Hi,
here are some videos which present interesting techniques of painting. Just in case you feel like trying...

Michael James Smith painter / artist

_https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XX5dZXVD2tE HOW TO PAINT AUTUMN TREES

Enjoy!

I've watched a lot of videos on painting (way too many), so I can provide some suggestions. My only advice would be to not become too enamored with watching others and actually do more creating art than viewing others' art.

Len Hend paints in acrylic very quickly, but you can apply his technique with oils too. He's like a speedpainting Bob Ross. https://www.youtube.com/user/speedpaintingdvds

Vinita Pappas paints in a loose watercolor style with big mop brushes: https://www.youtube.com/user/vinitapappas

Peter Sheeler does watercolor too, but with tighter outlines in pen: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZWYIO-v3dYNkhBjxFEYZ0g

If you are looking for inspiration, I'd say James Gurney is the ultimate creative master. He does mostly gouache and casein plein air paintings. https://www.youtube.com/user/gurneyjourney

Have fun! :)
