedonia, the right to non-exclusion on this issue has been defined. “If we do not agree and do not agree on this issue, it does not mean that the Agreement is invalid” stated Zaev.

According to Zaev, we have no problem whether “Made in Macedonia” will write for the region of Macedonia or the state Macedonia. But because of the new name, Macedonian companies won’t have such right, instead the exclusivity of it has been given to the Greek side.

There are no aspirations to take our rights. The final goal is within three years of the verification of the agreement, to discuss the two countries because some Greek producers may want to use “Made in Macedonia” and here we have agreed the right to non-exclusivity. Our right is their right. We have no problem whether “Made in Macedonia” will write for the region of Macedonia or for our Macedonia, as a state. However, a period of three years has been left to give Greece’s businesses the chance to have their own determination. If they decide to have Made in Macedonia their products, we are good with it. Greek producers may have issues with Macedonian companies using “Made in Macedonia” and can block it, but this is after three years – explained Zaev.

Tzanakopoulos: Prespa agreement, symbol of friendship

The Prespa agreement is historic, a symbol of friendship between nations, fully altering the image of the Balkans, Greek government spokesman Dimitris Tzanakopoulos told radio 247, MIA reports from Athens.

“I believe the agreement with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia is historic, a symbol of friendship between nations and a model for settlement of bilateral and international disputes. As time goes by, more people perceive this aspect of the agreement,” says Tzanakopoulos.

He voices conviction that the agreement will be broadly endorsed in the Greek parliament.

“There are many political forces, including Potami and MPs from the Movement for Change, who have said they would maintain the position based on principles, meaning they will vote in favor of the agreement. Therefore, I have absolutely no concerns that we will succeed in securing a broad majority in the Greek parliament to ratify the agreement,” explains Tzanakopoulos.

NATO’s Stoltenberg visits Macedonia in support of referendum | MINA Report

In MINA’s quest to find out at which parking lot in Skopje Zaev planned on meeting NATO’s secretary Jens Stoltenberg, we find out that it won’t be a parking lot, instead Zaev will meet Stoltenberg in Stojakovo, a small suburb at the outskirts of Skopje. Zaev met Serbian president Vucic in a parking lot last week.

Stoltenberg is arriving in Skopje to give boost to Zaev’s chances of a successful referendum. Globalist puppet Angela Merkel also announced she will visit Macedonia next week in her quest to support Macedonia’s name change. Merkel destroyed Germany for good, and is now attempting to do the same to Macedonia.

Stojakovo is certainly an interesting location to welcome a NATO representative. Stojakovo’s own son, Boban Ivanovik was killed by Kosovo terrorists and their NATO (US & British ‘instructors’) in Kumanovo.

Four of the NATO terrorists were also killed by Macedonian police, a fact that was announced, then removed from the press (4 days later) after pressure from Governor Jess Baily, and once again confirmed during a Court hearing last week as the Court decided to play illegally recorded Government tapes.

Visiting Boban’s home town, will Jens Stoltenberg apologize for NATO’s terrorism in Macedonia?

Stoltenberg: You will join NATO if you implement the name agreement

You will have a referendum in a few weeks when you decide about the future, EU and NATO membership. It is up to you to decide and NATO is prepared to accept the country as its 30. member, said Alliance Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg during a visit to Skopje village of Stajkovci on Thursday.

“You will join NATO if you implement the name agreement. I hope to visit an Alliance member-state the next time I come here,” said Stoltenberg.

In 2016, soldiers and equipment from NATO’s mission KFOR helped to clear roads and move debris following devastating floods in the village.

“NATO is more than a military alliance, we are here to help and make people safe,” added Stoltenberg.

Gazi Baba Mayor Boris Georgievski said NATO has always been Macedonia’s partner, thanking the Secretary-General for the selfless assistance in the recovery activities following the floods.

NATO’s goal is not just name change, new plan will leave Macedonia defenseless | MINA Report

NATO’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg today paid a visit to Macedonia in order to show support to the country’s quislings in their pursuit of a referendum aimed at destroying the Macedonian state – the goal being sometime in the future to become the 30th member of this military-fascist organization.

“Just one more step and you will enter heaven” are the messages of the machinery of the treasonous junta installed in power in Macedonia. Similar messages will be relayed by the very people who put them in power. Stoltenberg is asking Macedonians to renounce their name, nationality, language, history, traditions, culture … everything that is Macedonian, so they could enter a fascist club.
The main point of NATO is supposedly Article 5 of the NATO Treaty, in which other members in theory, will “protect every other NATO member in the event of military and / or other danger”. This, however has shown time and time again it is simply not the case in conflicts between Greece and Turkey, and most recent Russia – Turkey when Ankara shot down a Russian jet. As a matter of fact, over a dozen NATO members openly stated there is zero percent chance they will enter a war with Russia to defend Turkey or any other member for that matter. So much for the fascist club.

However, in order for NATO to allegedly protect you (it won’t), a nation must protect itself, meaning you must have a strong military, especially when in the case of Macedonia, the imminent danger for its state and territorial sovereignty and integrity does not come from countries which are not members of the Alliance, but, on the contrary, from NATO member states (Albania, Bulgaria and Greece, and also from Kosovo, which is defacto a NATO protectorate).

While the entire Macedonian public is occupied with the upcoming referendum (which, everyone hopes will be boycotted), The Ministry of Defense led by headless chicken Radmila Sekerinska prepared a “Strategic Defense Review plan for Macedonia“, according to which Macedonia in the future will remain completely defenseless which is NATO’s strategic goal for us, and anyone with light weaponry will be able to occupy us in not more than 48 hours!

The key points of this new plan are points 8 and 9 (“Defense Resources (Human, Material and Financial)” and “Weapons and Arrangements Capacities”). According to the planned “scheme for the decommissioning of the Macedonian defense” by SDSM and DUI under orders from NATO, Macedonia will have no soldiers nor weaponry to defend the country from any threats to its territorial integrity and sovereignty!

NATO’s undermining of Macedonia’s defensive capabilities is ongoing for 20 years

Each state has its own army and rescue force, which happened in Macedonia in 1992 under the leadership of General Mitre Arsovski. From 1992-1999 Macedonia maintained regular army of 30,000 soldiers and a reserve army of 90,000 soldiers. Never had an issue of any kind, the borders were well protected by very capable fighting force.

Then NATO happened. Macedonia’s nightmare effectively started after it became a NATO partner. Since then, under insistence and orders by NATO, Macedonia first ended its mandatory military service. This in itself was a huge mistake. The fighting force was reduced to roughly 15,000 soldiers which again under NATO’s orders was dwindled to 7,500 in 2003. No matter what government was in place, NATO’s orders were consistently obeyed. Then it ordered Macedonia to decommission its Sukhoi fighter jets which proved incredibly effective and deadly against NATO’s proxy terrorists from Kosovo in 2001. Of course, nothing that is highly effective is allowed to be in the arsenal.

NATO’s latest plan to be implemented by Sekerinska is to reduce the Macedonian army numbers further, from 7,500 to 5,500 soldiers. That’s not all. The reserve army is not allowed to participate in any field activities since 2001, once again NATO orders – this happens only in occupied countries. Free countries conducts training activities for its reserve army on an annual basis. The new Macedonian Army budget has not planned any money for upkeep of BTR70s, M113s, Leonidas and whole host of other vehicles normally used by the reserve army. Most of these vehicles are not in working condition, once again this is all done on purpose.

And if you think this is crazy, just wait. According to the new 2018 plan, the tank division, anti-aircraft and artillery divisions are moved to the “reserve”, which means they are being cut from the Army since the reserve doesn’t exist.

The entire heavy weaponry that Macedonia owns will shift to those (non-existent) reserve forces, which means that an identical fate awaits. A figure that’s thrown around for reserve numbers is 16,000 (used to be 90,000), but this is hearsay, as there hasn’t been any training for 18 years.

According to the existing agreement between Macedonia and NATO for declared forces (yes, we have to declare and get our ‘forces’ approved by NATO), this means that our army will have one (yes ONE) battalion mechanized infantry, that is four units of 120-130 soldiers plus one brigade of 30 armored transporters. Allegedly, 8×8 wheeled APCs were discussed, for which procurement has so far been negotiated with Israel, Turkey and Poland, but so far without a result.

Also, six to eight self-contained artillery weapons are needed, but we do not have that either, which means the Macedonian state is left to be defended only by infantry with rifles! If you know that soldiers in the infantry currently do not have boots, that they have only one pair of uniforms and (a gift from Turkey), it paints quite a scary picture about the country.

The only thing that keeps the ARM is well-trained and disciplined personnel, that is, officers who are a remnant of the first generation of the Macedonian army (early 1990s), part of heavy weapons, artillery and armored mechanized units. So, the artillery is in good condition, given that our army has 108 units of 122 mm cannons with a range of 12km and 54 cannons of 105mm with a range of 11km, as well as 12 systems BM21 Grad from 122mm with 40 rockets with a range of 20km, 12 systems m63 flame 128mm with a range of 8.5km with.
Everything else is a standard defensive weapons, which Sekerinska plans on melting because it doesn’t comply with NATO.

NATO orders removal of Macedonia’s most experience fighting units

In addition, the ARM Special Operations Regiment, which is composed of the Special Purpose Unit “WOLVES”, In-depth Reconnaissance and Support Unit, as well as the anti-terror units for action “RANGERS” and the support team (equipped with armored personnel carrier BTR -80 and heavy mortars 120mm, automatic launchers of AFG-30 grenades, hand grenade launchers, heavy machine guns …) and a command post, now with the “Shekerinska reform” will disappear because “Rangers” (known for their participation in NATO- the missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, together with the support team, will be canceled!

The special ops regiment was under command of the Macedonian president, however with the appointment of the new Chief of General Staff of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia, Vasko Gjurcinovski, who took office last month after two years in the headquarters of NATO in Brussels, he and his “boss” Shekerinska have announced the extermination of the regiment from Ivanov’s hands, and then its dissolution.

All of this, in translation, means that Macedonia remains without firepower, and proof of this is the transfer of “rangers” to the military police.

NATO and local traitors are working around the clock to completely undermine Macedonia’s defenses at every level, so when another Kumanovo happens, there will be no one to defend it.

Estonia, which has half of Macedonia’s population, has 22,000 soldiers and 60,000 reserves.

Instead doubling and tripling Macedonia’s army (constant terrorist provocations from Kosovo, issues with Albania, Greece…) the SDS junta is erasing it, reducing it down to 5,500.

It is unclear how Greece’s bankrupted PPC bought Angjusev’s EDS for EUR 5 million two months before signing of Prespa Agreement

skandal.png

Just two months before the signing of the Prespa Agreement, the Greece’s state-owned Public Power Corporation (PPC) acquired the Macedonian electricity trading and supply company EDS Group of the Deputy Prime Minister and close associate of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, Koco Angjusev, and the Greek opposition says that the Greek government’s acquisition of the Macedonian company is a scandal and that the concluded agreement is not favorable for the Greek side.

Greece’s PPC buys Macedonia’s EDS Group for EUR 4,8 m

eds.png

“PPC confirmed the deal (which was, of course, approved by its main shareholder, the Greek state …) for a sum of 4.8m euros, deposited on the personal account of the vice-president of Zaev’s government, Koco Angjusev, “as is stipulated by the terms of the contract “, without specifying, as PPC asked, whether these accounts are connected in any way with Mr Zaev’s ruling party …” Greek news portal Iefimerida writes.

Especially if we take into account the ease with which PPC provided close to € 5 million, when the company is in a state of bankruptcy, with unsubstantiated non-performing loans, a lack of funds for modernization and simple maintenance of its networks , as the workers complain that they are not being paid, the Greek news portal writes and reminds that the reported causes of recent fierce fires in the country attributed to cut cables by PPC.
“PPC has found funds to acquire the energy company of Mr Zaev’s Deputy, but … failed to fulfill its obligations to energy providers in Greece (wind farms, solar power, etc.) or does unilateral and unconventional reductions in the price agreed with them when deciding to proceed with their productive investments …,” the text reads.
According to the National Defense Commander, Mr. Vassilis Kikilias, “PPC has been threatened 2-3 times to bankrupt last year”. For him, it is not clear how the state firm managed to find the money when it is known to be in a bad financial position.
“Two months before the Prespa agreement, PPC acquired the company of the Vice-President of the Skopje government for 5 million euros, which can only be done with a political mandate. The issue is major, too serious and needs to be explored directly, today. Without answering, in essence, the essential questions arising from the disclosure of the acquisition of the company of the Vice-President of Zaev’s government and of course without the slightest mention of who gave the order or approval for the acquisition by the Greek state, which is its main shareholder,” says Kikilias, reads the text of the Greek news portal.

Greek Foreign Minister Defends New FYROM Name | GreekReporter.com

Greece is the winner in the negotiations with FYROM over the name because the country that was widely referred to as “Macedonia” has agreed to be called “North Macedonia”, Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias said on Friday.

The minister defended the Prespa agreement between Greece and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The statement was made on Real FM radio in light of the mass protest rally scheduled for Saturday in Thessaloniki.

“Many of my colleagues pretend that they haven’t been calling it ‘Macedonia’ these past 15 years. Thanks to our government, it will be called ‘North Macedonia’ by the Americans as well. That is why we argue that we got the name back rather than giving it away, as some say,” Kotzias said.

The Greek minister said that the U.S. has always referred to the Balkan country as ‘Macedonia’ and never by its official name, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

“Three-fourths of the world has unfortunately recognized the neighboring country as ‘Macedonia’ and fortunately with this deal it will become ‘North Macedonia,” Kotzias said.

Despite the disagreement of almost 70 percent of Greeks who don’t want the Balkan country use the name Macedonia at all — as polls show — Kotzias argued that Greece still has the upper hand.

“Even though the neighboring country will have to go through a referendum, a constitutional amendment and a name change, it will continue to rely on Greece, since without Greece’s ratification of the Prespa agreement, it will not become a member of NATO,” Kotzias said.

The Greek foreign minister also expressed the certainty that the Greek Parliament will ratify the agreement, despite objections by junior coalition partner, the nationalist Independent Greeks.

Kotzias: Prespa agreement to be ratified in Greek parliament by this government

This government will bring the Prespa agreement into the parliament and MPs will ratify it by an absolute majority, says Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias, MIA reports from Athens.

In an interview with radio Real FM, Kotzias says he is aware of the stance of junior coalition partner Independent Greeks and its leader Panos Kammenos, but this will not be an obstacle for the deal’s ratification.

“I know what the coalition partner is saying, but the government decisions are passed by majority. I say once again, the Greek government will bring the agreement into the Parliament and MPs will pass it by an absolute majority,” says Kotzias.

He urged opposition New Democracy not to leave the session session after the agreement reaches the parliament, but stay and give their MPs an opportunity to vote as they wish.

Regarding the scheduled protests in Thessaloniki against the Prespa agreement, FM Kotzias says citizens have this democratic right but within the constitutional and legal framework.

“First of all, being a person who has protested on different issues since the age of 15, I would be the last one to challenge the right to protest. Secondly, there are far-right forces who want to turn protests into something else. And thirdly, church and quasi-church circles also meddle in these events. However, the second and third truths do not take away the democratic right for everyone to express their opinions, differences and even concerns, within the constitution and in a legal way, regarding an issue,” explains Kotzias.

Le Drian: Prespa agreement is not formal EU accession criteria

France supports the European perspective of Western Balkan countries, which should join the European Union once they meet the membership standards, Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian says.

His stance on Western Balkan countries, including Macedonia, was conveyed by French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs spokeswoman Agnes von der Muhll, France’s Embassy in Skopje said Friday in a press release.

‘At the same time the EU should transform, improve its functioning before being able to embrace new members. The conclusions of the European Council, adopted on 26 June 2018, refer to these matters. Without a decision in this stage on opening the EU accession talks with Macedonia and Albania, the conclusions validate the efforts these countries have made in the last few months to reapproaching the Union. Although not part of EU accession criteria, the name agreement between Macedonia and Greece is a significant event for the region’s progress,’ Le Drian says.

He also notifies that the name agreement justifies NATO invitation Macedonia to commence the accession talks with the Alliance.

On the launch of EU accession negotiations, Le Drian once again cities the European Council’s conclusions, which inter alia foresee for the state of affairs in Macedonia and Albania to be reviewed once again in June 2019 to check if the two countries show progress in overall reforms, including the fight against corruption and improving of the judicial systems. Those steps will be assessed in a future European Commission report.

In the meantime it is very important to establish practical cooperation between the EU and the Balkan countries in favor of further strengthening of the region within Europe, the French FM says.

France has made substantial contribution to the priority agenda, adopted at the Sofia Summit on 17 April 2018, which defines various spheres of cooperation, including the rule of law, connectivity, opportunities for youth, Le Drian says.

Zaev welcomes Austrian leader with Latvian flag, calls him Australian | MINA Report

Six months ago, the SDS leader was stunned to learn Slovenia and Slovakia are two different countries, welcomed the Slovenian PM asking him about life in Slovakia.

Today, Zaev welcomed the Austrian Prime Minister with a Latvian flag.

In his welcoming message, Zaev was quite happy to have welcomed the Australian

At this point, Macedonia needs to protect this stupidity, this gmo product that is Zoran Zaev. This needs to be trademarked.
And you wonder why the Yanks recruited Zaev, both think Austria and Australia are the same country.

Kurz: Vote ‘for’ agreement and ‘for’ Macedonia’s European perspective

Settlement of the name issue is a big chance for the dynamics of Macedonia and the entire region. I welcome the compromise and urge citizens to take part at the coming referendum, vote ‘for’ the agreement and ‘for’ Macedonia’s European perspective, said Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz at a joint press conference with Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev on Friday.

“This is an individual decision and it is not up to me to decide for someone else, but as Macedonia’s friend and an active EU member we believe it would be very positive if there is a large turnout and a positive outcome of the referendum,” said Chancellor Kurz, whose country currently holds the EU Presidency.

According to him, Austria is Macedonia’s friend and wants to build a common future with it.

“The European Union will not be complete without Macedonia and countries of the region,” added Kurz.

Asked about his message to opposition VMRO-DPMNE, the Chancellor said it is the same as the one extended to the citizens – it is important for Macedonia and Balkan countries to have a European perspective and use it, which includes the name issue settlement.

PM Zaev said Kurz’s visit is a strong message and incentive for Macedonia in light of the referendum, at which citizens would cast their vote approving the agreement with Greece that serves as a guarantee for Macedonia’s place in the EU.

Regarding the possibility of the agreement not being passed in Greece, Zaev said he expects both countries to finish their part of the job, including its ratification in the Greek parliament.

“This is good for Macedonia, Greece, the region and the EU,” underlined PM Zaev.

Dimitrov for Kurz: Austria needs us to be poor and ugly shield against refugees

What did Nikola Dimitrov, the incumbent Minister of Foreign Affairs of Macedonia say two years ago, in 2016?

“The European Commission says that Macedonia is a captured state. The Austrian Foreign Minister Kurz came to Skopje to give support to the capturers.” Do not be surprised. Support for enlargement in Austria is the lowest in Europe – 71 percent are against. They will support autocrats and then say that there is not enough democracy, justice and fight against organized crime and corruption to start negotiations. They need us for something else. To be an authoritarian, poor and ugly shield against refugees, a gray zone where corruption prevails, while young people move to Europe,” Dimitrov wrote in 2016.

Today Kurz is visiting Macedonia. This morning he was welcomed in SDSM-led government. The same party that insulted Kurz now called him for help before holding the referendum on September 30th.

Zaev campaigns in Gostivar, 0 show up, calls in 5 buses of rent-a-people | MINA Report

Deja-vu for Zajko Zaev.
Wherever he goes, no one is there to support his name change ‘campaign’. Fiasco in every Macedonian city that he has campaigned in: Berovo, Dojran, Valandovo, Kochani, Kichevo, Tetovo…

The latest fiasco was in Gostivar where not a single person showed up. There wasn’t even the curious onlookers who stand around to watch as the stage and podium is being set up for Zaev where he delivers his speeches in the form of verbal ebola.

The SDSM organizers felt this is embarrassing, even for them, and called in 5 buses from Tetovo (mostly DUI activists).
Earlier today, Sekerinska held a speech in front of 8 people in Chair.

Below is what it looked like in Gostivar:

President Ivanov sends Independence Day greetings

President Gjorge Ivanov sent a note of congratulations Saturday to the citizens of Macedonia on the country’s Independence Day.

‘On 8 September 1991 the people of Macedonia exercised their right of self-determination and secession from the then common state. A vast majority of the citizens of Macedonia voiced their opinion and voted for the Republic of Macedonia to become a sovereign, independent state under own name and dignity. Thus, the people of Macedonia undertook the responsibility for the fate of their country. The Macedonian people are founders of the Republic of Macedonia, which is the guardian of the Macedonian identity,’ Ivanov says in his note.

Macedonia, he went further, can be built only on the foundations, set by the 1991 referendum, and the decisions made at the first and only referendum in the country have been ever since obligatory for everybody.

‘High international officials were not visiting our fatherland ahead of that (1991) historic referendum. It was a moment of genuine peoples’ self-reflection that resulted in unforced, authentic, pure will of the citizens of Macedonia,’ the President’s note reads.

Trump to Ivanov: The historic Prespa Agreement resolves the long-standing name issue with Greece

The historic Prespa Agreement resolves the long-standing name issue with Greece and paves the way for Macedonia’s membership in both NATO and the European Union, US President Donald Trump says in a note of congratulations to his Macedonian counterpart Gjorge Ivanov on the country’s Independence Day – 8 September.

‘On behalf of the American people, I congratulate you and the citizens of Macedonia on the occasion of your Independence Day on September 8. Macedonia has much to be proud of this year. The historic Prespa Agreement resolves the long-standing name issue with Greece and paves the way for Macedonia’s membership in both NATO and the European Union. The Agreement and Macedonia’s membership in NATO will bolster security, stability, and prosperity throughout the entire region. The United States stands ready to support Macedonia, especially with respect to upcoming discussions on your membership in NATO. I wish the people of Macedonia my very best on this special day,’ reads the note, published Thursday by the US Embassy in Skopje.

Merkel: No one threatens you, but you will not join EU and NATO if the referendum fails

No one threatens the Macedonian citizens with isolation. They can and they should decide about the future of the country on their own. The future involves NATO membership and being part of the EU provided that the 30 September referendum is successful. However, it must be noted that there are certain preconditions that have to be met, German Chancellor Angela Merkel said Saturday after arriving in Macedonia for her first-ever visit.

“There was a dispute between your country and Greece and a solution had to be found. Thus, the name issue and the membership issue are intertwined. It is an issue that is not related to the government, but it has to do with the fact that all member states should agree to it. The people on September 30 have the chance, the same as 27 years ago, to vote whether they want to be part of the EU and NATO family, which requires at the same time to accept the agreement with Greece,” Merkel told a joint news conference with Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.

She conveyed a clear political message – ‘do not stay at home on September 30, on this historic day. Seize the chance and say clearly what kind of future you want to have.’

PM Zaev welcomed Merkel ‘the first Chancellor of Germany who have visited Macedonia ever, which coincides with such a great day, the Independence Day.’ Also, he thanked her for the open support of Germany, one of the biggest supporters of Macedonia’s Euro-Atlantic integration, secured in its bilateral and multilateral relations.

“The support we get is huge and friendly in our efforts to build a prosperous European society. As a result, we are encouraged to make a historic step,” stressed Zaev adding Macedonia still has a ‘homework’ to do, namely to accelerate the implementation of reforms.
Answering a journalist question, Chancellor Merkel said that today she wouldn’t be meeting with President Gjorge Ivanov, but instead she would have a meeting with opposition leader Hristijan Mickoski to ‘convey the same messages I already conveyed to PM Zaev.’

US senator Johnson to visit Macedonia on Sunday

Ron Johnson, United States Senator and chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, will pay a visit to Macedonia on Sunday, as part of his tour that also includes Greece, Serbia and Kosovo.

Johnson, who also chairs the Senate’s Subcommittee on Europe and Regional Security Cooperation is scheduled to meet with senior officials in Skopje, Athens, Belgrade and Pristina.

Johnson is one of the signatories of the US Senate resolution on supporting the Prespa Agreement (Skopje-Athens name deal).

The resolution welcomes the agreement between Athens and Skopje to resolve the name dispute, thus opening Macedonia’s door towards the European Union and NATO membership.

It also affirms that the stability of South-East Europe is an important US national security interest.

Furthermore the resolution condemns the Russian government’s efforts to undermine the agreement, and supports the US assistance to authorities in Athens and Skopje to counter malign Russian influence.

The document urges Macedonia to continue implementing the necessary reforms on the road to NATO, EU membership, including those related to protecting freedom of expression, strengthening the rule of law and fighting corruption.

It encourages relevant US institutions to support US companies, which expressed interest to invest in South-East Europe.

Johnson: It is very important for NATO Macedonia to become the 30th member

Come out and exercise your voting right, let your leaders know that you support the nation and its accession to the Euro-Atlantic institutions, US Senator Ron Johnson told reporters on Sunday after his meeting with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.

We had a very good meeting with the PM, Johnson said, pointing out that he is visiting Macedonia to offer the US support of the entire process – from the name settlement to the country’s EU, NATO accession.

‘I am primarily here to offer our support and encouragement. It’s what we’ve been doing during this process. It’s extremely important for Macedonia and Greece to come to a conclusion on the naming issue. We certainly want to encourage the resolution of this problem, it’s the only way for Macedonia to join NATO,’ Johnson said.

We are here, he said, to encourage every Macedonian to come out and vote, ‘show your courageous PMs that come up with a solution to a very difficult problem, show them what you feel – just get out and vote – it’s incredibly important.’

Asked about the opposition to the (name) agreement both in Macedonia and Greece, Johnson said he arrived to Skopje from Greece and ‘there is a lot of opposition to the agreement there.’

‘This was a difficult problem. It has been pressuring for 27 years and I applaud both PMs for taking the position, having discussions, working with the US government, but in the end this is their decision. It’s really Macedonian decision, said Johnson, who is also a signatory of the US Senate resolution on supporting the Skopje-Athens name deal.

The visit of US Senator Johnson to Macedonia is part of his tour that also includes Serbia and Kosovo.

University Prof: Not a single EU & NATO official gave guarantee Greece or others won’t block us!? | MINA Report

“After the recent excursion by EU and NATO reps things have become very clear. It can be said that they became quite clear, especially after the visit of German Chancellor Angela Merkel. The referendum on changing the name, history and identity, according to them, is nothing but a simple precondition of many other preconditions for joining the EU and NATO. How else can Merkel’s statement be understood that: “The referendum will mean opening the gates for Macedonia to join the EU and NATO,” but that “… there is still a lot of work to be done, but one precondition is a successful referendum.”

Then, what is the sense to go to the referendum, when it does not represent any guarantee of membership, but is one of the many preconditions? It is realistic that the Macedonian side can fulfill everything, but Greece (or others), together with the so called “international community”, will not fulfill the promises and will be happy to announce that the moment for admission has not yet come, since only the following should be met before / conditions … ie, to tell us that the EU does not intend to expand further.” – says university professor Cuculovski in his FB post.

So on September 30th, stay home and make ajvar, like all Macedonians.

UN Head counters governor Baily: Macedonia to Macedonians, they already have a name | MINA Report

un.gif

The head of the UN, Ban Ki Moon is visiting Ohrid where he met with Macedonian president Gjorgje Ivanov.

Much to the surprise of the puppets in Skopje and Athens (Zaev & Tsipras), the UN head indirectly urged Macedonia to never compromise with Greece over its ancient name.

Kanal5 TV believes Ban Ki Moon’s statements as “shocking” and states that they will likely cause serious controversy both in Skopje and Athens.

“With his statements he practically opened the question whether the right to self-determination is political, or is guaranteed as a universal right obtained at birth. When it comes to universal rights and principles, the United Nations never makes compromises,” commented Kanal 5 the statements by the UN Secretary General.

ban-ki-mun-ohrid.jpg

Ban Ki Moon, who arrived tonight in Ohrid and met with the members of the school of leaders, which is held under the auspices of President Gjorge Ivanov, used Macedonia’s constitutional name in all of his communication.

“Macedonia, Republic of Macedonia, your beautiful Macedonia” were the most widely used words of Ki Moon, and at one point he told how in his youth, while he was a student, he used to say “Makedonia”, because it is how they called it in Korea. However, after arriving in New York he started to say the accepted English version “Macedonia”.

Macedonia, Greece establish joint committee on historic, archaeological and educational matters

Macedonia and Greece have established a Joint Interdisciplinary Committee of Experts (JICE) on historic, archaeological and educational matters between the two countries.

Macedonia has seven members in the committee, chaired by ambassador Viktor Gaber, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday.

JICE is established pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 5 of the Final Agreement between Macedonia and Greece signed on 17 June 2018 (Prespa Agreement).

Voters’ list concluded – referendum census is 903,169 votes

The State Election Commission has concluded the voters’ list for the upcoming referendum. A total of 1,806,336 voters have the right to vote on September 30th. Accordingly, in order to achieve the envisaged census of 50 percent plus one vote, at least 903,169 voters should vote in the referendum.

The upcoming referendum on the name agreement is consultative, which according to the referendum regulation means that its results are not binding for the institutions. However, the government’s messages are that the will that the citizens will express on September 30 will be considered binding.

In the last elections in the country -the local elections in 2017, in the first round, 1.079.876 voters from the total of 1,814,644 registered in the voters’ list went to the polls. That meant a turnout of 59.5 percent.

Sept. 11, 2018 - US Defense Chief to Visit Macedonia, concerned about Russian 'mischief'
U.S. defense chief to visit Macedonia, concerned about Russian...

U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said on Tuesday he would visit Macedonia before a Sept. 30 referendum on changing the country's name, also expressing concern about suspected Russian interference in the vote, which Moscow denies.

Macedonia scheduled the referendum on the government’s deal in June with neighboring Greece to change its name to the Republic of North Macedonia which would open the door for it to join NATO and the European Union.

“I am concerned about it... The kind of mischief that Russia has practiced from Estonia to the United States, from Ukraine and now to Macedonia, it always has adapted to the specific situation and it’s always beyond the pale,” Mattis, who will visit Macedonia over the weekend, told reporters.

Mattis said he wanted to make it clear the United States supported the Macedonian people.

NATO invited Macedonia to begin accession talks with the alliance, but said it would have to change its constitution and adopt the new name first. The EU has also said it would set a date for Macedonian accession talks pending implementation of the name deal.

Moscow’s ambassador to Skopje has criticized Macedonia’s ambitions to join NATO, saying it could become “a legitimate target” if relations between NATO and Russia deteriorate further.

Greece, a member of both NATO and the EU, has refused to accept the Balkan country’s name, saying it implies territorial claims on the Greek province of Macedonia and amounts to an appropriation of its ancient civilization.

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev’s government, elected in 2017, pushed for an agreement with Greece. Nationalists, including President Gjorge Ivanov, oppose the deal saying it is against the constitution.

In July, Greece expelled two Russian diplomats and barred two other people from entering the country, accusing them of having meddled by encouraging demonstrations and bribing unidentified officials to thwart the Macedonia agreement.

Russia has denied wrongdoing and responded in kind with expulsions of Greeks.

September 11, 2018 - Greek Coalition ally to oppose Macedonia Deal in a Parliament Vote
Greek coalition ally to oppose Macedonia deal in a parliament vote

The leader of the Greek ruling coalition’s junior partner said on Tuesday he would not back the government if a deal over Macedonia’s name would come to parliament for a vote.

“If this agreement reaches the point of coming to Greece’s parliament we don’t have the popular mandate to continue to stay in the (coalition) government,” said Defence Minister and leader of the Independent Greeks party Panos Kammenos.

But he said that he did not see this as a likely outcome. Parliamentary elections are due by the autumn of 2019, and Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has said he does not expect elections before then.
