Mentally Disabled People

Woody

A Disturbance in the Force
Hello. What happens when people with Alzheimer's and other intellectual disabilities die? Do their intellectual disabilities disappear immediately after they die? Can they remember things they experienced in this lifetime? Is it possible for them to learn from their lives with this intellectual disability?

Hello @Woody I see this is your first post although you've been a member for a while. We ask all new members to introduce themselves on the Newbies Board. Nothing real personal, just a bit about yourself, how you found the Forum, if you've read any of Laura's books/articles, etc. If you don't know what to write, you can look at other threads on that board to see what others have written.

As for your question, the soul is not the body. the body is a vessel for the soul to learn its lessons here in 3D. Once the soul separates from the body it is no long encumbered by the frailties they suffered while in the body..

We have a thread about all of this that will give you a lot of answers to your questions: Descriptions of the "afterlife"/5th Density .

Also, if you want to search the transcripts for questions you have, you can go here and search the transcripts

Merhaba @Woody Bir üye olmanıza rağmen bunun ilk mesajınız olduğunu öğreniyorsunuz. Tüm yeni üyelerimizden Yeni Başlayanlar Panosu'nda kendilerine tanıtmalarını rica ediyoruz. Kişisel bir şey değil, sadece bireyselden, Forumu nasıl bulduğunuzdan, Laura'nın kitaplarını/makalelerini okuduğunuzda vb. Bahsediyorum.

I was a member of this forum as "woodpecker". but I lost my e-mail adress. So I joined again with a different nickname. Thanks for the links.

What happens when people with Alzheimer's and other intellectual disabilities die?
You will also find some answers to the above question in Stafford Betty's book 'When did you ever become less by dying?' (discussed in the Afterlife thread which Nienna mentioned). The chapter that deals with this is called 'Terminal Lucidity'. Here is a relevant post:
