“North Macedonia” amendments move into the next, final stage of adoption

ustav.jpg

The Macedonian Government organized several debates on the four proposed Constitutional amendments which will rename Macedonia into North Macedonia. Despite the fact that only supporters of the deal attended the debates, and the only criticism was unintentional, the Government believes that this meets its obligation to hold a round of public discussions on the proposal, and that the amendments can now move to the next stage, which is submitting them to committees in Parliament. Speaker Talat Xhaferi announced this will begin on December 17th. This is when members of Parliament can submit proposals to change the amendments. Xhaferi said that he hopes to have a full session scheduled by January 9th, and a vote on January 15th.

At this vote, the Government would again need to have at least 80 or 81 votes, depending on the various interpretations of the Constitution, for the amendments to be adopted. Eight VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament, most of whom face various criminal charges initiated by the SDSM led Government, provided the 80 votes which the Government used to open the process, but they are still negotiating an amnesty law for them, which is seen as crucial as to whether they will vote in favor of the amendments again.

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said that he is an optimist that the votes will be found, and reiterated on Monday that, if Greece doesn’t live up to its own obligations and again blocks Macedonia on its way to the EU, the deal will be reversed.

The amendments will be up for debate in the Committee on constitutional affairs and the Committee on legal and legislative affairs. These debates can last up to three days, with strict time limits on how long a member of Parliament or head of a party group can speak. There are also limits on speaking time during the full session.

Soros leftist Alexis Tsipras tried to persuade Putin why renaming of Macedonia is good for… Washington

cipras-putin.jpg

After three and a half years, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras visited Russian President Vladimir Putin in an effort to improve their frozen diplomatic relations, strained for months after Athens expelled two Russian diplomats over UK’s Skripal false flag which it later tied to alleged meddling in the Prespa deal.

Tsipras visit to Moscow was aimed at preventing a Russian veto on the US sponsored ‘deal’ in the United Nations. This genocidal policy by Washington adopted by Western Europe which nods to whatever Washington says, includes the Prespa Agreement as a way for Greece to agree to alleged membership of Macedonia to the EU and NATO. However, Greece already doesn’t have a good feeling about the agreement, could lead Athens and the American puppets in Skopje to an unpleasant situation at the UN – writes Serbian daily “Politics”.

In order to prevent diplomatic shock, Tsipras, as he himself said, explained to Putin in detail the need for approving the Prespa Agreement. But the Greek prime minister was not clear enough when asked whether he was successful in convincing Putin.

The Russian president viewed the Skopje – Athens agreement, if one can call it an agreement, with a noticeable dose of skepticism.

“The ability to compromise is not diplomatic humanity towards a partner, but rather the ability to understand and accept the legitimate interests of both partners,” was one of Putin’ statements on the matter. This is a very diplomatic way of saying “Nyet”.

Russia’s foreign minister Sergey Lavrov went a bit more deeply into the subject, calling the vote in Parliament a Washington orchestrated chaos where MPs were blackmailed, bribed… it saw the direct involvement of foreign diplomats, the US Ambassador (Baily) inside Parliament” – stated Lavrov.

In addition, Macedonia’s president Gjorgje Ivanov has said on several occasions the Prespa Agreement is invalid, illegal and anti constitutional and he will not sign it. Furthermore, this agreement was thrown out by Macedonians via a referendum, further delegitimizing the current moves in Parliament where MPs are under constant pressure from outside.

Both Russia and China can place a veto on this “agreement” at the UN. Macedonians worldwide and in Macedonia continue to encourage both Russia and China to do precisely that and veto the agreement.

Zaev’s historians: You want tsar Samoil? Done… Strumica is available too

The secretive talks between Zaev’s lobomotized “historians” and the representatives from Bulgaria are going very well, according to Bulgarian media. The Bulgarian side requested that Macedonia remove all references to tsar Samoil in our books, and if we mentioned the Macedonian king, we must refer to him as a Bulgarian king. – No problem! Zaev’s historians have signed off on this request.

Update: Grigor Prlichev is now a Bulgarian too – the Ohrid born writer who despised Bulgarians all of his life is now one of them, per Zaev’s historians.

We tried rather hard to find out who is selling our history and we did…

The official sounding name of the unofficial Institute for National History is a recent creation somehow financed by Soros with each “historian” interviewed, vetted and hired by the Open Society Foundation. We’re now properly managed by Soros on every level.

Zaev and the SDS have created parallel institutions for everything (Parallel and illegal judiciary, government, police … and yes, even a “history institute” that no one knows it exists.) They couldn’t rely on actual historians, they may be trouble for erasing Macedonia’s history, so they simply created an “institute” to serve their needs. This resembles the ‘companies’ created for the purposes of receiving hundreds of thousands of euros in “innovation” money days before the money were awarded.

INI.PNG

What Macedonians don’t seem to quite understand is that both Bulgaria and Greece who genuinely hate us are indirectly trying to help and wake up the population to remove psycho Zaev from power.

This ‘help’ against their will comes from both Athens and Sofia through brutal and quite insane blackmails and statements. Tsipras just stated the Prespa Agreement has nothing to do with NATO and is strictly to rename the country. Sofia has been on a roll – stated it will never allow Macedonian language at EU level, won’t allow the term Macedonians, asked for tsar Samoil to be removed from books… done… it doesn’t matter what they say…the waking up not meant to be. Athens can ask Zaev to sell his son into slavery, and he will do it without giving much thought to prove his worth to the Empire.

We don’t know if it’s the diazepam (4 million pills are sold in Macedonia annually), but if Macedonia somehow keeps its name, it won’t be due to a political party or the president as not one MP/politician in Macedonia has ever done their job.

While you’re busy with Name change, children without parents to give up residences to Migrants

mila.png

Veteran Soros activist Mila Carovska and ironically Macedonia’s Minister of Social justice is kicking out hundreds of children without parents from famous institutions 11 Oktomvri and 25 Maj to give up their residences for incoming unvetted migrants who have failed to obtain residences in Germany and France. The Ministry has allegedly promised to seek homes for the children from 25 Maj, but for now a dozen will be shoved into small apartments. This is all with meeting deadlines for bringing in migrants given by Soros to Mila Carovska.

MINA finds, children under the age of 3 will be sold to EU parents with executives in the Ministry pocketing the money. The SDSM had this “business” well established from 1992-2000 and is now back again.

This and numerous other catastrophic projects are done quietly while the nation is distracted with the name change. In addition to this lunacy of making your own (children without parents) homeless so foreign jihadists can take their residences Zaev has appointed Loreta Georgieva, the wife of his friend Zoran Georgiev to vet and fire all judges deemed ‘troublesome’, thus putting the entire judiciary across the country under SDSM control. The DPNE couldn’t fire a corrupt judge in 10 years, the SDSM will replace all decent judges with corrupt judges in a matter of weeks.

And yes, Macedonia, somehow, with the likes of Zaev and this monstrosity Mila Carovska… functions as a country.

Constitutional Court refuses to decide whether the scandalous October 19th vote was legal

Elena-Goseva-Ustaven.jpg

The Constitutional Court today refused to move forward a request submitted by the World Macedonian Congress to anull the vote on October 19th which opened the process to amend the Constitution with the aim to rename the Republic of Macedonia into the Republic of North Macedonia.

Judges Jovan Josifovski and Elena Goseva insisted that the Court takes the case, saying that they’ve often decided on far less significant matters. One of the issues is the number of members of Parliament needed to open the procedure – following the timed release of three members of Parliament from detention and alleged bribes and threats aimed at five more, the SDSM led majority reached 80 votes in Parliament. But the two thirds requirement of the 120 members needed to open the process is believed by many legal experts to be 81, and not just 80 votes.

Josifovski named examples when former Parliament Speakers, including those elected from and by SDSM like Stojan Andov and Tito Petkovski, insisted on 81 and not 80 votes, to meet the two thirds requirement.

The Court must not run away from this issue. We need to determine the way in which Parliament can reach a two thirds majority, said judge Josifovski.

Ultimately, judges appointed by SDSM and the ethnic Albanian parties overruled Josifovski and Goseva and refused to move the request further.

Defense Minister Kammenos issues a threatening message from the Greek – Macedonian border

Greek Defense Minister Panos Kammenos marched to the Greek – Macedonian border near the Lerin – Bitola region today and issued a threatening message that “our neighbors need to understand that there is only one Macedonia, and it is Greek”.

– Greece wants to live in peace and our neighbors need to understand that it is also in their interest. Greece is friendly toward them, but at the same time they must know that while they provoke and have irredentist claims, the Greek door will be closed. And a closed Greek door for them means a closed European and a closed Western door”, Kammenos added, announcing a continued veto for Macedonia’s entry into NATO and the European Union.

Kammenos is involved in a war of words with the Macedonian Government, after Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said that the Prespa treaty will mean that Macedonians living in northern Greece (Aegean Macedonia) will finally be allowed to have their public education in Macedonian. Zaev issued an apology to Greek media after his statement but later, following a similar verbal fight with Bulgarian Defense Minister Krasimir Karakacanov, insisted that he and his children are and will remain Macedonians and that they speak Macedonian.

The Prespa treaty is dead. It is dead because of Mr. Zaev who, despite all efforts on the Greek side to find a solution to the problem, keeps making statements that deny the very treaty. Unless he has a different, secret deal with Tsipras. That must be said publicly. We don’t know of any such deal, Kammenos said, further straining relations with his coalition partner, the Alexis Tsipras led SYRIZA party.

Kammenos ensured the resignation of Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias over the Prespa treaty and accused him of bribing Macedonian politicians and journalists to secure the deal. Now Tsipras holds the Foreign Ministry portfolio, and Kammenos has threatened he will leave the Government if Parliament moves ahead to ratify the Zaev – Tsipras treaty.

