New SOTT French forum

Hi,
I didn't know where to put it but here it goes : thanks to the SOTT team, there is now a French version of SOTT forum. Thank again, and great job. We hope it will attract many french-speaking, non-english speaking ''truth seekers'' (I guess there're a lot of French readers who are interested to participate but unfortunately don't speak fluent English).
