Crazy Town: Skopje Court forged documents, abused Ivanov’s name to jail 2 DPNE officials

The Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia has responded to the announcement of the Basic Court Skopje 1 and considers the Court explanation of “independence and no interference in the judicial power” very much intended to conceal horrendous illegal activities by the Court involved in misuse and publishing of forged and inaccurate information.

– Do not hide your criminal responsibility behind your so called “independence of the court” where on the basis of forgery and untruthful content, constructing vicious lies and abusing the name of Macedonia’s president, you decided prison conviction orders and carry out detention policy. We point out that, just like the public we too saw the Court’s announced Detention Decisions and introduced forged contents to a document marked “strictly confiedential” which carries additional criminal responsibility for the Court and its officials, – the statement from the Presidential cabinet says.

The Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, as it is stated, has never reacted to a court decision/decisions.

“We think it’s about time, and in the interest of the EU, the standards that the country is seeking to fulfill, for the judiciary to not hide its own shortcomings behind supposed interference in its independence,” the reaction says.

The Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia is still expecting an answer to the request sent to the President of the Basic Court Skopje 1 Ivan Dzolev for response to the official note of the Ministry of Interior and UBK, which is false and forged, which gave away the information that president Ivanov’s cabinet is ilegally wiretapped.

The Court via the UBK provided forged documents as ‘evidence’ to jail DPNE officials Mile Janakievski and Kiril Bozinovski. In addition, in the Government’s rush to jail the two officials, the Court through their cooperation with Zaev’s UBK accidentally released a confidential document where it’s noted that Macedonia president’s office and residential villa is being wiretapped without his knowledge.

UBK surveillance of President Ivanov and Janakieski throws fresh doubt on Government official position on Nikola Gruevski

Allegations raised by President Gjorge Ivanov against the UBK service throw an additional light on the actions of this branch of the secret service with regard to securing former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski.

The UBK prepared a classified report which was apparently unlawfully published by a Criminal Court judge who ordered detention against former Transportation Minister and a frequent Gruevski co-defendant Mile Janakieski. The report makes it clear that the UBK is surveilling the activities of President Ivanov. Janakieski was detained after he met with Ivanov, allegedly for the crime of asking him for pardon. President Ivanov said that the report is full of falsehoods, such as that the communication was being done through intermediaries, but also, more worryingly, that it reveals UBK surveillance of the President’s office. On top of this, the publication of the classified report is likely a crime in itself.

Still, the revelations on UBK activities against high profile defendants in one of the numerous criminal cases against former VMRO-DPMNE officials throw fresh doubt on claims by Prime Minister Zaev and Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski, that they had no information about Gruevski’s movements prior to his departure for Hungary, where he claims political asylum. It’s extremely unlikely that the UBK service was keeping a close watch on Janakieski, to the point of surveilling the work of the President, but was not following Gruevski. VMRO-DPMNE condemned Gruevski’s departure, but also expressed serious doubts that the Zaev and Spasovski led security apparatus, with its “unlimited resources”, forgot to follow Gruevski, a person who was target of Zaev’s ire and defamation for years and was treated as political enemy number one. On top of criticism from the general public, Zaev and Spasovski were criticized by activists and legal experts close to their own party, who demanded accountability for the security lapse which happened on their watch.

Janakieski followed court ordered security measures to the letter, but was never the less detained a day after Gruevski reported he is in Budapest, along with former Government Secretary General Kiril Bozinovski. Janakieski’s defense team called this a revenge detention which is not justified by the actions of the client, while Janakieski himself said that this is like bolting the stable door after the horse has fled.

President Ivanov appalled by copied detention order, demands answers from the UBK and judicial authorities

Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov said he is appalled by how the Skopje Criminal Court copied a detention order in the cases against former Government officials Mile Janakieski and Kiril Bozinovski, even forgetting to correct obvious mistakes in the haste. President Ivanov is especially appalled by how Janakieski’s contact with him is used to justify the detention, based on a fraudulent report by the UBK secret service and likely wiretapping of the President’s communications.

In the detention order against Bozinovski, the court again cites the identical UBK report that was cited in the Janakieski case. Again the President is wrongfully cited as a reason for the detention. We categorically deny that Kirl Bozinovski asked, personally or through an intermediary, for a meeting with President Ivanov. We also deny ever meeting an intermediary of Janakieski, as cited in the UBK report. The Office of the President of the Republic of Macedonia demands to know whether a case of unlawful wiretapping is being covered up by mentioning made up sources by the UBK, the Office of the President said through a press release on Friday.

Janakieski and Bozinovski were detained on Wednesday, even though they were faithfully following all court orders put in place to secure their presence in the country and at trial hearings in cases against them. They were detained a day after former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, in whose administrations they served, left Macedonia for Hungary where he is claiming asylum citing death threats and political persecution. The detention orders prepared by the court quote a still classified UBK report, whose very publication likely constitutes a violation of the law on classified information by the judge. The text of the two orders is clearly copied, given that the Bozinovski order contains a number of mistakes copied over from the Janakieski order.

The President again calls on the Interior Ministry and the UBK secret service to determine who is responsible for unlawful surveillance of the President’s work. He also called on the Intelligence Oversight Committee of the Parliament, the Council of Public Prosecutors, the Judicial Council and the Directorate for Classified Information to get involved in the case. The President has also notified foreign diplomatic representatives in Macedonia about the developing situation with the detentions.

Pressed for answers on Gruevski, Zaev raises prospect he was kidnapped by Hungary

Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev today raised the possibility that former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski was kidnapped and said that he wants answers from Hungary, where Gruevski is claiming political asylum.

We need to investigate whether Gruevski left the country voluntarily, or if he was maybe kidnapped. I expect Gruevski and Hungary to provide answers, Zaev said at a press conference.

Gruevski was sentenced to two years in prison over an armored vehicle purchased by the Interior Ministry during his term in office, a case which he calls entirely politically motivated given that the vehicle was purchased and is still in use, and he gained nothing from the purchase. He was expected to begin serving out his sentence, and police made several attempts to detain him earlier this week, before he notified the public over Facebook that he is in Budapest, claiming asylum due to death threats he has received. Zaev today denied that Gruevski was being threatened with death.

It is still unclear how he got to Hungary. Albania informed that he used one of its border crossings to enter Montenegro. Zaev said that his Government will do all in its power to return Gruevski to Macedonia to serve out his sentence.

Macedonian Cabinet Head Vows to Return Ex-PM Gruevski Who Fled to Hungary

BELGRADE - Former Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, who was sentenced to two years in prison and sought asylum in Hungary, will be returned to Skopje, the incumbent head of the republic’s government Zoran Zaev promised on Saturday.

"Everything will be as I said. I am telling you that Gruevski will be returned! Because international law and laws are on our side. He will be returned!" Zaev said on air of the Alsat-M broadcaster.

Those involved in Gruevski's escape will also be held responsible, he added.

Zaev's statement follows Friday media reports, citing a police source, that Gruevski had fled to Hungary via the territory of Albania, Montenegro and Serbia with the help of Hungarian diplomats. Hungarian Foreign and Trade Minister Peter Szijjarto told his Macedonian counterpart Nicola Dimitrov on Thursday that Gruevski had applied for asylum in this country.

In May, Gruevski, who served as prime minister from 2006 until 2016 and is also the former head of the largest opposition VMRO-DPMNE party, was convicted of official misconduct by purchasing a luxury vehicle at an estimated cost of over 500,000 euros ($563,400).

On Monday, the Macedonian authorities issued an arrest warrant for the politician after the court turned down his appeal and ordered him to start serving his prison term immediately. However, Gruevski’s whereabouts have been unknown since November 8.

The police were looking for the former head of government at home and in the office of his party. On Tuesday, Gruevski wrote on Facebook that he had received numerous threats and was in Hungary, where he asked for political asylum. On Wednesday, the office of the head of the Hungarian government, Viktor Orban, confirmed that the former prime minister of Macedonia had applied for asylum.

17.11.2018 - Russia will Endorse Solution to Kosovo Issue if Serbia Accepts It - Lavrov
Russia Will Endorse Solution to Kosovo Issue if Serbia Accepts It - Lavrov

MOSCOW - Moscow will be ready to consider a solution on the settlement of relations with Kosovo, in a constructive manner, as long as it is acceptable to Serbia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

“If Belgrade considers any settlement option acceptable to Serbia, we will be ready to consider it in a constructive manner. It’s inappropriate to speculate about the possible content of one or another option,” Lavrov said in an interview with the newspaper Srpski Telegraf.

Moscow will keep supporting Belgrade's position on Kosovo in the international arena and will remain Serbia's ally in the process of the Kosovo settlement, Lavrov said.

"In Russia, our Serbian friends have the most consistent and sincere ally in the process of the Kosovo settlement. I am certain that the main help on our part is in support of Belgrade's position, based on the need to adhere to the requirements of Resolution 1244, in the international arena," Lavrov told Srpski Telegraf.

The minister stressed that Russia would promote Belgrade's stance through various international organizations, including the United Nations, Interpol, the World Trade Organization, and many others.

The upcoming visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Serbia, where he is expected to hold talks with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic, will contribute to the further strengthening of Moscow-Belgrade ties, according to Sergei Lavrov.

Vucic on Wednesday expressed hope that Putin's January visit would become the most productive ever in terms of substance and the number of agreements to be signed.

"We believe that the results of the upcoming high-level talks will contribute to the further strengthening of multi-aspect Russian-Serbian ties," Lavrov told Srpski Telegraf.

The foreign minister added that the high-level dialogue between Russia and Serbia was regular and usually had a tightly packed agenda.

Lavrov remarked on the nations' continuing cooperation with respect to trade and the economy, the implementation of joint investment projects and plans for the development of Serbia's gas transport network.

"We see a lot of interest in student exchanges between Russian and Serbian universities. We will facilitate it as much as we can. So, there are really many topics that our leaders could discuss," Lavrov said.

Putin's visit to Belgrade is expected to take place in mid-January, but the exact date is still unknown.

The West insists on trying to turn the Balkans into yet another "staging ground" against Russia; no lessons have been taken from the situation in Ukraine, Lavrov added.

"It seems as if the lessons from the tragedy in Ukraine have not been learned. Today, there are persistent efforts to turn the Balkans into yet another staging ground against Russia," Lavrov told Srpski Telegraf.

According to Lavrov, the countries of the region "are being asked insistently to make a choice: Either they are with Moscow, or with Brussels and Washington."

The minister said that Moscow knew that Belgrade was under pressure to decrease cooperation with Russia and saw that Serbia was "resisting confidently."

"Moscow appreciates Serbia's independent multi-faceted foreign policy that, I am sure, corresponds to the key interests of your people," Lavrov said.

Instead of building together with Russia a security architecture based on the principles of equality, Western countries opted for "a dead-end way of increasing the geopolitical territories under their control, creating new demarcation lines on the European continent," the foreign minister said, when asked about the attempts of the Western officials to alienate Serbia from Russia.

Kosovo unilaterally proclaimed independence from Serbia in 2008 but Belgrade did not recognise the decision. UN Security Council Resolution 1244, in particular, provides the framework for the resolution of the conflict between the two sides.

Pristina and Belgrade are engaged in an EU-facilitated dialogue aimed at the normalisation of relations between the sides.

BRATISLAVA - Thousands took to the streets of Slovakia on Friday demanding former prime minister Robert Fico stop public attacks on the media and civil society groups eight months after he was pushed out of office by the furor over the murder of a journalist.

Fico resigned under pressure from mass demonstrations in March but remains chairman of the ruling Smer party and protesters on Friday said he was still driving policy behind the scenes.

Crowds massed in the capital and seven towns in rallies organized by ‘For A Decent Slovakia’ - a group of mostly students and NGOs which has organized a string of demonstrations against Fico and says it has no link to the opposition.

Organizers said they were angered when Fico released a video message on Tuesday addressed to “the clowns in the media”, telling them: “We will win the general elections again and I hope it hits ... you really hard.”

In Slovak, “hit” can mean ‘impact’ as well as ‘shoot’. A day later, more than 300 journalists wrote an open letter saying Fico’s words made them a target and appeared to be a reference to the murder of journalist Jan Kuciak in February. Kuciak, who had been working on a story on EU subsidy fraud by politically-connected businesspeople, was shot along with his fiancee at home in what prosecutors say was a contract killing.

Kuciak’s death prompted the biggest protests in Slovakia’s post-communist history, leading to a government shake-up. Fico was replaced by his deputy Peter Pellegrini, disappointing many that no snap elections were held and same three-party coalition stayed in power. The next vote is due in 2020.

On Friday, the crowds chanted: “We are here for free, nobody paid for us to come” - a response to past accusations from Fico that foreign powers were stoking the demonstrations against him.

November 16, 2018 - Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister Simeonov Resigns
Bulgarian deputy prime minister Simeonov resigns | Reuters

SOFIA - Bulgarian deputy Prime Minister Valeri Simeonov resigned on Friday after several weeks of street protests over remarks he made about disabled rights activists.

Simeonov, who oversaw economic and demographic policy, is one of the leaders of the United Patriots, an alliance of nationalist parties that together form the junior coalition partner in the center-right government of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov that took office in May 2017.

Simeonov had called the activists “shrill women” and suggested that they were “speculating” with their sick children. He apologized a week after his comment became public and only after a meeting of the coalition partners.

Borissov himself had apologized on Simeonov’s behalf but also said he could not seek his resignation without putting the government at risk, as the ruling coalition has just a one-seat majority in parliament.

Simeonov’s party is expected to continue to support the government.

Ex-Trump strategist Bannon says to work with Hungary PM Orban: media | Reuters

BUDAPEST - U.S. President Donald Trump’s former political strategist, Steve Bannon, plans to work with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in the run-up to European Parliament elections next year, Bannon told private broadcaster RTL in an interview.

Bannon, a former chairman of the right-wing Breitbart.com website and an architect of Trump’s 2016 election win, has set up a movement to elect right-wing nationalist and populist members in European Parliament elections in May.

Bannon, who had held a public lecture in Budapest last May, said he has already visited Budapest a couple of times and met Orban and his aides - meetings, which have not been made public.

A government spokesman could not comment immediately.

Orban has welcomed the idea of Bannon’s group, called The Movement, saying it was time that someone from the United States came to Europe to spread conservative thinking instead of liberal values.

“If I could, we would headquarter the movement in Budapest. I love it so much there. But obviously it is not practical. We will spend a lot of time in Hungary between now and election day,” Bannon told RTL in an interview published late on Friday.

Since sweeping to power in 2010, Orban, once a campaigner against Hungary’s Soviet Communist overlords, has used his parliamentary majority to pressure courts, media and non-government groups in ways his opponents say breach EU rules.

The European Parliament voted in September to sanction Hungary for flouting EU rules on democracy, civil rights and corruption in an unprecedented step.

Orban has also led opposition to German Chancellor Angela Merkel and others who want Europe to take in more Muslim refugees.

“Hopefully when we get the Movement fully up and running we’ll engage,” Bannon told RTL.

“John McLaughlin who is my pollster in the United States is going to run this overall polling effort in Europe, he is also the pollster for Orban in Hungary.”

Bannon said next year’s European elections would bring a clash between forces led by core EU members such as Germany and France, who want more integration and euroskeptic nations like Hungary, which seek an alliance of strong member states.

Bannon said he would visit Budapest again in late November.

November 15, 2018 - Czechs protest against PM Babis, coalition partner may quit Government
Czechs protest against PM Babis, coalition partner may quit government | Reuters

PRAGUE - Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis’s hold on power appeared weaker on Thursday evening as thousands of protesters demanded his resignation in Prague’s main square, while his coalition partners debated whether to quit the government.

The pressure against him followed a media report in which Babis’s son said his father had wanted him to go into hiding to impede a criminal investigation into Babis and two of his children on suspicion they illegally tapped a 2 million euro ($2.27 million) EU subsidy a decade ago.

The opposition reacted by calling a parliamentary no confidence vote. The house speaker said on Thursday the vote, whose outcome appears uncertain, would likely take place on Nov. 23.

Babis, a billionaire businessman and the EU and NATO member country’s most popular politician, has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and dismissed the report, published by news website Seznam.cz, as part of a media campaign against him.

In Prague’s Wenceslas Square, several thousand chanted “resignation” and “shame”. Some waved Czech and EU flags and carried slogans including “Down with Babis”.

The center-left Social Democrats, a coalition partner of Babis’s ANO party in the minority administration, have been considering “all options” regarding further action, party leader Jan Hamacek said.

“The situation is serious, the information is substantial and we have to examine the most responsible approach,” Hamacek told Czech Television.

If the government loses the vote, it must resign. A new prime minister would be appointed by the pro-Chinese and pro-Russian President Milos Zeman.

Babis may however look for support elsewhere to survive as prime minister. The far-right opposition SPD, an anti-EU and anti-NATO party, has indicated it may be willing to back a Babis-led cabinet without Social Democrat ministers if it changes some of its policies.

The chance that Babis might possibly retain his job even if the Social Democrats pulled out has led some of the party’s lawmakers to lean toward staying in government, a party source told Reuters.

Babis’s son Andrej told Seznam.cz reporters who tracked him to his current home in Switzerland that his father had wanted him to hide last year when police brought charges in the subsidy case.

In videoed comments Babis junior, who has been treated for mental illness, said that a man who had been looking after him took him from the Czech Republic and held him against his will in Russian-annexed Crimea, but said he believed it was not his father’s idea.

Police said on Tuesday they had investigated that allegation and concluded there was no suspicion of a crime.

Babis said his son traveled to Crimea voluntarily. He said the son, who has Swiss citizenship, had been treated for schizophrenia since 2015. The man who had been taking care of the son also denied wrongdoing.

November 16, 2018 - FYROM’s nationalist former prime minister on the run
FYROM's nationalist former prime minister on the run

By far the most interesting development related to the Name Dispute between Greece and Macedonia/FYROM this week was the departure in stealth mode of former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski from Skopje and his sudden request for political asylum in Hungary.

Had the hardline nationalist Gruevski remained in power past 2017, the Prespes Agreement signed in June could not have happened.

In Greece, main opposition party New Democracy expressed fears on November 12 that the constitutional amendments prepared in Skopje which it had been able to review up to that point were still insufficient to resolve Greek concerns, especially about irredentism.

Gruevski runs
On November 12, a Skopje court issued a new arrest warrant for Gruevski, who served as prime minister until 2016 and had been ordered to start a two-year jail sentence over an illegal purchase of a luxury car, despite the failure of the government of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev to have his parliamentary immunity stripped via vote in parliament.

Gruevski then surreptitiously fled to Hungary, reportedly via Albania and Montenegro, and is now seeking asylum. On his twitter feed, he made the following claims:

“I’m in Budapest now, and I’ve asked for political asylum from Hungarian authorities.”

“I will always remain faithful to the cause of Macedonia. I’ll never give up.”

“In the last few days, I have received countless threats on my life.”

Sharing hardline nationalist views, the government of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban enjoyed a warm relationship with Gruevski when he was in power and supported Skopje’s decision to close its land borders to Syrian refugees moving northward from Greece in 2015 and later. Authorities in Budapest have provided little comment on Gruevski’s asylum request other than acknowledging it is being processed.

Orban travelled to Macedonia/FYROM in 2017 to show support for Gruevski’s nationalist VMRO-DPMNE party, and in June of this year, the Hungarian leader sent a video message of support for the party for use in a large protest against the Prespes Agreement.

Work on constitutional amendments proceeds
The one constant in the entire Name Dispute saga is the single-mindedness of the government of PM Zoran Zaev to deliver everything in its power as laid out in June’s Prespes Agreement with Greece which aims to resolve the dispute. In that light, the parliamentary commission for constitutional affairs adopted the current draft of the constitutional amendments on November 10 by a simple majority vote, which ended the committee-level debate on the draft amendments to the country’s constitution.

The draft amendments will be reviewed at a plenary session in parliament starting on December 1 and the final approval will again require a 2/3 majority of 80 votes in the 120-seat parliament, leaving one small window for the country’s beleaguered conservative opposition party to block the process or possibly to negotiate changes to the amendments or other issues.

Greek opposition not satisfied with constitutional amendments
Main opposition party New Democracy, widely expected to win the next elections, expressed fears November 12 that the constitutional amendments in Macedonia/FYROM which it had been able to analyze so far were insufficient to resolve Greek concerns.

The party’s shadow Foreign Minister Giorgos Koumoutsakos told the press that the ongoing amendment process makes the constitution “even worse,” noting it retains irredentist references and still refers to a “Macedonian” state. He also cited pressure from Skopje for Greece to ratify the Prespes Agreement quickly next year so that it could join NATO before the amendments to its constitution become operative.

Interpol renews arrest warrant for MOL's CEO, Croatia says | Reuters

ZAGREB - International police organization Interpol has decided to renew an arrest warrant for the head of Hungary’s energy group MOL issued by Croatia, Croatian police said in a statement on Saturday.

MOL’s Chief Executive Zsolt Hernadi has been indicted in Croatia for allegedly bribing former Croatian Prime Pinister Ivo Sanader to allow MOL to become the key decision-maker in Croatian energy company INA where MOL is the biggest but not the majority shareholder.

Last month Croatia began a trial against Sanader, who served as prime minister from 2003 to 2009, and Hernadi in that case. Both deny any wrongdoing. Hernadi is being tried in absentia.

Hungary refused to heed the international arrest warrant for Hernadi and two years ago Interpol dropped it, saying that Croatia and Hungary, as the European Union members, must first handle the case within the block.

Croatian police said in the statement that Interpol’s executive committee had on Saturday reversed its previous decision after earlier this year the European Court of Justice upheld Croatia’s request.

MOL owns close to 50 percent of INA. Zagreb owns some 45 percent. The two sides have been at odds for years over management rights in INA and two years ago the Croatian government announced a plan to buy back INA’sshares owned by MOL.

Zaev’s junta has summoned hundreds of citizens to Police Stations threatening them not to Protest

pokana.jpg

Hundreds of Macedonians in Skopje, Struga, Veles, Ohrid, Bitola have been summoned to police stations after posting on social media they’ll be attending the protest in front of Parliament against the illegitimate Macedonian Government who are changing the Constitution and the country’s name despite 2/3rd of Macedonians rejecting this via a Referendum.

The criminal Government junta is panicking by the number of protesters that will descend on Parliament and is attempting to instill fear into the public not to attend the protest.

Individuals who were summoned at the police stations were told by cops they were radicals and will be arrested if they attended the protest. Suddenly Chausesku is looking pretty good, compared to Baily’s fascist junta.

See you tomorrow in front of Macedonia’s Bordel (Parliament).

Baily’s headless chicken welcomed spare tires earlier today. And yes, at first we thought it must be a piece by the Onion, but sadly, it isn’t.

Sekerinska was on site to welcome a truck of spare tires, saluted them and wished them well in the North. So this is where the 1.4B euros went that’s unaccounted for? Spare tires. Photo op in front of spare tires.

Sekerinska will remain on site to welcome 2 pliers, a wrench and 9 screws.

Tens of thousands Macedonians brave freezing weather to protest country’s name change

Protest-18-11-2018.png

Over 30 buses never made it to the protest after police prevented citizens from entering the Macedonian capital. Buses were stopped, entered by police and records were made of all passengers. All entrances to Skopje were blocked.

However, despite police efforts and the extremely unfavorable weather conditions (mixture of freezing snow and rain), tens of thousands attended the protest against changing Macedonia’s name.

Both young and old showed up to the protest. From 5 to 85 years old.

Protest-tri-deca-so-Makedonsko-zname.jpg

Of course, there were those who weren’t invited and showed up. Bachev and several shady characters appeared, joined by handful of Soros backed media personalities. Their job was to cause and incident and film it. However, they were not allowed to join the protest, and stood behind the podium. After a brief period they left the same way the showed up – together.

Private vehicles entering Skopje have reported at the main artery to the city, 6 police vehicles were seen, likely awaiting buses from around the country.

The boycott movement has urged people traveling, should they be blocked from entering Skopje to block traffic in both directions.

Update: Police has already blocked a dozen buses, but also private vehicles from entering Skopje. MINA’s Pero Stamatovski confirms all entrances to Skopje are blocked by heavy police presence.

Here a bus from Prilep on their way to Skopje harassed by police as soon as it left Prilep. Dozens more buses were stopped at toll roads, and are not allowed to continue their trip.

Hungarian authorities approved Gruevski’s political asylum request, writes “Magyar Idok”

Hungarian daily Magyar Idok reports that Nikola Gruevski’s request for political asylum in Hungary has been approved by the Office of migration and asylum.

According to the paper, Hungarian authorities performed an extensive review of the asylum request and determined that Gruevski faces both political persecution and death threats if he remains in Macedonia. “It was determined that if he returns to Macedonia, the current Government will submit him to political persecution”, the paper writes.

According to the paper, the asylum request was submitted at the Hungarian Embassy in Tirana, and subsequently the former Macedonian Prime Minister was driven to Hungary, through Montenegro and Serbia. Gruevski first met with Hungarian authorities in Budapest on November 12th, and he detailed the reasons for his request. Gruevski pointed out to numerous serious violations of the rule of law in the five criminal trials initiated against him. “Magyar Idok” reports that the office was informed about the way in which these cases were assigned to judges believed to be politically influenced, and specifically the actions of judge Dobrila Kacarska.

One of the contributing factors were decisions by judges to reject arguments such as the amnesty that was awarded to Gruevski and dozens of other defendants and whose validity was confirmed by the Greek Supreme Court which refused to extradite two other defendants in another case initiated by the Special Prosecutor in Macedonia. The speed of these trials was also looked into, as well as the statement by Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, who all but announced the verdict Gruevski will receive before it was handed down. Another issue which raised concerns that this is a politically motivated trial were the allegations that Gruevski, like other members of Parliament, was offered clemency if he votes in favor of amending the Macedonian Constitution and renaming Macedonia into North Macedonia.

The former Prime Minister, it is believed, also has strong reasons to believe that his life would be in danger in prison in Macedonia, given the numerous police actions against serious organized crime groups undertaken during his term as Prime Minister. Many of the criminals put away in this period are still in prison, and could constitute a threat against Gruevski, “Magyar Idok” writes.

Meanwhile, the Macedonian Justice Ministry sent an extradition request to Hungary, demanding that Gruevski is returned to Macedonia to serve out his sentence and attend the additional four trials.

Serbia celebrates, Kosovo fails to join Interpol!

Kosovo’s bid to join Interpol failed when it did not get enough supporting votes at the international criminal cooperation organisation’s general assembly in Dubai.

Kosovo failed to secure the necessary support of two-thirds of Interpol’s 192 member states in its bid to join the International Criminal Police Organisation at its general assembly in Dubai on Tuesday.

According to Serbian national broadcaster RTS, of the countries that cast their votes, 51 were against Kosovo’s membership, 68 were in favour, and 16 abstained. Kosovo needed to secure 115 votes to join.

Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic tweeted a photo of the Interpol general assembly with the Serbian word “pobeda” (“Victory”).

Interpol, the international network that links police forces across 192 countries, acts as a platform for cooperation and information-sharing for cross-border crimes. Membership would have given Kosovo access to a common international database of criminal evidence available for all member countries to access.

Kosovo has unsuccessfully applied for Interpol membership in 2015 and 2016, while last year it withdrew its previous application ahead of the general assembly meeting in China, a country that has opposed Kosovo’s statehood and membership if international organisations since Pristina declared independence in 2008.

According to Balkan regional broadcaster N1, the Serbian government “fiercely opposes Pristina’s entry to Interpol”, with Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic claiming that Kosovo’s membership would be a violation of international law and UN Security Council Resolution 1244, which was passed at the end of the Kosovo war in 1999 and set out a framework for the resolution of the conflict.

But despite Stefanovic’s claim that Interpol’s rules “strictly and unequivocally” envisage only UN member states and entities with UN observer status as eligible for membership, neither Interpol’s constitution nor its rules of procedure for the general assembly mention this as a requirement for accession.

One of Interpol’s key functions is the ability for member countries to publish ‘notices,’ which are circulated by Interpol to all member countries.

These include the red notice, which communicates to member countries that the sending state requests the arrest of an individual, followed by their extradition, to face criminal charges#.

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj was arrested in France in January 2017 through an international arrest warrant issued by Serbia on the basis of war crimes charges, but the French court rejected Belgrade’s extradition request and he was released. The red notice requesting Haradinaj’s arrest was lifted in December 2017.

Hahn: North will enter the EU, maybe in 25-30 years

eu.jpg

EU enlargement in the Western Balkans is one of the priorities of the European Union (EU), and each country will be treated separately, according to its achievements, EU Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn stated in Vienna during a press conference.

After meeting with the leaders of the Western Balkans, Hahn said that the simultaneous entry into the EU of the Western Balkan countries is not possible, but that all six countries have a European perspective.

The presser was part of an official working breakfast for the prime ministers of the Western Balkans, organized by Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz.

Kurtz at a press conference said that, by the end of the EU Presidency, when it comes to the issue of the Western Balkan countries, the focus is on three things; the region’s path to the EU, the necessary regional co-operation and the resolution of bilateral conflicts in the region.

In terms of integration, by 2030 first on the list are Serbia and Montenegro, while by 2045 Albania and Macedonia could join as package, while Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina would wait another decade or so.

It gets better and better.

Hungary gives political asylum to Gruevski citing “Corrupt Judiciary and Horrible Prisons”

The Republic of Hungary only in few days (this must be a Guinness record) has made a decision to give political asylum to former Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, reported the Hungarian MFA.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s office announced a few days ago that the former Macedonian Prime Minister expressed his desire to apply for asylum in the Hungarian Embassy outside Macedonia.

“The intention to apply for asylum in Hungary was expressed by the Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski at the Hungarian Embassy outside Macedonia” – stated Orban’s office.

MFA’s spokesman Djulas said Hungary has never received an official request to extradite Gruevski from the Macedonian authorities. In addition to this, Macedonia and Hungary had never signed an extradition treaty.

Hungary’s Ministry of Justice reported the decision to give political asylum to former PM Gruevski was an “easy one”, considering the high corruption levels in Macedonia’s judiciary system as well as the horrific state of Macedonian prisons.

Meanwhile, Serbia’s president Vucic has chimed in, in a local interview stated Gruevski had legally crossed the Serbian border, there were no efforts on the Macedonian side to stop his movement, adding that if other countries followed Macedonia’s Government, every politician would now be in jail over the purchase of safe State vehicle meant to transport high ranking foreign delegations.

When an EU Member state gives political asylum to former high ranking Macedonian politician, this in fact is an admission there is fascist junta in Macedonia.

Among plethora of evidence given to the Hungarians, here is what Gruevski told them:

I.jpg

Thus, Hungary now becomes yet another country that will block Macedonia’s EU negotiations, in addition to France and Denmark who have stated the EU should not expand in at least 10 years.

It’s remarkable that the EU has not uttered a single word in reference to Gruevski’s saga. In the past the EU would react to MINA’s writings, would meddle literally in all aspects of Macedonia’s internal affairs, even in simple detention of Soros activists… but when it comes to Gruevski, eerie silence. Was this part of the deal? Or this is simply too embarrassing for the EU knowing they’re supporting criminals and would support anyone willing to change the country’s name!?

The sheer genius of Gruevski

Zaev’s junta has reported that Gruevski had zero euros on his bank accounts, and no properties registered in his name.

Baily’s distractions keep coming – Mijalkov taken to prison for 30 day

SM.jpg

US Ambassador Jess Baily decided to detain his hardest working saboteur, Sasho Mijalkov, officially over SPO’s case “Tvrdina”.

He was detained by Primislav Dimovski, former boxer, turned SDS activist turned head of Alpha police.

Mijalkov, (former) high ranking official in DPNE was single handedly responsible for converting 8 MPs to give the vote to Zaev in Parliament, in support of the name change.

Previously, the SPO has had four other cases against Mijalkov, but somehow was freed in all four. The timing of him being freed from all four cases coincided with his efforts where he and four other individuals armed entered the homes of DPNE MPs to ‘talk them’ into giving their votes to Zaev.

Mijalkov has very close business ties with Zaev’s brother Vice Zaev. This detainment is yet another smokescreen by Jess Baily to keep the public perpetually distracted from what is happening in Parliament.

“UN” Chief Name meddler Matthew Nimetz sitting on Soros owned CEU Board

m.jpg

For years, the chief UN name meddler was Matthew Nimetz. His role on paper was one of an independent, unbiased name negotiator whose job was to bring the two sides in the dispute to an agreement.

The problem here is that Nimetz has worked officially for Soros since 2011, yet this was never disclosed. Nimetz has sat on the Board of Directors of Soros owned Central European University since 2011.

Soros and USAid openly financed Macedonia’s regime change. And here, we have an alleged UN official who has worked and continues to work directly for Soros for years.

Did Soros hire Nimetz in 2011 knowing he can use his “help” with the name negotiations? Nimetz is anything but a UN official. As comparison, his predecessor Robin O’Neil had publicly urged the Macedonian side to quit the name negotiations stating the actual negotiations were a violation of the UN Charter for human rights.

Hahn wants answers from Orban, Hungarian official tells him to read his own reports

The rule of law remains the fundamental principle upon which EU member states and accession candidates alike (hard to believe Hahn would write this after backing the lawless insanity in Macedonia). It is essential for the credibility of the EU … I expect a sound explanation from Victor Orban”, Hahn wrote in regards to Gruevski receiving a political asylum by an EU member state.

Hungary’s PM Orban did not consider it necessary for him to either reply or explain anything to Hahn. Orban is an elected Prime Minister of an EU state, while Hahn is quite far from anything even remotely close, instead he is an unelected EU official with the backing of Soros.

It’s why Zoltan Kovac, an official in Orban’s Government office briefly responded to Hahn with a great dose of ridicule advising the EU bureaucrat to read his own reports in regards to Macedonia.

“Sounds explanation? Start reading your reports on Macedonia from March 2018 on the “risks of political influence on the judiciary” and see the October 2017 Prison Report.”

Slovenian MEP calls Hahn out for ignoring Zaev’s abuse of the judiciary

Milan Zver, member of the European Parliament from Slovenia, responded to the comment by European Commissioner Johannes Hahn, over the decision by Hungarian authorities to give asylum to former Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski. Zver asked Hahn why is the Commission silent about the on-going abuse of the Macedonian judicial system, which is being used to jail political opponents.

How can Prime Minister Orban explain the decision if it’s by all means a legal question, not a political one? It is also surprising that European Commission hasn’t shown any interest in the abuse of judiciary and law enforcement for political purposes by Zaev’s Government, Zver wrote to Hahn on Twitter, adding the hashtag #DoubleStandards.

The European Commission has been largely favorable to Zaev, even as the number of charges and sentences against his political opponents has multiplied in the past period. In the run up to the vote in Parliament, when several members from VMRO-DPMNE were released from detention just days or even hours before they unexpectedly decided to to break their pledge and vote in favor of Zaev’s proposal, Hahn made a statement that the necessary votes should be found using “Balkan tactics”, if necessary. This was seen as encouragement to continue the violation of the rule of law, all in the name of ramming through the renaming of Macedonia in the Constitution.

Hungary: extradition request for Gruevski will not be accepted

Hungarian Justice Minister Laszlo Trocsanyi said that the extradition request Macedonia sent for former Macedonian Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski will not be accepted, given that his political asylum request has already been approved, which means that Hungary recognizes that Gruevski is being politically persecuted.

– I’m not briefed in detail on the case, but the Office for immigration and asylum did a thorough investigation and reached its decision, aware that the former Prime Minister is rightfully in fear for his life. Let’s be honest, if a former Prime Minister goes to prison, it certainly won’t be easy for him, Trocsanyi said.

According to Hungarian law, Gruevski can now also obtain a travel document, and leave the country at will.

Mijalkov’s lawyer confirms his client’s efforts to blackmail and recruit 8 DPNE MPs

Antonio Apostolski, the lawyer of Saso Mijalkov said that according to the Criminal Procedure Code, the person who is being detained should first give a statement in court and then be detained.

Mijalkov’s lawyer said he would file a complaint after the former director of the Security and Counterintelligence Service (UBK) was detained in the hotel “Marriot” in the center of Skopje in the Shuto Orizari prison last night.

– Today we received the detention order, in the course of today we will appeal it. The Code of Criminal Procedure states that every person must be summoned and questioned, and after his statement a decision on detention is made,”said Apostolski, adding Mijalkov was never taken in front of a judge and his client was willing to give up his passport. This confirms Mijalkov received his passport back from Zaev, as we reported, after he successfully blackmailed and bribed 8 MPs into giving their votes for the name change. Mijalkov’s passport was taken by the SPO nearly a year ago (to recruit him for what’s to come), passport was returned to him after the vote in Parliament on April 27th. Mafia state.

MINA finds, Mijalkov was allegedly detained as he was meeting with DPNE’s 8 blackmailed and bribed MPs. That’s one way of looking at this. Another way, the detention was all faked and done in front of the MPs in an effort to spook them not to change their mind.

K.jpg
Baily’s useful idiots always seem to be the last to know what the plan is

On two of Mijalkov’s Bank accounts in Skopje there are 11m euros. His salary at the UBK was 1,000 euros/month. This excludes his offshore Bank accounts as well as in Prague where he owns multiple residential and commercial buildings.

Is Mijalkov really detained?

On the detention front… There is not a single photo, video or anything that Mijalkov was indeed detained. There were dozens upon dozens of cameras filming the jailing of actors and opera singers, but no camera, not even a cell phone picture available to film Kamchev (richest Macedonian) and Mijalkov!?

Massive lies are still floating in regards to Gruevski who was transported to Hungary as a high ranking official with security around him and support from Macedonia. The irony is Gruevski is said to have Hungarian residential permit for years. Gruevski did what he did best during his reign – fled the country (with Gjorcev) during every single crisis.

After Macedonia supports Kosovo’s Interpol bid, Serbian Defense Minister uses the term “North Macedonia”

Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin referred to Macedonia as “North Macedonia”, after the Interpol vote in which Macedonian representatives supported Kosovo’s bid for membership.

Montenegro and North Macedonia supported the entry of Kosovar drug cartels in this police organization. They took the side of Kosovo even though they knew it offends Serbia. I call on President Vucic to change our position toward Montenegro and North Macedonia, Vulin said, adding that “North Macedonia” and Montenegro should have at least abstained.

Kosovo failed to obtain the necessary two thirds majority and was not admitted as a new Interpol member. It got 68 votes in favor, with 51 against and 16 abstained. Serbia opposes Kosovo’s membership in any international organization.

Apasiev: Macedonian judiciary is a synonym for a joke

Law professor at Shtip University Dimitar Apasiev explained the sheer absurdity of Macedonia’s judicial system, where judges break the law more so than alleged criminals they’re trying to prosecute.

“There are two contradictory judgements for one Court case, by two separate Appelate Courts. This, however is not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is that Macedonia’s Supreme Court ruled in favor of both contradicting judgements. This is why Macedonia is in the situation it is in.” Wrote Apasiev on his FB profile.

DPNE official: I am for making deals, Prespa is a good deal

P.PNG

Gruevski already made his deal, he is in Budapest.

Gruevski’s right hand, former Vice Premier Vladimir Peshevski has asked his party to “support the Prespa Agreement, because it’s all about making deals and the party ought to be deal-oriented”.

Peshevski wrote this in a letter sent to DPNE MPs and their membership on November 20th, urging them to accept the Prespa Agreement.

DPNE MP Nola Ismailoska Starova: Wishes of foreigners must be obeyed

Featuring Nora Ismailoska Starova, former DPNE MP… This is what passes for Macedonian MP in Parliament.

No matter how bad the Prespa agreement is, it’s not serious for us as politicians to counter the wishes of foreign representatives”.

Apparently, as an MP her job is working against the wishes of her own people and respect the wishes of foreigners who voted her in? Is this how it works?

Now, we do have some question for DPNE’s leadership:

First, and we have to admit, we watched this clip over 10 times. How did you manage to find someone this stunningly stupid? This is very impressive…

Did we mentioned she lied on her application that she has a Medical License, she doesn’t. At this point we wonder if she has a driving license. But the DPNE (Mijalkov) knowing she lied about her education, let her be an MP anyways!

With MPs like this, it’s quite surprising Macedonia is still a country… but, we have to admit, they are working very hard on not being one.

Traitor Vladimir Gjorchev working for State Department, sabotaging Mickoski

gjorcev.jpg

MINA has warned for nearly five years of the dangers US State Department operative Vladimir Gjorchev poses not to the clueless DPNESDS, but to Macedonia. Most recently, MINA warned of the need to expel this traitor (here, here and here).

In addition to Gjorchev, DPNE has another high ranking traitor, a child operative who works for the British. Aleksandar London Nikoloski <– nickname was given to him by the Macedonian press (everyone knows who he works for). But on traitor Nikolovski, a bit later.

Gjorchev has made frequent visits to Washington, to allegedly represent DPNE which goes to show you how clueless Mickoski really is. During his visit, MP Vladimir Gjorchev gave false testimonies to US politicians (per his agreement with Jess Baily and Wes Mitchell) that there is Russian influence in Macedonia and thanked the US for the $8m USAid assistance to Soros run media to ‘combat Russian influence’. The money partly was used to run ad campaigns in Soros run media and influence the public to vote, but to a great extent to bribe influential public personalities and the citizenry to vote “For” in the failed referendum.

G F.PNG

In addition Gjorchev lied to US politicians that Janko Bachev is behind the Boycott movement, despite numerous reports both in Macedonia and abroad that Janko Bachev is an US asset, funded by the US Embassy and has no connections whatsoever to the Boycott movement. In fact, his job has been just the opposite, to undermine the movement.

Gjorchev had also agreed to talk DPNE MPs into remaining in Parliament and vote against the Constitutional changes, as this was essential for the US sabotage to actually work and rename the country. Gjorchev has continually misinformed Mickoski of the nature of his meetings in Washington, as well as lied to him that Trump is done and will soon be replaced, thus they have to surrender to Baily (Deep State’s demands). It is the reason why Mickoski has a perpetual dumb look on his face – he is constantly being manipulated by the people around him.

If you think Zaev is a traitor, Gjorchev is defacto digging Macedonia’s grave. Zaev can’t do anything without DPNE and in particular Gjorchev’s help. It’s why Gjorchev jumped to defend Zaev in Parliament on April 27th, they have the same boss.

Gjorchev is assisted by Aleksandar London Nikolovski who is on a leash by the British Embassy. This child recently voted in the EU to block Russia’s participation in EU’s Parliament – in case you were curious why Russia’s gas pipelines are going through two NATO states and not through Macedonia which would have enriched the country by $400 million annually in transit fees. In addition, when the Brits created their Skripal poisoning false flag and Zaev was ordered to expel a Russian diplomat, it was Aleksandar London Nikoloski who spoke in the name of DPNE and applauded Zaev for the move.

St.PNG

DPNE at the moment is neither active nor a functional party. They have been put completely in service to Zaev in Parliament. And with Gjorchev and Nikolovski… different outcome is not possible. Gjorchev was promised by Wes Mitchell and Jess Baily they’d let the DPNE have their ‘guy’ be the next president of North. And he believed them…

DPNESDS has had it: Mickoski announces protests against Air Pollution

m.jpg

After ignoring the people’s protest on November 18th, Baily’s opposition, the DPNESDS has announced major protest, per its leader Hristijan Mickoski in his interview for Republika. The protest will begin at DPNESDS HQ and will lead to the Government HQ. After this, Mickoski announced organized protests in smaller towns across the country.

Step by step, we will remove this evil that is Zaev, look at the Air pollution in the capital, look at our economy – chimed Mickoski.

One thing Mickoski wanted to make clear, the protest are against everything (air pollution, economy, better treatment of animals, higher wages…), but not the Prespa agreement, they certainly don’t want to upset Jess Baily or Johannes Hahn who are both slated to be jobless by March 2019. As DPNESDS MP Nola Ismailoska Starova put it, it is not serious for any politician in Macedonia to go against the wishes of foreigners. Update on MP Nola, there are now 40 policemen guarding her house and she deactivated all of her social media after her interview last night.

Mickoski vows fight to the end, or to be more precise, until the next elections.

Mickoski and the DPNE have achieved one thing for certain. They have split the people. The public who attended the protests on November 18th will not attend the DPNESDS protest on November 28th.

Baily replacing Mijalkov with Janchev and Todorov

hotel-sirius.jpg

Former high ranking DPNE officials and SDS implants Mitko Janchev and Nikola Todorov met secretly with Zoran Zaev and his brother Vice Zaev in Strumica hotel Sirius.

Multiple individuals saw them enter the hotel, they were easy to spot due to Zaev’s security entourage and tipped off local media. Journalists attempted to interview any of the four after their two hour meeting, as they left the hotel, however Janchev was the only one who briefly spoke neither confirming nor denying the meeting.

Speculations have swirled that with Mijalkov unavailable, Zaev has asked the Kavadarci mayor Mitko Janchev and Nikola Todorov to fill his shoes and keep the renegade DPNE MPs from changing their minds, in addition recruit other MPs to support the name change and other constitutional changes in Parliament.

Both Janchev and Todorov were former high ranking DPNE officials recently expelled from the party and vocal proponents for the name change. Interestingly enough, they were not expelled for supporting the name change, instead were removed from the party after Janchev and Todorov joined by several DPNE officials tried to recruit others within the party to unseat Mickoski from power.

Secret police report is fake and detention orders must be revoked, defense team says

During the hearing of the Skopje Appeals Court, defense teams for Mile Janakieski and Kiril Bozinovski outlined all the violations of court rules and procedures that led to the detention order against their clients. At the heart of the heated hearing was a report prepared by the UBK secret service, which alleged that the two former Government officials, who were dutifully respecting court orders for more than a year, were planning to flee the country.

– I was handed the arrest warrant on November 14th, at 5 in the morning. I was not allowed to make a statement or appear before the Criminal Court. My defense team was not informed. This type of arrests are contrary to judicial practices, said Janakieski.

He and his defenders dismissed the UBK report, which was also criticized by the office of President Gjorge Ivanov. According to the report, Janakieski and Bozinovski were contacting President Ivanov through intermediaries and were asking for pardons. The President’s office denied meeting any intermediaries, and instead acknowledged a direct meeting with Janakieski, while denied any contacts with Bozinovski. The two were arrested one night after former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski revealed that he has arrived in Budapest and is seeking political asylum. Their defense team believes these were revenge detentions, made partly to blunt the public anger over Gruevski, and had not basis in the actual behavior of Janakieski and Bozinovski. If the UBK report is factually incorrect, as claims President Ivanov, it should be dismissed by the court and the detention orders must be revoked.

– The UBK report does not specify when these alleged meetings took place. There is no time, date or place. It doesn’t specify if the Criminal Court tried to get in touch with the President’s office to verify the claims in the UBK report, which was not given to the defense team, the defense team for the two defendants said.

Lawyer Elenko Milanov pointed out to the two detention orders, and the fact that they are identical, which leads to a number of mistakes in the Bozinovski order which was clearly copied from the one on Janakieski.

– Even if they were identical twins, the detention orders should have been at least somewhat different, said Milanov.

Macedonia declared most polluted country in Europe

European Environment Agency found that Macedonia is the most pollution country in Europe, reports Euronews.

According to the report, pollution levels in Macedonia are ten times above acceptable levels.

– Heavy traffic and the use of heating stoves are causing an increase in dangerous air and sending more and more people to the doctors, Euronews reports, adding that the Macedonian Government plans a push to improve air quality by 50 percent.

Meanwhile, Zaev’s Government was roundly criticized for failing to even maintain the air quality monitoring stations, which provide crucial warnings during the winter months. Main hopes in reducing air pollution are put in the construction of natural gas pipelines and branching them out through the cities, in order to provide citizens with an alternative to burning wood and coal. But even here issues were raised, including reliability of gas supplies but also the environmental impact of the construction of the pipelines, after one of them was routed through Mt. Vodno, the forested mountain south of Skopje which provides one of the rare escapes for its citizens from the polluted air.

Angry at Serbia, Albanian Prime Minister deploys the f word

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama used the f word when discussing Serbia and its recent request that Kosovo is not referred to as a “republic” at an international meeting.

– What the f…, Rama said, during the televised joint meeting of the governments of Albania and Kosovo in Pec/Peja.

The incident comes at a moment of increased tensions between Serbia and Kosovo and a breakdown in talks between the two countries, which has affected their EU integrations. Albania and Kosovo, on the other hand, have been pushing a program of gradual opening of their borders and removal of regulatory and other differences and that was the goal of the meeting on Monday.

Macedonia doesn’t need a census – MoI Passport information shows 16% are albanians

No need to count the people in Macedonia, the information is readily available, always has been available in the Ministry of the Interior and can be obtained in seconds.

Macedonia’s MoI has the precise ethnic makeup of the country. When an ID or Passport is obtained, the first question an individual is asked is what is their ethnicity.

In 2002, a catastrophically fraudulent census was conducted by the current fascist party (SDS) and supported by their same partners today (USAid OTI) where the albanians went from roughly 11-12% to 25%. The head of the State Census Commission, an SDS official Zoran Krstevski countered his own party leadership and admitted the census was fraudulent and resigned from his position – at the time Krstevski stated “I can’t put my name behind this, I resign from my post“.

Keep in mind, MINA’s own police sources (from two different high ranking SDS police officials) stated that according to the number of IDs issued to ethnic Albanians in Macedonia as of 2018, they are less than 15%.

This will nullify all the absurd benefits they have gained based on a fraudulent census in 2002 that put them remarkably at precisely 25% of the population.

The report below is from 2017.

The 370,000 albanians is actually halved today as at least 150,000 of them have migrated outside of Macedonia, something analyst Arsim Zekoli admitted just few weeks ago, which explains DUI’s perpetual insanity of stuffing 70,000-100,000 votes in ballot boxes during any sort of vote.

The challenge today is with Zaev’s criminal junta who tries to inflate the numbers of albanians by illegally printing citizenships to albanians from Kosovo, while citizenship to ethnic Macedonians are not approved.

Baily’s final plan: 85 votes for name change, and 35 against

The US Ambassador has fiery plan for Macedonia’s name change that envisions 85 MP voting “for” and 35 against.

MINA has discussed for months now that in addition to the DPNE traitors who supported the Constitutional changes in Parliament, there are at least five more blackmailed MPs from the DPNE that are kept as “substitutes”. The DPNE leadership is fully aware of this which in a way explains their inability to properly function.

The most important piece of American saboteur Jess Baily’s fiery plan is for the DPNE to vote “against” the Constitutional changes. The DPNE must be present in Parliament, otherwise how would Baily obtain the necessary 2/3rds ?

Only by DPNE’s presence in Parliament the entire process is legitimized and in addition, the DPNE will provide the necessary votes just the way they did on October 30th.

This scenario will undoubtedly end the DPNE as a political party. In addition the DPNE will be viewed as traitors and their presidential nominee will be for the most part ignored and defeated.

After this the party will suffer a complete collapse, although, in many ways they are already standing on the edge of a cliff. However Baily’s scenario will certainly end the DPNE. It’s not Baily that’s wise, it’s the DPNE that are extremely weak and have sold out.

Russia: UN Security Council will have final say on Macedonia name issue

Russian Ambassador to OSCE Alexander Lukashevich announced that the negotiations between Macedonia and Greece on the name issue and any final agreement will be put before the United Nations Security Council. This contravenes a previous statement by Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov that the UNSC will only be “informed” of the Zaev – Tsipras treaty, under which the Republic of Macedonia is supposed to adopt the name Republic of North Macedonia.

– The course the dialogue process and a possible final agreement in accordance with paragraph 3 of UN Security Council Resolution 845 will be considered by the UN Security Council, tweeted the Russian Mission to the OSCE, attributing the statement to Ambassador Lukashevich, and adding the hashtag #Macedonia.

Russia has already warned that it considers the process to rename Macedonia even after the failure of the September 30th referendum, is contrary to the wishes of the Macedonian people. Two UN Security Council resolutions are dedicated to the name issue – they regulate the interim reference name “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” and invite the two countries to continue talks on the differences over the name, and all progress in these talks is reported to the UN Secretary General, who then reports to the Security Council where Russia has veto power.

In the comments attributed to Ambassador Lukashevich, the Russian Embassy notes how “the persecution of those who disagree with #Macedonia government policies is intensifying” and that President Ivanov is under “unprecedented pressure… with information about his office phones being tapped”. The Ambassador blames Western countries of “intervention in the internal affairs of #Macedonia which provoked a relapse of the acute political crisis in the country that hasn’t been overcome for more than three years”.

We expect that the state name issue of #Macedonia will be resolved without external pressure and the artificial terms and conditions imposure, will be based on broad public support and exclusively within the legal field, adds Ambassador Lukashevich.