– If the Government in Skopje continues with its policy and continues to speak about the existance of a Macedonian national group or a Macedonian language, and even worse, speaks about a Macedonian minority in Greece, this treaty must never be put to vote in the Greek Parliament. If, for what ever reason, it is brought before Parliament, I clearly state that the Independent Greeks will leave the Government and the ruling majority, Kammenos said. The Tsipras Government is held in power by the votes provided by Kammenos and his Independent Greeks (ANEL) party.

Gruevski way more interesting than nutjob Zaev

Time to distract the Macedonian public… look over here, yes, here is Gruevski enjoying himself in a Budapest restaurant – reported USAid financed media in Skopje, ignore the working of Macedonia’s criminal government and their dealings with:

  • Name Change
  • 3 Billion Euros missing
  • All judges are replaced by corrupt SDSM judges
  • Children kicked out from residences so Migrants can take their homes
  • Ex DPMNE MP and ‘terrorist’ Krsto Mukoski was just awarded 684,000 euros Government contract as a payment for the name change vote he gave Zaev in Parliament.
javni-nabavki-tender-krsto-mukoski.jpg

  • Zaev is giving up all Macedonian historical figures to Bulgaria
And so we continue… the US financed pro Zaev ‘media’ has kept their main focus on Gruevski for over a month – where is he staying, what does he eat, has he lost weight… would report on anything except the crimes by the Government.

In fact, Macedonia is rapidly becoming a second Ukraine whose economy and GDP, not to mention their international standing was decimated since the US led coup there.

Kovacs: Gruevski’s asylum request was approved in accordance with all international standards

Hungarian Government spokesman Zoltan Kovacs held a press conference in Brussels where he said that the political asylum to former Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski was given in accordance with international standards.

I don’t see questions like this addressed to other asylum seekers across Europe, Kovacs told the journalist asking about Gruevski.

Asked whether the approved of this asylum request means that Hungary doubts that Macedonia has an independent judiciary, Kovacs said that this is directly said in a number of European Commission reports on Macedonia as well as in reports by other international bodies.

Cvetanova to Ambassador Thimonier: If this is the EU you speak of, I say we wait and see

Former Culture Minister Ganka Samoilovska Cvetanova used social media to reply to French Ambassador to Macedonia Christian Thimonier over his recent forceful call on Macedonia to change its name in order to join the European Union.

– The French Ambassador tells us that there is no Plan B to the Prespa treaty. The only alternative is to remain paralyzed on the road to the EU, he says. If this is the EU he wants us to rush toward, I say let’s wait and see, Cvetanova wrote, while sharing a news report about the recent Islamist attack in Strasbourg.

Thimonier caused waves on two other recent occasions. In one instance he warned Macedonia that if it does not accept to change its name into North Macedonia, it faces the fate of North Korea. In the other, he made lengthy rambling comments on Facebook which included many ugly terms aimed at Macedonians.

Constitutional Judge tells her bribed colleagues: Parliament has NO authority to change name

money.jpg

Macedonia’s Constitutional Court begun the review of constitutional changes brought about by Zaev’s criminal junta. The debate was among Constitutional judges on payroll of the US Embassy and judges Elena Gosheva and Jovan Josifovski who stated that constitutionally, Parliament does Not have authority to change the country’s name.

Judge Elena Gosheva stated that two lawsuits of the legitimacy and legality of Parliament’s undertakings must be taken into consideration, one by the WMC and the second by attorney Tome Todorovski from Sveti Nikole.

S.PNG

“In regards to Parliament, and the failed referendum nowhere it is stated that the country will change its name. The referendum question(s) did not specify a change of the country’s name. Therefore, Parliament has no authority to change the country’s name” stated Gosheva.

Constitutional judge Jovan Josifovski said there needs to be an investigation of why the Government opened the debate on Constitutional changes with only 80 MPs, when the Constitution calls for 81 MPs. “For years SDSM officials such as Stojan Andov and Tito Petkovski have stated 81 MPs are needed for 2/3rd majority to open any discussion on Constitutional changes. Then why was this done with 80? This is a serious problem” stated Josifovski.

We don’t know why is “Constitutional” judge Jovan Josifovski quoting SDSM officials that 81 MPs are needed, when this Is Very Clearly Written In The Constitution. And yes, we’re sending judge Josifovski a copy of the Constitution.

Zaev paid 20,000 denars each to SDSM officials to “debate” how good Prespa Agreement is

v.png

Zaev paid 20000 denars to each SDSM officials introduced as “expert” to participate in a public debate on changes of Macedonia’s constitution.

Government spokesman Mile Bosnjakovski announced the payments today, stressing that not all were paid, but only those that the Government ordered them to develop special expertise during the debate. <– Yes, this is what Boshnjakovski actually said. And we don’t know what expertise the likes of Frckovski developed during the debate.

The Zaev government did not specify who received money, but were forced to acknowledge the payments after the SDS officials themselves bragged on social media that they were paid to support the Prespa Agreement in a debate where all participants were pro Agreement with Greece.

No critics of the Agreement (2/3rds of the country) received an invitation.

The public discussions were attended by well known SDSM officials and ideologues, professors Ljubomir Frckoski (reported as the main suspect behind the Gligorov assassination), Nano Ruzin, Temelko Ristevski and Gjorgi Spasov.

DPNE shifts focus from promenades to making videos

The largest controlled opposition party, the DPNE has shifted their focus from promenades along the Vardar river, to making cool videos of how bad Zaev and his junta are.

Good thing the DPNE are raising awareness that there is a criminal Government in Macedonia. Protests? No thanks, we’ll stick to videos for now…

Here is a video the DPNE leader Hristijan Mickoski released earlier today:

WikiLeaks reveals Traitor Nikola Dimitrov has been a US Operative since 2008

G.PNG

A Wikileaks cable from CIA operative and former US Ambassador Philip Reeker (currently stationed in Italy, overseeing Macedonia’s name change operations from there) became available to the public.

In his 2008 confidential report to the US State Department (OTI division) Reeker seeks protection for his mole in the Macedonian Government – Nikola Dimitrov

Who brought Dimitrov out of obscurity and made him Macedonia’s Foreign Minister to sign the name change? Baily’s boss, Philip Reeker. As the sayings goes, may Dimitrov reap what he sow.

Below is Reeker’s cable to the State Department.

————————————————————————————————–

1. (C) Summary: The Macedonian leadership — PM Gruevski and President Crvenkovski — are deadlocked on how to proceed with the name talks with Greece, name negotiator Dimitrov told the Ambassador Sept. 30. UN Negotiator Nimetz will reportedly present a “take it or leave it” proposal to both sides Oct 6-7 in New York, but Dimitrov believes neither Athens nor Skopje will be able to accept it, and the talks will then likely be broken off for some time. Gruevski and Crvenkovski’s bitter feud may have softened somewhat with Crvenkovski agreeing Oct 3 to participate in an Oct 6 meeting with the major political parties to coordinate prior to the New York meetings. End summary.

The Deep Freeze —————-

2. (C) The GoM’s chief negotiator on the name issue, Nikola Dimitrov, told the Ambassador Sept. 30 that President Crvenkovski and PM Gruevski are deadlocked over how to proceed with these negotiations. Dimitrov said the two have fundamentally different approaches and could barely speak to each other during a tense “coordination meeting” the previous day. The two leaders have escalated their already scathing rhetoric about each other in the press, Crvenkovski accusing Gruevski of abdicating his responsibility to pursue the negotiations seriously, with Gruevski responding that the President is essentially manufacturing a controversy to improve his political standing leading up to the end of his term this spring, after which it is expected that he will once again become leader of the main opposition party, the Social Democrats (SDSM). The tone may have improved somewhat Oct 3, when Crvenkovski announced he would participate in a meeting with the major party leaders on Oct 6 to coordinate on the name negotiations.

3. (C) These scathing press duels follow a tense week of speculation on events at the UNGA, which Crvenkovski and FonMin Milososki attended, but Gruevski did not. The PM and his advisors were furious when Crvenkovski excluded Milososki from his meeting with Nimetz, and proceeded to taunt the President, essentially daring him to come home with a deal on the name which would then be put to a referendum (the subtext being that Gruevski would ensure its failure and humiliate Crvenkovski).
Dimitrov (please protect) told the Ambassador in strict confidence that Milososki had refused Nimetz’s request to meet separately during the UNGA.(While we have not sought to confirm this with Nimetz, if true this calls into question Gruevski’s seriousness in pursuing a solution.) Take It or Leave It Proposal —————————

4. (C) Dimitrov reported that Nimetz told him that he will present a final package very soon as a “take it or leave it” deal for capitals to consider. (Dimitrov told us Oct. 1 that Nimetz has called for a meeting in New York for Oct. 7.) Dimitrov added that, according to Nimetz, Greek FonMin Bakoyannis viewed Nimetz’s latest proposal as entirely unacceptable to Greece, primarily on the issues of scope of use of a new name and the use of “Macedonian” as the adjective to describe national identity. Dimitrov had little hope that Athens would find another Nimetz proposal acceptable, and that the current political stalemate here would preclude any serious consideration in Skopje. He predicted this would lead to a prolonged pause in negotiations. In recent previous discussions with us, Dimitrov has told us that Nimetz is frustrated and confessed to be “running out of ideas.

Deep Divisions Over Macedonia’s Future ————————————–

5. (C) Dimitrov told us he believes Gruevski and Crvenkovski have a fundamentally different view of the negotiations and, more importantly, Macedonia’s future. Dimitrov portrays the President as believing the country has a bleak future if it is not a NATO and EU member, thus he believes the GoM must quickly make deal on the name in order to integrate as quickly as possible. Crvenkovski also believes Macedonia must enlist the aid of the international community in the negotiation process, and in order to do so must be seen as being willing to compromise on the name, as long as the country’s dignity and identity remain intact.

6. (C) Dimitrov sees Gruevski as more motivated by the fear of going SKOPJE 00000606 002 OF 002 down in history as the leader who lost Macedonia’s name and identity; these are more crucial than Euro-Atlantic integration. Dimitrov opined that Gruevski believes Macedonia can survive and even prosper without NATO and EU membership. Dimitrov professed to be deeply concerned that Macedonia’s e-Albanian community will rapidly become dissatisfied with the lack of movement toward these Western institutions and that interethnic tensions will rise, perhaps rapidly. Comment: A Future Without NATO and EU? ——————————————— ———-

7. (C) It is generally known that Dimitrov is closer to Crvenkovski. Following quarrels with Gruevski some months ago he has always been accompanied by Gruevski’s COS in meetings with Nimetz. It cannot be said that he is a dispassionate observer. Nonetheless, his analysis of the President and the PM’s differing perspectives is consistent with that of many other contacts. There is some evidence that the Gruevski government is laying the groundwork for preparing the Macedonian people for remaining outside the Alliance and the EU for some years to come. Among others, Milososki has made public statements to the effect that the country will thrive outside these organizations even as others in the region — Albania, Serbia, Kosovo — move forward, arguing that their membership in these institutions will also stabilize Macedonia. We have continued to press the point publicly and privately that Macedonia’s future lies inside these organizations; any other path will bring significant risks. 8. (C) We should not underestimate the role that political ambition and personal animosity are playing in this dispute. Since Gruevski’s VMRO-DPMNE swept to power in 2006, he and Crvenkovski have chafed under an at best uneasy state of cohabitation. With the prospect of a possible “take it or leave it” proposal on the near horizon, we are at a critical stage of this lengthy process.

Zaev moves closer to amnesty deal for members of Parliament whose votes he depends on

The planned amnesty bill will reduce sentences for those involved in the April 2017 incident in the Parliament, which were not directly violent, said Prime Minister Zoran Zaev on Friday, announcing that the law will be proposed on Monday. This will likely involve the three former VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament, who were released from detention after they agreed to vote in favor of opening the process to amend the Constitution, and now demand amnesty before the final vote is cast.

Five other former VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament, most of whom are directly or indirectly pressured with other criminal cases, are also in talks with Zaev for what is called a “reconciliation bill”. In exchange, Zaev hopes that he can count on their votes to adopt the four amendments which will rename Macedonia into North Macedonia.

– We need to make it clear to all that there were no bears hidden in the amendments. An honest approach to implement the Prespa treaty. You see that we have an inclusive approach from the Albanian community as well. We involve the entire diaspora and strengthen the Macedonian identity. I believe that the members of Parliament will support this, Zaev said.

The family owned company of one of these members of Parliament, Krsto Mukoski, received a Government contract worth 680.000 EUR this week, in a move likely made to further “sweeten the deal”. Zaev today said that “he has forgiven Mukoski” for the assault in the Parliament. A two thirds majority of 80 or 81 votes will be needed to adopt the final draft of the amendments.

VMRO-DPMNE demands a broad and unselective amnesty bill, for all who are charged in this case, and not a selective law which will cover only the members of Parilament whose votes Zaev needs.

– If the proposal is not selective and if it ensures justice for all those involved in this case, we will support it, said VMRO-DPMNE Secretary General Igor Janusev.

Zaev asks Kammenos to support the Prespa treaty

Zaev addressed Greek Defense Minister Panos Kammenos on Friday, asking the nationalist politician to support the Prespa treaty.

I have faith in Kammenos who is also part of the Greek Government. They need to give this historic treaty a chance because it is good for both countries and both peoples. I believe that the benefits will be visible in the first months of its implementation. I’m certain that the trust that Alexis Tsipras has will be implemented in the Parliament as I’m trying to implement the trust Tsipras has in me and in the Macedonian Government in our Parliament. The process here is serious and fundamental. I can’t guarantee the process will succeed in the Macedonian Parliament, but we do what we can and we will continue to do so for an inclusive process which can end until the middle of January, said Zaev.

Kammenos ruled out voting for the proposal and has recently threatened to resign and bring down the Tsipras Government if the treaty is submitted in the Greek Parliament or if the Macedonian Parliament adopts the four renaming amendments. This was prompted by Zaev’s statement that the treaty will allow ethnic Macedonians living in the northern Greek region of Aegean Macedonia to study in Macedonian.

Zaev critical of Kosovo’s decision to create an army, Ahmeti celebrates in his military uniform

Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev criticized the move of Kosovo to declare the creation of its own army.

I know that the position of NATO is that this is not the time. We don’t need additional tensions. Let’s not forget the the Balkans is a powder keg. I call on all my colleagues to watch their step because our mutual goal in the Western Balkans is to join the EU and advance cooperation to ensure eternal peace and excellent relations, Zaev said during an event on Friday.

Meanwhile his coalition partner and former Albanian guerrilla commander Ali Ahmeti posted a picture of himself in a military uniform to celebrate the occasion.

A.PNG

We endured many sacrifices, had many dreams and put in many efforts of many martyrs through the centuries to come to this day of freedom, independence, military, equality and perspective, Ahmeti wrote on his social media accounts.

Western countries, who have assumed responsibility for security in Kosovo, seemed divided over the move by the Kosovan Parliament. American diplomats gave their support, while NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the move is “ill-timed”.

– I regret that this decision was made despite the concerns expressed by NATO. While the transition of the Kosovo Security Force is in principle a matter for Kosovo to decide, we have made clear that this move is ill-timed. NATO supports the development of the Kosovo Security Force under its current mandate. With the change of mandate, the North Atlantic Council will now have to re-examine the level of NATO’s engagement with the Kosovo Security Force, Stoltenberg said.

PRISTINA - Kosovo’s parliament voted on Friday to create a 5,000-strong standing army, a week after Serbia’s premier suggested the move could provoke military intervention by Belgrade.

The move, coming 20 years after Kosovo Albanians’ uprising against Serbian rule and a decade after independence, was lauded as “historic” by the United States but NATO criticized it as unhelpful in efforts to ease tensions between Kosovo and Serbia.

Legislation to transform the lightly armed Kosovo Security Force, which was created mainly for crisis response, civil defense and removal of ordnance from the 1990s conflict, into an army was approved by 105 deputies in the 120-seat assembly.

Eleven minority Serb deputies boycotted the vote. Kosovo’s constitution mandates the creation of a national army but no action was taken for years while Pristina sought, in vain, to obtain the approval of Kosovo Serbs.

The move is also strongly opposed by Kosovo Serbs’ patron Serbia, which has refused to recognize the independence of its former province and warned that a national Kosovo army could destabilize the Western Balkans.

“I regret that this decision was made despite the concerns expressed by NATO,” NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in a statement on Friday.

“The North Atlantic Council will now have to re-examine the level of NATO’s engagement with the Kosovo Security Force,” he said.

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres was concerned by the move, said U.N. spokesman Farhan Haq.

“The Secretary-General calls on all parties concerned to exercise restraint and refrain from actions that could raise tensions and cause a further setback in the European Union-facilitated dialogue for the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina,” Haq said in a statement.

“Today we have taken a decision that is important to save our sovereignty and integrity and in partnership with the international community,” Kadri Veseli, the speaker of the Kosovar parliament, said after the resolution, which will be backed by law within 30 days.

Most opposition MPs boycotted the session to approve the negotiating team, which will have 12 members from government, the opposition and civil society.

Though creating an army could take years, Serbian politicians maintain that it could be used to expel remaining Serbs from Kosovo - an accusation denied by Kosovo Albanian leaders who rely on European Union and U.S. support for reforms and development of the small, impoverished Balkan country.

On Dec. 5, Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic suggested one possible response by Belgrade could be military intervention.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will be inspecting troops along the Kosovo border over the next three days, his office said on Thursday.

A NATO-led peacekeeping mission to Kosovo still has around 4,000 troops in the landlocked country.

Balkans analysts, however, said any action by Serbia’s 28,000-strong army against Kosovo is highly unlikely given Belgrade’s aspirations to join the EU and that Brnabic’s remarks appeared to be a sop to Serbian nationalists.

With the new law in place, Kosovo will set up a defense ministry and the future army is to be comprised of 5,000 active soldiers and 3,000 reservists. Pristina government officials said the process would last at least 10 years.

December 15, 2018 - Kosovo approves Team for talks with former adversary Serbia

PRISTINA - Kosovo’s parliament voted on Saturday to form a negotiating team to try to resolve outstanding disputes with Serbia, amid growing tensions between the two neighbors.

The two countries committed to a European Union sponsored dialogue aimed at setting all remaining issues between them in 2013, but little progress has been made since.

Relations between Belgrade and Kosovo have been strained since 2008 when Pristina, with the backing of western countries, declared independence from Serbia.

Kosovo’s President Hashim Thaci raised concerns at home in June when he announced that he will seek a solution with Belgrade by changing borders.

And on Friday they reached a new low when Kosovo’s parliament voted to approve the creation of a 5,000-strong standing army, only a week after Serbia’s premier suggested such a move could provoke military intervention by Belgrade.

Thaci’s plan has rung alarm bells among many politicians in Kosovo, its Balkan neighbors and for some western diplomats who see it as an attempt to take three Serbian municipalities inhabited mainly by Albanians.

In return, Serbia would get part of northern Kosovo which is populated mainly by Serbs who refuse to recognize the authority of the government in Pristina.

Kosovo is recognized by more than 110 countries, including the United States, but not by Serbia, Russia or China.

Washington has said it will accept any deal if Serbs and Albanians agree, but opponents of border changes say it would validate ethnic cleansing, which was one of the main causes of the fighting in the Balkans in the 1990s.

BIHAC, Bosnia - Harsh weather conditions and tight police border controls have stopped thousands of migrants from attempting to cross into Croatia at the European Union’s Balkan frontier, leaving them stuck in impoverished Bosnia until spring.

Over 3,000 people have been cramped in three improvised migrant centers in the Bosnian towns of Bihac and Velika Kladusa, on the Croatian border, with emergency workers rushing to provide them with accommodation and food as winter bites.

