Nuclear bomb dropped on Yemen?

There's this video on the net untitled "Tactical bomb over Yemen":

https://youtu.be/Fnh-KaXtuwY

There's absolutely no explanations so it's open to all speculations (old footage, fake ?) but the mushroom is disturbing.

Hard to say, but from the looks of it, it could indeed be a fairly small nuclear bomb.

I don't know that much about explosions but I think mushroom clouds can result from many types of non-nuclear explosions:

Mushroom Cloud Physics: Not Just for Nukes
Yesterday's [2013] explosions at a Texas industrial plant produced a menacing mushroom cloud, reminding everyone that this phenomenon doesn't appear only after nuclear detonations.

Here's a video of a non nuclear 18,000 lb bomb that creates a mushroom shaped cloud at the end:

https://youtu.be/HsQdeAeOEg4

That said.... the flash and quick development of the cloud is disturbing.

Thanks Seamas for this reminder. What make me the most suspicious is that if it's real, I guess Russian would publish about it without delay.

I think you're probably right about that but who knows?

Could be some kind of air detonated thermobaric weapon, that might explain the bright flash:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermobaric_weapon said:
A thermobaric weapon is a type of explosive that utilizes oxygen from the surrounding air to generate an intense, high-temperature explosion, and in practice the blast wave typically produced by such a weapon is of a significantly longer duration than a conventional condensed explosive.

What are the little pixelisation at 1:55 ? Maybe some electromagnetic choc wave ? Could a "mechanical" choc wave produce this type of artefacts on electronic devices ?

Anyway I have "dreamed" about the same kind of "dirty nukes" one month ago, I was half asleep and the hypnagogic scene startled me with sound and mushroom.

The MSM really forgot Yemen over Syria...

Also notice how the sound recording system gets wobbly as soon as the thing has exploded.

Looks like May 2015 Saudi airstrikes in Yemen. See here:

https://youtu.be/qJh2K8xuDzA

with a description that reads:

Published on May 17, 2015
Yemen War 2015 - Another Massive Explosion Followed By Powerfull Shockwave After Saudi Airstrike Knocks Sanaa Yemen. Another Saudi led air strike on a Houthi rebel weapons depot in Sanaa, Yemen caused a huge blast followed by a big shockwave in the Yemenis capital. This is the third explosion of this kind caused by Saudi arabia knocking the city . This happened on Sunday.

Another video, this time a compilation to be watched here:

I saw about this explosion some months ago and if I remember correctly Thierry Meyssan told it was an atomic bomb in Yemen. But just very few put attention on this explosion. So I think it is old footage.

In "Reseau International" dated 26 March 2015 they talked about this explosion and you have a video in the article:

It's footage from a year ago. Doesn't seem to be fake. Looks like a rather large bomb. Mushroom clouds are produced by non nuclear bombs.

That exact footage also went round described as the Russian cruise missile strikes (remember the ones they sent from the caspian sea when they first got into Syria?).

It's interesting to enter this url in your browser:
http://tiny.pl/g5p6r

and you will find the video still frame as: hydrogen/nuclear/ EM / neutron / thermobaric bomb
dropped by: Israel/ Saudis / Russians
in Yemen/ Syria. Even a "Russian secret weapon".

But if you look at the date of publication, the earliest one is May 2015, Sanaa weapons depot, most likely first published on LiveLeak on 11-May-2015.

For visual comparison. The GBU-43 above is called "The Mother of all Bombs" since it is the largest non-nuclear bomb on earth.
It was recently dropped "by the Trump administration" on Afghanistan:

Here is how that explosion looks like again:

If the biggest non-nuclear bomb on earth doesn't even look like the explosion posted above (see bright flash of light, relatively high over the ground for comparison, in the "Yemen" Video), then one naturally wonders what exactly they dropped there then.

I'm also reminded of all the other footage in places like Iraq and Afghanistan, where huge bright explosions can be seen, that also look much stronger then "The Mother of all Bombs".

Western media is applauding this biggest non-nuclear bomb, though the Russian variant is 4x times more powerfull.

Note how the bomb is dropped from a supersonic bomber. The American variant can only be dropped from a cargo plane. In other words, the US will be unable to use their MOAB without air superiority.
