My summary detox.

I have started a detox 20/04/2009 ended 11/04/2010 - do not know reason? This is just weird.

AFTER eating bread, milk, alcohol in small quantities, I started to feel bad - now go back to Ultra Simple Diet.
I lost weight on the old diet from 110kg to 83 kg now I weigh 86 kg. Now I get on the weight of 3 kg in 2 months.

My old menu contains the same as the Ultra Simple Diet plus unfortunately:
- milk - one glass per day of 0.5% fatt
- oatmeal 1 serving per day
- Cottage cheese with blueberries a day

my old daily supplements
- 1000 mg of vitamin c
- 100mg magnezu
- omega-3, two tablets daily


The rest of the ingredients the same.
Cooked in a wok (I managed to avoid TEFAL frying pans and pots)
Cooking only on Olive oil.
Storage in PLASTIC - unfortunately.

By the time I drank only water (not distilled but unfortunately buying in a plastic bottle) 1.5-2 liters per day.
I practice a lot of sports, running, martial arts, fitness, yoga, meditation, cycling, kayaking, walking.

I think the work is the main problem that I have stop to eat healthily, I went back to alcohol but my body does not accept this now, I started to feel tired, when previously I had a lot of energy, clarity of thought also declined,returned different mood hesitation, I did not feel like myself today that I watched as his machine behaves.

Now, on 10/01/2011 returned to the old diet will remove oatmeal, cottage cheese and milk from today.

Now back to the ultra simple diet, after reading everything that was on this forum about preparing equipment for cooking, diet, suplement, detox,l I'm going to collect equipment - Unfortunately, my funds allow me to only one slow path, books, and a full detox.


Today morning I took 2g of vitamin c after working another 2g of vitamin c further after training today, 2g and see what I have vitamin c tolerances.

waiting for the supplements that I'm going to order, and my question is whether these are good do not want to have a problem with poor magnesium.

From what I read I need
700mg-1000mg of magnesium a day
Omega 3 - How much?
Multivitamins
Vitamin c - 2 times a day, 2g - of course at the beginning of more up to 100g - after verifying its tolerance to vitamin C (detox body)

5 HTP - if I have trouble sleeping (now they do not have - I sleep in complete darkness, 8 h per day)

DMSA - plan to buy in March - for Heavy Metal detox

Far Infrared Cocoon SystemTM - Detox is probably the heap in February.

Now more important is to return to ulstra simple diet + supplements.
February Far Infrared and just go from April DMSA.

in March or February depending on how much funding will I buy the system for filtering water, Distilled water.

in the meantime I plan to do once a month on food supplies as much as I can afford homemade sausage - in jars, various provisions of the luncheon meat - in line with the ultra simple diet - various types of luncheon meat, meat from a pig in a jar. I have access to naturally bred animals.
Fortunately, here I have no problem with natural food.
Stocks vitamins, and water, books, candle.

Hi Lukas,

You might be better off finding a supplement that just contains magnesium without the calcium. All that extra calcium isn't going to do you any good if you are deficient in magnesium (like most people are).

I would get some magnesium citrate powder and just stir 700mg worth in a glass of water before bed every night.

Alternatively, you could also look into getting some magnesium oil to apply to your skin.

You have right RyanX I'm looking for magnesium malate or magnesium citrate to buy in UE.

That is fun because I was looking for magnesium and found one with "magnesium oxide" that is bad for us http://www.cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php?topic=283.msg88866#msg88866 as here. But I missed information about complement magnesium stearate learning is fun :/
 
If you're having trouble finding supplements without magnesium stearate, it's really best to just take the supplements you can find. The benefit of the magnesium citrate (or malate) far outweighs the detriment of the stearate - especially in the short term while you're looking for another source.

Sick feels unfortunately interesting what I have the symptoms of influenza, cold, catarrh and I had not it been for 6 years sick !! from this what I are read then symptoms detoxu.

I will check how much tomorrow also I got slim from this what I see this from 2kg-3kg + a few cm in belt :)
I wait on vitaminy which still I ordered to to begin taking the suitable dose, vitamin the c of magnesium, supplements omega 3

missed only they day from EE when I was on truth tired with disease, I was weak ver.

I wonder if everything is in order from 01/10/2011 to today 02/21/2011 I lost the 86 kg to 78.5 kg - 7.5 kg in 40 days.

Hmm, I noticed today that "I hear" I can not physically identify the sounds I feel physically. and I see them. I noticed it in training in martial arts, and when climbing stairs I hear the vibration and I see them physically.

I wonder if just as much on weight you lost during the detox and ultra simple diet?