“Here is a big problem with winter, when it is finished, I’m going to try again,” said Hamza from Pakistan, echoing the words of others interviewed by Reuters in the Bira center in Bihac.

A small refugee town has been set up in the giant concrete halls of a former factory, accommodating more than 2,000 migrants and refugees in heated tents and containers. They have three meals a day and access to medical services.

On Friday, some of the 180 unaccompanied minors from the center were enjoying playing in fresh snowfall, taking selfies.

The European Union has allocated more than 9.2 million euros ($10.4 million) to help Bosnia cope with the migrant influx before the winter, channeling funding through the International Organization for Migration and the U.N. refugee agency UNHCR, officials told Reuters.

Still recovering from a devastating war in the 1990s, Bosnia was bypassed in 2015 and 2016 when more than a million migrants and refugees passed through the Balkans on their way to the wealthier European countries.

But this year it has become a major transit country for migrants as other countries, such as EU members Hungary and Slovenia, sealed their borders.

More than 23,000 people, mostly from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran, have entered the country since January. About 5,000 are now stuck, as the cold winter and Croatian police make it impossible for them to continue their journey.

“This is inhuman, the life of the migrants,” said Wali Khan from Afghanistan, showing bruises on his hands that he said were inflicted by the Croatian police beating him with batons when he tried to cross the border earlier this week.

Croatia, the EU’s newest member, denies accusations its border police are rough handling would-be refugees.

UNHCR, which helps refugees and migrants handle their asylum applications, says procedures in Bosnia are slow and complex.

“It is necessary to simplify and expand the access to the asylum procedure to all who want to seek asylum in Bosnia,” said Neven Crvenkovic, a spokesman for the UNHCR regional office.

While local authorities in northwestern Bosnia have limited new arrivals of migrants, saying there was no available accommodation, local people in Bihac, remembering their own plight as refugees during the 1990s, have tried to help..

SDSM in panic after WikiLeaks bombshell, DPNE rushes to Krushevo to check Air quality

wiki.jpg

We’re not sure who had a worse day, the SDS criminal junta or the fake patriots in the DPNE who are single handedly maintaining Saudi oil based economy with their never ending trips across Macedonia each time they want to escape the spotlight.

WikiLeaks revealed what many of us have already known. Macedonia’s Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov is a CIA asset, and has been one for at least 10 years. It’s fitting since both his father and grandfather were operatives for Bulgaria. This doesn’t exclude Nikola Dimitrov being a double agent for Bulgaria and Washington. It would be rather surprising if Nikola Dimitrov hasn’t continued his family’s tradition visavi Bulgaria.

SDS’ criminal junta is already in damage control and have attempted over a dozen distractions that started few hours ago.

First, it was Radmila Sekerinska who claimed they have 80 MPs to impeach Ivanov (actually 81 is needed), however she didn’t want to do it, since the SDS were too good for our lame-duck president. Then a small protest in front of the Government was banned after Zaev claimed someone will RPG the Government HQ. Most protesters were in their 70’s. More distractions were announced for tomorrow with alleged testimonies coming from Nikolovski-Ninja, a bribed individual who was jailed for six months over the April 27th incident and has already given numerous false testimonies. Whatever it takes to distract the public from this very damaging WikiLeaks release that uncovers Macedonia’s FM and main signatory of the Prespa Agreement as a CIA operative.

Macedonia’s US controlled opposition did what they do best. The fake patriots in DP.NE ran away from the capital once the WikiLeaks info became public.

Hristijan Mickoski was seen in Krushevo checking on and discussing the air quality there.

GMO product Nikola Dimitrov no longer needed by the Empire
The real question one ought to ask themselves is, who sent this information to WikiLeaks? Why was it sent now, why not before the Prespa Agreement was signed?

Dimitrov completed his job, as he was required. Does the CIA need him anymore? The answer is they do not, once he signed the Agreement, his use has expired, and is now a major liability to Washington. This is where the WikiLeaks comes in, with the irony of course being the leak likely came from Phillip Reeker himself, as a way to ‘thank’ the traitor for his services.

And if you wonder why are the traitors in DPNE very quiet about this treasonous fiasco that would see anyone else in another country sitting on an electric chair, it’s because they too have their names in similar leaks that haven’t been made public.

Dimitrov = Zaev = Mickoski = Nikoloski = Gjorchev.

How US sabotage unfolded in Macedonia – a summary

usaid.jpg

How have things unfolded in Macedonia since the US started its regime & name change operation in 2015-:

– Former US “Ambassador” and CIA operative Philip Reeker (stationed in Italy) ordered the wiretapping of Macedonian Government officials, material later to be used to blackmail officials and MPs.

– Jess Baily on Reeker’s orders recruits current Macedonian Government officials.

– To speed up “regime change” operation, terrorist attack in Kumanovo results in the death of 8 Macedonian policemen.

– CIA through USAid finances underwhelming protests which in the public eye are financed by Soros NGOs, however money came directly from Washington.

– Major electoral fraud and subsequent threats results in the installation of Reeker’s recruits in Government.

– USAid contractor writes “Prespa Agreement”.

– Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov, a protected CIA asset approves and signs agreement.

– Referendum fails.

– Reeker instructs Baily to begin with arrests and bribery of MPs to start name change push in Parliament.

– CIA through USAid advises and restructures Macedonia’s judiciary where Reeker’s Special Prosecutor Office (SPO) will become the official and only prosecution office.

SDSM stands by Zaev’s comment that it is not yet time for Kosovo to have its army

SDSM stands by Prime Minister Zaev’s statement that this is not the right time for Kosovo to form its own army. Zaev’s statement caused unease among ethnic Albanians in Macedonia, and the Alliance of Albanians called on him to immediately withdraw it, calling it a move which causes a rift with the United States, but Zaev and his party have stood by the statement.

BESA also said that Zaev must withdraw the comment and said that it reminds Albanians of the “nationalism of the past times”.

– His comment shows the true face of “multiethnic” Macedonia, and it makes Albanians feel insulted. It was the Albanians in this country who gave Zaev the mandate to rule and he is now spouting nonsense and nationalist – communist barbarisms. This shows that Zaev’s position is dictated by Vucic and Serbia, who are categorically against the creation of a Kosovan army, BESA said in a press release.

In what was a surprising development, SDSM got thousands of ethnic Albanian votes in the 2016 elections and this helped it narrow down its losing margin against VMRO-DPMNE. A recent poll showed that now SDSM is the leading political choice for ethnic Albanians, with 27.5 percent of their votes, ahead of its coalition partner DUI with 27 percent. And Zaev personally is the leading politician for ethnic Albanians with 17.6 percent, which helps the ruling party maintain its overall standing while ethnic Macedonians turn their back on it.

Kosovo declared that it has elevated the status of its protection forces into a full army on Friday. This move was supported by US diplomats on the ground, while NATO condemned it.

Sela: Zaev’s criticism of Kosovo’s army is a move that favors Serbia and Russia

Ziadin Sela, leader of the Alliance of Albanians, called on Prime Minister Zoran Zaev to urgently take back his criticism of Kosovo, which yesterday declared the creation of its own army. Zaev took the side of NATO and some European Union countries which criticized Kosovo, while the United States supported the decision, and said that now is not the time to form an army of Kosovo.

This is a nationalist statement aimed against Albanians in Kosovo but also against the United States. Zaev’s comments put a question mark over his relationship with the United States, and is part of a scenario which benefits Serbia and Russia, Sela wrote on his social media accounts.

Sela also called on Zaev to stop meddling in Kosovo’s internal affairs and rather work to accomplish reforms in Macedonia.

Wiring money to Macedonia? You’re wiring 15% to Zaev

Over 30,000 people in Macedonia have had their telephone conversations recorded with over 5 million recordings. But these conversations are safe with Zaev and used to blackmail any public official, businessman or individual, so you got nothing to worry about.

Since it’s all about safety, the criminal junta in Macedonia on Thursday passed a law giving the UJP and DBK 100% access to all bank accounts in the country. The law was passed on Friday and received zero coverage across Macedonia’s USAid bought media.

The reasoning used for this move is the junta wanted to ‘assist’ the public and will have the UJP automatically create your tax forms visa-vi how much you owe. The new law introduced a 15% tax on your savings within your Bank accounts. It gets better. Any wire or transaction coming into your Bank account is subject to the same tax.

If your wife or daughter simply transfers money from theirs to your account (even within the same bank), it’s considered income which leads to “profit” which is subject to the 15% tax.

In other words, you will need to explain each transaction to the UJP because if you don’t, you’ll be taxed on all of it.

Zaev’s UJP team released a statement, somehow not mentioning the tax, but focusing on alleged new technologies that exist for decades, and we quote: “With the latest changes to the banking laws, we guarantee higher safe keeping of your data with latest technology which encrypts your data“.

Macedonian banks have had their data encrypted for 20+ years, it’s the first requirement for any Bank to be included in SWIFT. The only thing that changed is your personal and financial info is no longer private information and your savings are taxed.

18/12/2018 - US backs NATO membership for Bosnia, dismisses Serb opposition
U.S. backs NATO membership for Bosnia, dismisses Serb opposition

The United States supports Bosnia's ambition to join NATO, a senior U.S. official said on Monday, dismissing Bosnian Serb objections and adding Washington would react strongly to any threat to the stability of the country.

Bosnia has long proclaimed integration with NATO and the European Union to be strategic goals. But the pro-Russian leader of Bosnia's autonomous Serb region, Milorad Dodik, has called for the country to remain neutral and stay out of the U.S.-led military alliance.

"We discussed the U.S. position which is as firm as it has ever been, supporting the decision that has been made by this government to pursue membership in NATO," U.S. Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan said after meeting Bosnia's three-man inter-ethnic presidency.

NATO bombed dominant separatist Serb forces in Bosnia in 1995 to help bring an end to the war there, and the United States brokered the Dayton peace deal that followed.

This month NATO invited Bosnia to start working on a Membership Action Plan (MAP), which has been blocked for 10 years by the Serbs.

Dodik said he told Sullivan there was no consensus in the presidency regarding NATO membership.
The Muslim Bosniak and Croat members support it.

Russia is strongly against the country's membership in NATO.

"We in the United States take that decision ... made by the government to pursue NATO membership very seriously," Sullivan said when asked about Dodik's reiterated objections.

"We don't want any country, any country to interfere with government of this independent sovereign country," he added.

"The U.S. government will always react strongly to any threats to the stability of Bosnia-Herzegovina."

The U.S sanctioned Dodik in 2017 for calling for the secession of Bosnia's Serb region.

"There is no change in his status under sanctions," Sullivan said. "We are committed to protect this country's sovereignty and territorial integrity in line with the 1995 Dayton agreement."

Sullivan said the United States would help Bosnia counter "external forces that actively seek to make Bosnia ever more vulnerable to internal instability". He declined to name those forces.

Dimitrov: Yes, I work for the CIA, but WikiLeaks info is old

Macedonia’s traitor and acting Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov needed three days to think of a response after WikiLeaks revealed him as a CIA asset who as a chief name negotiator undermined Macedonia’s positions at the UN by passing classified information to Washington.

Despite taking three days to consolidate and come up with what we thought would be a clever distraction, this is what Dimitrov came up with: Yes, it is true, but this is old information published in 2010. Lets deconstruct his statement. Dimitrov, unafraid of consequences admits he works for the CIA. He was advised to lie the WikiLeaks information was published in 2010. it was actually published on December 14th, 2018 on their website and on Twitter on December 15th.

Why this GMO product identified as Nikola Dimitrov openly admitted that he works for the CIA and against Macedonia?

It could be because Macedonia’s entire Government was installed by the CIA: Zaev, Dimitrov, Tevdovski, Angjushev, Shekerinska… are all CIA assets. Who is going to charge Dimitrov with treason? The other CIA assets?

Who is going to take to the streets? The CIA controlled opposition led by DP.NE mouse Hristijan Mickoski who hasn’t uttered a single word visavi Dimitrov?

Or will we see protest from the CIA controlled MPC and the satanist in charge of it, Stefan?

Dimitrov’s admission was one of bragging rather than admission of guilt, for the reasons mentioned above.

How was that old saying, “For every Macedonian, there are three Dimitrov“.

Arab Spring Nobel prize recipient will nominate Zaev and Tsipras for the award

Tunisian businesswoman Wided Bouchamaoui, one of the recipients of the 2015 Nobel peace prize, will nominate Zoran Zaev and Alexis Tsipras for the award because of them pushing the Prespa treaty to rename Macedonia.

Bouchamaoui is in Skopje to be promoted as an honorary doctor at the FON university, ran by a Zaev coalition partner. She said that “the Prespa agreement, in which both parties and the mediators have put so much energy, as an exceptionally significant process which deserves to be nominated for the Nobel Peace prize”.

Bouchamaoui also met with Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi and called on both Parliaments to complete the process and ratify the treaty. A SYRIZA member of European Parliament Stelios Kouloglou is set to accompany Bouchamaoui to a meeting with Greek Prime Minsiter Tsipras, to present the nomination.

Prominent critic of Zaev badly beaten up in Strumica

A man from Strumica, Mitko Georgiev, was beaten up on Monday afternoon in front of his own home, days after he was critical of the Zoran Zaev stranglehold of the city.

– Three men armed with iron knuckles jumped me from the dark, I’m all beaten up, Georgiev told the Lider news site. He said that this is his punishment for repeatedly speaking out against Zaev and his regime on media outlets. Zaev was mayor of Strumica and wields serious influence in the city, and Georgiev would point out businesses under his control and accuse Zaev and his brother Vice of acting as local loan sharks.

– I used to protest against Nikola Gruevski, but what we got in his place is much worse. The entire city is under racketeering through Zaev’s bank. There is not a single company in Strumica which is not theirs. I say this openly, under my name, Georgiev said recently calling during a TV program.

Journalist Aleksandar Comovski from the pro-Government 1TV, who spoke with Georgiev on the air, tried to dismiss his call citing technicalities, but Georgiev also gave interviews to other news sites, making him a prominent critic of the Zaev regime. During the interview with Comovski, Georgiev said that he has already been attacked by Zaev’s thugs who “told me they’ll kill me the next time”, before the TV station cut him off.

Bulgarian passport whistleblower says thousands of Macedonians are listed as living on vacant lot near Blagoevgrad

bandera-za-struja.jpg

Katya Mateva, former head of citizenship services in the Bulgarian Justice Ministry, which has turned whistleblower against the Boyko Borisov Government, claims that thousands of Macedonian citizens who received Bulgarian passports are listed at a “electricity pole” near the city of Blagoevgrad.

According to Mateva, the address of a vacant lot was chosen for the many Macedonians who wanted Bulgarian citizenship to make it easier for them to go work in the European Union countries. Speaking with Euobserver, Mateva said that a local mayor helped pick the site and register it as a fake address for new Bulgarian citizens. The process required that these newly-minted citizens have an address in Bulgaria, and the Government supported the process eager to add new citizens to the demographically challenged country. This process also allowed Macedonians to vote in Bulgarian elections.

The Bulgarian Government is facing pressure after Mateva’s revelations, which are aimed primarily at Defense Minister Krasimir Karakacanov and Foreign Affairs Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva. Former head of the Agency for Bulgarians Abroad Petar Haralampiev was detained in October as part of the investigation in the alleged sale of citizenships. Mateva claims that the sales continue and Bulgarian passports can be had for 500 to 7.000 EUR.

Dimitrov is in pain, but not because he was outed as CIA asset

Dimitrov is in pain because the Referendum failed. So much money and effort went into it, so many globalist puppets visited Macedonia. But hey, in Dimitrov’s mind, the referendum is successful because they did manage to stuff over 100,000 votes in ballot boxes.

Per the FM, 600,000 votes is more than 37,000 (those who voted against) as for the 1.2 million who boycotted…they don’t matter.

Here is Dimitrov:

Momirovski with Igor Janev – Macedonian Politicians are not just traitors, but complete idiots

Alfa TV interview with Goran Momirovski and Professor Igor Janev.

Worth watching every second of it… Main takeaways: Macedonian politicians are unable to distinguish between a city – region – country. Government doesn’t seem to know the basics in international law. <-- In all fairness, we don't think it was the lack of knowledge, it was the bribes, it was the bags of money from the Mitsotakis Government in the early 1990's up until present day. Regardless, very good interview.

Tuesday Humor: CIA pushes for Nobel “Peace” Prize for Zaev and Tsipras

zajko.jpg

If the creator of ISIS, Barack Obama can get a Nobel with 2 days in office… what stops Zaev and Tsipras from getting one!?

That’s right, there is a push by the US Deep State, the creator and main backer of the genocidal CIA Agreement that erases Macedonian identity, language and culture to nominate the signatories of the “agreement” Zaev and Tsipras for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Similarly to the Referendum fiasco that saw the Prime Ministers of all major European countries under US control line up in Macedonia to push citizens to vote, today the 2015 former Nobel Peace Prize winner somehow found her way in Macedonia!

A Tunisian Nobel Peace Prize winner on Tuesday nominated Macedonia and Greece’s puppets Zaev and Tsipras for the once prestigious award which has dramatically lost both its luster and respect world-wide.

Speaking at FON University in Skopje, Wided Bouchamaoui, who was in Tunisian democracy groups that won the Nobel Peace prize in 2015, said she was “honoured” to nominate the men for the 2019 bid. What an embarrassment for this woman to even take part in this.

Now, who sent this individual to Skopje? How was this arranged? Was Wided sent by the same people that ordered Merkel and Theresa May in Skopje? It’s clear the authors of the CIA Prespa Agreement are absolutely dedicated in their efforts to continue selling it and publicizing the genocidal document.

The chances for Zaev and Tsipras to get the Nobel Peace Prize is virtually zero. But then again, don’t underestimate the CIA and Norwegians… the word quisling did come from Norway.

Meanwhile, the Dean of FON University Nano Ruzin, a well known SDSM ideologue, compared Zaev to Ghandi.

Sorry Ghandi.

Deputy Deep State Secretary peddles fake news in Macedonia: Russia, Russia, Russia

salivan-zaev.jpg

The US State Department Deputy Secretary John Sullivan is visiting Macedonia.

Whether by automatism or habit, no US officials peddles more fake news and fake narratives as the representatives of the US State Department.

John Sullivan, the Deputy State Department secretary lived up to the expectations.

Today, he met with Government officials and president Gjorgje Ivanov. Not surprisingly, Sullivan spoke of the Deep State “Prespa Agreement” as if it’s holy water.

With good reason. This genocidal agreement will solidify the US occupation of the Balkans leaving Serbia isolated – but not for long. If only the Serbs knew what awaits them (they will fair much worse than Macedonia), but on that later.

“I am proud to be here on behalf of the United States to give support to what the political leaders and citizens of the Republic of Macedonia want, and that is entry into NATO and the EU. We are not here to fuel something, but to support the decision taken under the prime minister’s brave leadership for the country’s EU and NATO membership, Sullivan said.

It appears that Sullivan is so detached from reality, to a point where his statement is laughable. 75% of the Macedonian citizens are against the Prespa Agreement and by default against NATO and EU. Has anyone mentioned to Sullivan the Failed Referendum? Or is this the famous American case of “we’re going to run with our narrative and disregard facts because they don’t fit our agenda“.

And if Sullivan referred to Zaev’s criminal junta as “brave leadership” because everything they have done in Parliament has been illegal and criminal, then yes, that is very brave indeed.

Sullivan pointed out that it is not a secret that Russia opposes the Prespa Accord and no one has any doubt that it will do everything in its own interest and against the interest of the citizens of Macedonia to undermine the process of implementing the agreement.

No, Deep State deputy secretary. It’s not Russia that opposes the accord. It’s the Macedonian public that overwhelmingly opposes it and it is your criminal puppets who are working for your interests and are attempting to illegally implement it.

Besides, what gives the US the right to be the chief meddler in Macedonia, and not allow others to meddle?

Sullivan then went on to say that the Russians are meddling everywhere, including the US elections which resulted in the installation of Trump, his boss, as president.

VMRO-DPMNE walks out of Parliament, will boycott the rest of the renaming process

Pratenichkata-grupa-na-VMRO-DPMNE.png

VMRO-DPMNE walked out of the Parliamentary Committee on constitutional affairs and said it will boycott any further debate on the proposed constitutional amendments which rename Macedonia into North Macedonia.

– This is a farce. We were trying to expose it to the public, but the process no longer deserves to be given legitimacy, said VMRO-DPMNE member of Parliament Antonio Milososki speaking at a press conference in the Parliament attended by most of the party’s representatives. Milososki said that the citizens clearly expressed their opinion on the proposed amendments when they boycotted the referendum on September 30th.

We will respect the will of the people, because we are its representatives, added Milososki. Asked about the direct call from US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan that more members of Parliament support the renaming amendments, Milososki responded that there is difference between the will of the people and calls from international representatives.

He added that, on top of the failed referendum, the entire debate over the constitutional amendments was farcical, with only supporters of the proposals invited to “debate” Prime Minister Zaev and his ministers.

– Given the sensitive proposals on the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, and the declared will of the people at a referendum, we, as members of Parliament elected by the people, don’t feel further need to give legitimacy to this farce. Those in the narrow ruling circle, who obviously undertook obligations in front of someone else to amend the Constitution against the will of the people, can continue to do so without us. They should be aware that their actions are illegal, unconstitutional and have no legitimacy in the eyes of the opposition of the Republic of Macedonia, Milososki said.

Parliament adopts amnesty law for participants in the April 2017 incident

With 95 votes in favor, the Macedonian Parliament today adopted a law on amnesty over the April 2017 incident in the Parliament.

The law is expected to pardon the three former VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament who were charged in this case, and conditioned their vote in favor of the amendments to rename Macedonia into North Macedonia with an amnesty. VMRO-DPMNE demanded a broad amnesty, not one which would apply only to the members of Parliament whose votes are necessary to the ruling majority. In the end, the text provides amnesty to all non-violent participants in the incident, but will not apply to the “organizers” of the incident. Thousands of protesters entered the Parliament on April 27th 2017, provoked by SDSM, DUI and several smaller parties who staged an improvised session to elect a new Parliament Speaker. Ziadin Sela, leader of the Alliance of Albanians, was badly beaten in the incident, while a number of SDSM representatives were also kicked or dragged.

Besides the members of Parliament, protest leaders were also detained, among them world acclaimed opera singer Igor Durlovski, director Boris Damovski, actor Vlado Jovanovski and others.

According to the law, those eligible for amnesty will have five days to submit requests for pardons, and the Court will make a decision, taking into account the evidence provided by the prosecutors.

Sela was strongly critical of the proposal. “I survived a murder attempt, but today, they are killing me for a second time. The perpetrators of the attack on me will walk free, but people who actually protected my life, they will still be held accountable, Sela said, adding that he wants the three members of Parliament who were charged to be exempt from the amnesty.

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev held talks with representatives from the group of former VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament, in what they referred to as “reconciliation”. Most of the group of eight are charged for various crimes, directly or through political associates and family members, and VMRO-DPMNE said that their votes to open the process to amend the Constitution are driven by bribes and blackmail.

December 19, 2018 - Serbian former Police General banned from entering the US over 1999 killings
Serbian former police general banned from entering U.S. over 1999 killings | Reuters

BELGRADE - The U.S. State Department has banned a Serbian former police commander from entering the United States, alleging he played a part in the killings of three U.S.-born Kosovo Albanians in 1999.

Brothers Mehmet, Agron and Ylli Bytyqi had traveled from the United States to join the 1998-1999 Kosovo Albanian fight for independence from Serbia. In 1999 they strayed over the Kosovo border into the neighboring area of Serbia in 1999, were arrested and sentenced to a short prison term.

After being released from prison, they were picked up by Serb security forces, taken to a police training camp and executed there, according to the records of a Serbian court from 2013.

In a news release late on Tuesday, the State Department said it had “publicly designated” Goran Radosavljevic and his immediate family and banned them from entering the United States.

“Radosavljevic was credibly implicated in the 1999 murder of the Bytyqi brothers,” it said.

The bodies of the brothers were found in 2001 in a mass grave in Serbia, alongside the remains of other Kosovo Albanians.

No comment was immediately available from Radosavljevic on Wednesday. In 2007 testimony, he said he had been on vacation at the time of the detention and killings of the Bytyqi brothers and denied any involvement.

The Bytyqi case is still being investigated by Serbia’s War Crimes Court and remains an issue in relations between Serbia and the United States.

Radosavljevic took part in the Kosovo war which ended in 1999 when a NATO bombing campaign forced Serb troops to end their counterinsurgency against independence-seeking Kosovo Albanians.

After the ouster of Serbia’s strongman Slobodan Milosevic in 2000, Radosavljevic commanded the elite Serbian Gendarmerie with the rank of general.

He was the key field commander in Serbia’s 2000-2001 counterinsurgency against ethnic Albanian rebels in southern Serbia’s Presevo valley.

Radosavljevic retired in 2005 and in 2010 joined the ruling Serbian Progressive Party of President Aleksandar Vucic. He is rarely seen in public.

After helping Zaev vote-in all Constitutional changes, DP.NE ‘quits’ Constitutional Commission

“We can no longer take part in this farce, there was never a debate nor did the Commission accepted any of our amendments. We attempted to show the Constitutional changes for the farce that is, and this is why we’re removing our MPs from the Commission. It’s clear to us Zaev does not respect the will of the people” stated MP Antonio Miloshoski.

The tiny problem here is that DP.NE MPs have already assisted Zaev as much as they were told and required, gave Zaev the badly needed quorum, legitimacy, there is nothing for them to do in the Commission as all Constitutional Changes were passed on Monday the 17th. There is nothing else to pass, so Miloshoski’s statement was seen by all as ridiculous, idiotic and infuriating at the same time.

DP.NE’s leader Hristijan Mickoski who has received a barrage of comments on social media for not removing his MPs from Parliament months ago, turned to Miloshoski to sell the latest dose of fake patriotism (the party’s new motto), fully knowing what the reaction is going to be. As one social media user put it “Who are these treasonous fools kidding?”

Without the opposition present, Parliament Committee quickly approves all four amendments

komisija.jpg

In an expedited procedure, without opposition members being present, the Parliament Committee on constitutional affairs needed only four hours to approve the four amendments proposed by the Government to rename Macedonia into North Macedonia and implement other clauses from the Zaev – Tsipras treaty.

Most of the discussions were from ethnic Albanian members of Parliament, who demanded that the word “Macedonian” is removed from the description of the nationality – “Macedonian/citizen of the Republic of North Macedonia”. Other ethnic Albanian representatives, like Deputy Prime Minister Bujar Osmani from DUI, responded that his formulation is agreed with Greece.

Another member of Parliament elected on the VMRO-DPMNE ticket Panco Minov indicated his support for the proposals, meaning he will likely join the two thirds majority which the Zaev Government is trying to maintain before the final vote on the amendments.

Parliament continues this truncated debate on Thursday, when the law to implement the amendments will be on the agenda. Members of Parliament have until the end of the month to propose changes to the amendments, before a plenary session begins on January 9th. VMRO-DPMNE said it will boycott the rest of the process to amend the Constitution, calling it a farce and violation of the will of the people, who largely boycotted the September 30th referendum.

Speculation rife about a Zaev presidential run after Telma TV pushes poll showing him ahead

anketa-telma-pretsedatel.jpg

The pro-Government Telma TV station strongly indicated on Wednesday that Zoran Zaev will be the ruling coalition candidate in the coming presidential elections, by publishing a poll co-produced with MCMS which shows Zaev leading a pack of other SDSM affiliated candidates.

Zaev denied he intends to run, and his coalition partner Ali Ahmeti proposed law professor Denko Maleski as a consensual candidate between ethnic Macedonians and Albanians, but Maleski is nowhere to be seen in the poll. Zaev leads the pack with 12.4 percent of the votes, ahead of VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski with 8.2 percent.

Zaev is ahead of other potential candidates coming from his coalition, whose names were also thrown around. Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov scored 8.2 percent, and the defeated 2014 SDSM candidate Stevo Pendarovski was at 6.8 percent. Radmila Sekerinska had a surprisingly poor showing at only 2.4 percent, behind Bujar Osmani and Teuta Arifi – other candidates who would rely on the SDSM and DUI parties if they decide to run, and Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski is even further back with 1.4 percent of the votes.

Broken down by ethnicity, the poll shows that Hristijan Mickoski is the leading candidate of ethnic Macedonians, with 11.9 percent of the vote, ahead of Zaev who would win 10.2 percent. Zaev relies on ethnic Albanians to pull ahead of Mickoski in the overall poll.

Telma has been running these polls for a while, and their reliability is clouded after it confidently predicted a turnout of 57.8 percent at the referendum held on September 30th on the Zaev – Tsipras name treaty, which ultimately failed with a turnout was just 36 percent.

Brussels changes its position on amnesty, Zaev offers to help on Kosovo

zaev-dimitrov-tusk.jpg

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev was in Brussels on Wednesday for meeting with European Union officials, and the EU welcomed the amnesty for the April 2017 Parliament incident. This is a notable change in the EU position, given that in the past stages of the political crisis in Macedonia, Brussels insisted that there can be no amnesty.

