Meet Marlin

We got a new kitten last night. He is part ragdoll, part siamese. He adjusted very quickly to his new place and is very sweet and calm unlike our other cat Buddy. Buddy is not too sure what to make of him and is largely just observing him from a distance .
I wanted to post a short video, but it seems mp4 files are not supported. So here's a few snapshots from the video.

What a lovely kitty! The coloring reminds me of the cappuccino foam.

One of my cats is also part Siamese, and she is very vocal, social and affectionate. Also a great huntress. I think your fella will turn out to be a great company.

Well, we went back and forth, and Jesie wanted to give him a Japanese name, so she came up with Yuki.

Yuki (雪) means “snow,” making it especially fitting for a white or gentle-natured cat. It’s short, easy to say, and has a soft, endearing sound. Additionally, Yuki can convey a sense of calm and beauty, capturing the grace many cats naturally have. It’s a popular choice and a lovely way to reflect your cat’s elegance or wintery appearance.