EU spokesperson Maja Kocijancic said that the move is important to overcome polarization in Macedonia and to help build national consensus on strategic issues. Three former VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament who were charged in the incident voted in favor of opening the process to amend the Constitution and rename Macedonia, and are widely seen as bargaining with their votes in the final stage of the constitutional change and demand full amnesty.

While this was going on in the European Commission, Zaev met with EU Council President Doanld Tusk and EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, who both welcomed the push to rename Macedonia. In turn, Zaev offered to contribute with the Macedonian experience in solving bilateral disputes in other areas, such as the currently pressing issue of Kosovo.

– We are convinced that we can help in the whole process with the experience we gained in the Prespa process. That can be an experience for this other burning issue in the Balkans. The Balkans definitely have a joint future and we have to work together on that future and help each other and have mutual understanding. I believe that we can help the process to find a solution, said Zaev, speaking about Kosovo.

Zaev said that Tusk was a strong supporter of the current processes in Macedonia, which Zaev describe as “European manners and courageous implementation of European policies”. Zaev asked for guarantees from his hosts that after the renaming process is finished, Macedonia will be allowed to begin EU accession talks in June.

Tensions in DUI after a rare corruption investigation in the “untouchable” party

dui-pretsedatelstvo.jpg

DUI, the largest ethnic Albanian coalition partner of SDSM, held an urgent meeting overnight to discuss the pressure the party is under by the Special Prosecutors Office (SPO). DUI officials are believed to be among those charged in a case the SPO initiated against former Culture Minister Elizabeta Kanceska Milevska, over the reconstruction work at the Albanian Theater in Skopje.

Kanceska Milevska is one of the eight former VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament who supported the opening of the process to rename the country, and she is believed to be negotiating with the Government to have the charges against her removed in exchange for her support in the final vote. But DUI, which has been a coalition partner almost constantly since 2002, jealously protects its members from any corruption charges and its leader Ali Ahmeti recently cryptically warned that the process of constitutional changes is under threat.

Several media outlets reported that Ahmeti is facing pressure from his subordinates who are being investigated by the SPO that they will point their fingers at him as the source of the corrupt deals if they don’t receive reprieve. Significant police forces were seen near the Mala Recica DUI party headquarters, just outside Tetovo. Culture Minister Asaf Ademi, who comes from a rival ethnic Albanian party, confirmed that his employees are busily cooperating with the investigation.

Ahmeti, who was commander of the NLA guerrilla group and began the 2001 conflict in Macedonia, is also charged in one of the SPO cases, over the way the 2011 census was stopped after the Commission refused to list ethnic Albanians who live outside of the country as residents. He is also believed to be the target of investigation in the 2006 Deutsche Telekom scandal. A DUI appointed Deputy Prime Minister Bujar Osmani is also under SPO investigation as are other, lesser officials.

A certainty that Greece will not ratify Agreement

parlament.jpg

The warnings that keep coming from both Sofia and Athens continue to be ignored by Macedonian Parliament. The latest salvo came from Bulgaria’s Defense Minister Krasimir Karakachanov who stated Bulgaria will veto Macedonia’s EU and NATO negotiations – didn’t even bother to give reasons. This was followed by Alexis Tsipras in Athens who over the past few weeks has repeatedly stated Greece will block Macedonia. The latest warning from Athens came yesterday after an alleged statement by Zaev where he called himself Macedonian. Tsipras claimed the agreement was dead, as no one was allowed to call himself Macedonian. Zaev has also called himself “Bulgarian” and “Orthodox Albanian”.

These repeated warnings are not accidental, however, they have fallen on deaf ears in Skopje where the illegal process for renaming the country has been put on high speed rails.

Namely, when the country gets a new name in January, Athens no longer needs to ratify the Agreement, and this is what both Athens and Sofia have been warning about all along. Once the country’s name and identity is changed, game over. There is no need for Greece to ratify anything after this. And because Athens will not ratify it, the integration to EU and NATO, though light years away, falls in the water.

Then, Parliament will be unable to return the old Constitution. This is because 2/3 majority is needed in addtiion to Badinter agreement – this with DUI and SDS (and now DPNE) under US control is mission impossible – it will never happen.

Russia’s Ambassador to Athens yesterday gave his two cents on the matter… namely, there is no need for Moscow to react … because the Kremlin is aware Greece will not ratify the agreement.

Although the SDS specializes in changing and undermining Macedonia’s symbols, culture, identity, language and country, there is no going back after January.

Valon Belja was shot after an argument with DUI party rival, Cair mayor Visar Ganiu

Valon Belja.jpg

Valon Belja, the DUI party official who was shot twice in the leg on Thursday evening, was attacked after an argument with rival DUI official and Cair mayor Visar Ganiu, TV21 reports.

According to media, Belja, who is co-manager of the Cair clinic, was hit with two bullets in the leg and was taken to hospital. The five attackers came after being called by mayor Ganiu. TV21 reports that Belja was arguing with Ganiu after the mayor cut off the salary he was receiving from the municipal budget. Belja insisted that the two meet, but Ganiu allegedly sent the attackers at him. The police said that four of the five men are identified, but the shooter was still not named.

Belja’s shooting is the latest incident related with this guerrilla group turned political party. On Tuesday evening, police had to secure its main office near Tetovo, after reports that angry party officials who face corruption charges threatened leader Ali Ahmeti that they will accuse him as the ringleader in their corruption.

In April one of its members was killed and two were wounded near the main party office, and one of its officials was allegedly involved in a gunfight in Tetovo at the beginning of this month. The DUI mayor of Bogovinje was killed in May 2017, and the same year its main opponent in the municipal elections in the DUI stronghold of Kicevo was killed during the election campaign.

US uses anti-Russian rhetoric to justify interference in Macedonia — foreign ministry

The Russian Foreign Ministry said the United States is trying to pull Macedonia into NATO "against the will of its citizens, as it happened with Montenegro in 2017".

The United States is trying to justify interference into Macedonia's internal affairs and pulling the country into NATO by statements about alleged attempts by Russia to disrupt the Balkan country's accession to the North Atlantic Alliance, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement released on Friday.

During his visit to Skopje on December 18, US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan said that Russia hampers Macedonia's accession to NATO.

"By using ungrounded anti-Russian rhetoric, Washington is trying to justify its flagrant interference into Macedonia's internal affairs, legitimize the defective Prespa agreement and pull another Balkan country into NATO against the will of its citizens, as it happened with Montenegro in 2017," the foreign ministry said. "One would want to bring US politicians back to reality.

First of all, the 'clear will of Macedonian citizens' was demonstrated by a failed referendum in the Balkan republic on September 30, when the majority of people refuted the attempts of the US and their allies to pull Skopje into Euro-Atlantic structures in exchange for reforming the country's state name and making it give up its national interests," the ministry added.

The Russian Foreign Ministry noted that the US ambassador was present in the building of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia "to ensure necessary results by using dirty manipulations, bribing and blackmailing lawmakers, which became known to the public."

"Moreover, not Russian, but US, EU and NATO visitors replaced each other practically every day on the political stage in Skopje in order to promote the package of constitutional amendments," the foreign ministry said.

BELGRADE - Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to visit Serbia on January 17, 2019, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told journalists on Friday.

"We are gladly expecting President Putin to come here on January 17, I named the exact date. I’ve never had any problems with direct talks and sharing opinions with him," Vucic said.

The Russian side earlier confirmed the preparations for Putin’s visit to Serbia in January, but did not specify the date. The two leaders last met in Moscow on October 2, 2018.

Vucic earlier stated that Putin’s upcoming visit to Serbia in January will become "the most productive in the number and contents of bilateral agreements." In his opinion, the most important issue for the republic is the implementation of joint projects in the sphere of the energy industry, infrastructure and innovation technologies, as well as in all other spheres where countries are closely cooperating with each other.

The Serbian media earlier stated that 20 different agreements are to be signed during the Russian president’s visit. The implementation of joint projects in the sphere of energy, infrastructure and innovation technologies will also be in the focus of attention.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov earlier stated that an agreement to create a nuclear center in Serbia may be signed during the visit.

UN Does Kosovo And The Azov Sea – OpEd

The December 17 UN Security Council meeting, on the announced creation of a Kosovo armed forces, featured some noticeable contrasts.

UN.jpg

In accordance with Kosovo not being a UN member state and the Serb position on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 (recognizing Kosovo as a continued part of Serbia), the disputed former Yugoslav territory wasn’t formally represented at the discussion as a nation. Kosovo’s leader, Hashim Thaci, sat with a nameplate having his name, as opposed to Kosovo. Countries recognizing Kosovo’s independence made it a point to state Thaci as the president of Kosovo and Aleksandar Vučić as president of Serbia. Nations not recognizing Kosovo’s independence referred to Thaci as either Mr. Thaci or Mr. Hashim Thaci and Vučić as the president of Serbia.

The UK was excessively biased against Serbia. Vučić noted the difference between the UK’s stance, versus a comparatively more objective approach among some other countries that recognized Kosovo’s independence. Kosovo’s independence is partly premised on a non-binding 2010 International Court of Justice advisory opinion, which said that Kosovo’s declaration of independence didn’t violate international law, while not saying whether Kosovo is properly independent, or should be independent. Having the right to declare independence doesn’t by itself mean that such a declaration should be fully recognized by others.

The Serb and Kosovo leaders expressed differences of opinion on the conflict in Kosovo over the years. Vučić was the more even handed. Not mentioned was the casualty figure in Kosovo before the 1999 Clinton administration led NATO bombing campaign against Yugoslavia (then consisting of Serbia and Montenegro). In that period, the Serbs had the disproportionately greater casualty number. Within a 18 to 24 month period before the NATO action, 1,500-2,000 were killed out of a Kosovo population put at about 2 million. Serb casualties were in the 500-600 range. At the time, Kosovo had an Albanian population that was listed as high as 90%, with Serbs being somewhere around 10%. Serb sources note that their proportionate number in Kosovo has dwindled over the decades for several reasons, which include Albanian nationalist terrorism, some Serbs finding better opportunities elsewhere, a comparatively higher Albanian birthrate and a migration of Albanians from Albania to Kosovo.

Thaci stated a wildly unproven figure of 20,000 raped in Kosovo by Serb forces. In the former Yugoslav wars, the purpose of number trumping casualties was for the losing party/parties to make the suffering look worse than reality, for the purpose of goading foreign military support for their side. In addition to Kosovo, this tactic was evident in the earlier Bosnian Civil War.

In that Bosnian conflict, I very much recall the claims of a 200,000-350,000 casualty figure range, as well as some far fetched rape figures, said without meaning to diminish the seriousness of such a crime, regardless of the ethnicity of the perpetrator and victim. At the end of the Bosnian Civil War, others like myself, deduced that the actual fatality number was somewhere between 75,000-125,000. Years later, there has been a universal acknowledgement that the Bosnian Civil War death toll was in the area of 100,000. Those who wrongly hedged on the higher 200,000-350,000 figure, are nevertheless more likely to get greater Western mass media access, than the ones that got it right from the get go. (A related Bosnian Civil War fatality issue, concerns the different numerical takes of summary executions in and near Srebrenica.)

As the UN Security Council discussed Kosovo, the UN General Assembly voted in favor of a non-binding pro-Kiev regime resolution on the Azov Sea. Notwithstanding, most of the UN member states didn’t vote for that resolution, with numerous abstentions and some no shows. Regarding the recent Kerch Strait incident (where the Azov Sea and Black Sea meet), a December 13 Consortium News feature, includes some comparisons that you’ll be hard pressed to find in US mass media circles.

Excerpt

As I said, I think the Russians had every right to be suspicious of the intent of the Ukrainian vessels. The Ukrainians know that these are Russian territorial waters. They know that the only way to go through the Kerch Strait is by making use of a Russian pilot. They refused to allow the Russians to pilot the ships through the strait. Whatever the Ukrainians’ ultimate intent was—whether it was to carry out an act of sabotage, to provoke the Russians into overreaction and then to demand help from NATO, or simply to go through the strait without a Russian pilot in order to enable President Poroshenko to proclaim the strait as non-Russian—whatever Kiev’s intent was, the Russians were entitled to respond. The force the Russians used was hardly excessive. In similar circumstances, the US would have destroyed all of the ships and killed everyone on board. Recall, incidentally, Israel has seized Gaza flotilla boats and arrested everyone on board. In 2010, the Israeli Navy shot nine activists dead during a flotilla boat seizure, and wounded one who died after four years in a coma.”
I’m not so sure about the aforementioned US hypothetical. The Israeli example underscores that Russia acted in a peacefully responsible way, followed by some hypocrisy against it at the UN. Nikki Haley is right about a biased element at the UN. The likes of her don’t acknowledge their contribution to some of the unfair biases.

This excerpt from the Consortium News feature brings into play the matter of Kosovo –

During the recent incident, the Ukrainian Navy acted provocatively, deliberately challenging the Russians. As for what the UNSC accepts, how would NATO respond if Serbia entered Kosovo on some pretext or other?”
The last thought hits home on a point I repeatedly make on how the 1999 bombing of Yugoslavia has served to impress Russia that pious BS aside, might essentially makes right. BTW, Kosovo doesn’t stand out as being socioeconomically and multi-ethnically better off than Crimea.

Macedonia’s Public Prosecution refuses to investigate Referendum Fraud, FM Dimitrov spying for CIA

L.jpg

Three months have passed after the failed Macedonian referendum in which the Government asked its people whether they would approve a change of the country’s name in order to allegedly enter NATO and the EU, sometime in the future. The people said “No” and boycotted the Referendum.

Despite the boycott, there was massive fraud registered at over 80 polling polling stations, as the two Government partners SDSM and DUI attempted to increase the number of votes and via ballot stuffing. This resulted in nearly 20% of the total of 605,000 votes being fraudulent. There is tremendous evidence for the fraud and numerous lawsuits have been made for it. Three months later, the prosecution office has not responded to a single lawsuit, nor have they made a comment. The fraud implicates both SDSM and DUI officials.

In another development, or a lack thereof, the SDSM and DUI run Macedonian Public Prosecution has chosen to ignore the revelation that FM Nikola Dimitrov has spied for the CIA at least for a decade. There is no interest by the prosecution office to investigate what sort of information was/is Dimitrov giving to the CIA, how did he do it, what channels did he use, who else is involved. The word is, if they investigate Dimitrov, the entire Government will turn out to be working for the CIA and MI6, including the opposition. Even more interesting, the “opposition” for an incident of this type, you’d thing they will call on the masses to storm the Government!? Instead they went to protest… in Prilep.

Last week, SDS and the DPNE decided to amnesty themselves (and no one else) for all the crimes on April 27th – the way they illegally voted-in Taljat Xhaferi as Parliament speaker, for singing a foreign anthem in Parliament, the list is endless… The only MPs not amnestied were the renegade 8 MPs who are still needed for a final vote, thus will continue to be blackmailed. The amnesty law passed after the DPNE gave Zaev 20 MPs for the vote. Horhe Ivanov signed it. This is equivalent of you as an MP killing someone, and then pass a law where you make yourself not guilty for the murder. That’s what Horhe signed.

One of the MPs who voted to support Zaev is none other but Ilija Dimovski, once touted as the biggest patriot in DPNE. One can only guess what Baily and Zaev have on him.

On Friday, the SDS has stated they will propose a law where each MP will be guaranteed a Governmental job after their mandate ends. This is clearly a way for them to give themselves jobs for life as after the name change, they’ve been told they’ll likely never win another election or be employable in any shape or form. MINA’s sources have stated the DPNE will once again support Zaev in this law, as they too are aware will become unemployable just as their colleagues in the SDS. The support will come the same way as for all other illegal Parliament activities – the DPNE will give the SDS precisely the number of MPs Zaev needs and will continue with their superb acting skills of just how disappointed their party is that they somehow keep having renegade MPs whose numbers range from 8 all the way to 20.

Parliament members prepare additional benefits and privileges package for themselves (video)

Members of Parliament are preparing a proposal to give themselves the right to retire at 53/55 years and to be guaranteed jobs in the public sector in case they lose their seats.

According to Sitel TV, the proposal is being prepared by the group of eight members of Parliament who left VMRO-DPMNE and support the name change, in cooperation with the ruling SDSM and DUI. The ex-VMRO-DPMNE group in particular are unlikely to return to Parliament and allegedly raised this benefits package during talks over the wider reform process proposed to prepare the country for European Union accession.

VMRO-DPMNE is not part of these talks. A similar law was adopted in the previous SDSM led term in 2005, but it was struck down by the Constitutional Court.

The European Project comes to an end

eu-flag.jpg

The end of the EU and the Balkans as China’s foothold in Europe grows…

Though the end of the European Union is inevitable, the proponents of a further integrated or federal superstate are busy making a last effort to achieve their goal.

The opposition against the project is mounting with every day. Europe is suffering from economic stagnation, and is facing a demographic calamity.

The pro-European establishment’s last hope was the newly-elected French President Emanuel Macron who was to revive the economy and integrate the European Union under French leadership. We are of the opinion that all these expectations were misplaced. The once great nation is broken beyond repair. France’s problems are much worse than those of Italy. Though Italy has a higher debt-to-GDP ratio than France, France has a larger budget deficit, and the difference is that while Italy has a trade surplus France has a trade deficit, so the country cannot pay for its imports.

While the Italian “populist” Mateo Salvini is earning the nation’s respect, Emmanuel Macron’s popularity is at a historic low. All of France is engulfed by riots, civil unrest and looting. In city after city, village after village, protesters have been clashing with the police for weeks now while President Macron has nothing to offer to appease them, unless he violates the budget deficit boundary of 3%.

Like the Soviet Union once was, France is a sizeable social-multicultural experiment, and like the empty shops in communist countries, the demographic changes in France are visible in every section of the society, but nobody dares to name them. Once the whole world saw that the French team playing at the FIFA World Cup was made up of almost exclusively Africans, and even on Twitter Africans boasted about it. Yet, the French establishment insisted that those Africans were genuinely French. Dissenters were branded as racists or Nazis.

Academia as well as the political and business establishment deny what is clear to see for all. The French society has lost its economic strength and its spirit. The country was once known for its first high-speed-trains (TGV) and Concorde, but now it is notorious for social dystopia and Islamist attacks.

To prove that they are right, the French and European elites will push the multicultural society even further by signing the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration. Also the report entitled: “Replacement Migration: Is it a solution for an ageing population” is the United Nations’ comprehensive plan for replacing the European population.

The Fifth Republic has come to an end, and we do not expect President Macron will finish his term. France’s socio-economic collapse will drag the European Union into the abyss.

Now that the heart of Europe is ungovernable, its peripheries will not fare any better.

The multicultural and multireligious Bosnia is not sustainable. The borders in the region will be redrawn again, which will come with a price. A war between Muslims and Christians in the Balkans will reverberate in the suburbs of Paris, Amsterdam and Berlin because of the Muslim large minorities there. The European establishment has allowed Islam to grow in Europe, and, strange enough, they believed that European Muslims would feel grateful for such generosity.

From the point of view of non-European powers the Balkans are a bridgehead worth fighting for. In the nineteenth century it was the Europeans who were expanding into China, now it is the Chinese who are trying to gain a foothold in Europe. Chinese investments and influence are growing in the Balkans. For centuries this part of Europe has been the battlefield between (Orthodox and Catholic) Christianity on the other hand and Islam on the other. Now a new global player has emerged in the region: China. For many Europeans, this part of Europe seems of little importance, but we think that ignoring the Balkans is going to be a fatal error. The conflicts there are far from being solved and the West through its ignorance of the intricacies of the Balkans’ history is stoking the fire by the unlawful solutions it implements there.
