Hey All,

We are really happy to announce that the book you have been hearing about, anticipating so much, and desiring to have alook inside is finally finished and on sale now!. Touted as THE handbook in dealing with the psychology and practices of modern day psychopaths, Political Ponerology is a rollarcoaster ride through some of the most horrifying psychopathic movements, and the dazzling madmen who engendered them. Along the way this book lays out, using a scientific approach, a real way of understanding and dealing with psychopathy. From insane heads of state to the psychopath nextdoor, Andrzej Lobaczewski draws on his extensive real time experience from his life and study in Eastern Europe.

The Scientific Study of Evil Adjusted for Political Purposes

by Andrzej M. Lobaczewski

The first manuscript of this book went into the fire five minutes before the arrival of the secret police in Communist Poland. The second copy, reassembled painfully by scientists working under impossible conditions of repression, was sent via a courier to the Vatican. Its receipt was never acknowledged, no word was ever heard from the courier - the manuscript and all the valuable data was lost. The third copy was produced after one of the scientists working on the project escaped to America in the 1980s. Zbigniew Brzezinski suppressed it.

Political Ponerology: The scientific study of Evil adjusted for Political Purposes was forged in the crucible of the very subject it studies. Scientists living under an oppressive regime decide to study it clinically, to study the founders and supporters of an evil regime to determine what common factor is at play in the rise and propagation of man's inhumanity to man.

Shocking in its clinically spare descriptions of the true nature of evil, poignant in the more literary passages where the author reveals the suffering experienced by the researchers who were contaminated or destroyed by the disease they were studying, this is a book that should be required reading by every citizen of every country that claims a moral or humanistic foundation. For it is a certainty that morality and humanism cannot long withstand the predations of Evil. Knowledge of its nature, how it creates its networks and spreads, how insidious is its guileful approach, is the only antidote.

Buy it NOW! (Before it's too late.)

I don't know about mankind? I'm somewhat pessimistic. :(

But I did imagine how I would feel, if after such a long time, my work would be finally published.

Hey, Atreides, any chance you could whip up a downloadable pdf flier for printing and public posting (say, around my university campus)? If you or anyone else is up to it (I have minimal graphics skills), what do you say we come up with a catchy poster hook and spread the word?

Cool! Finally! Congratulations Laura, and for all involved!
Wish a great success for this new concpetion. To think how many things are behind it... and how many things ahead!
April 12, 2006. A day to remember.

Wow, that was fast, Atreides! And it looks great, too! I'm going to get this copied in the next few days and get posting. Is the redpillpress.com store going to be updated soon, for those who forget the other URLs?

Thanks all :) The book is the culmination of an almost herculean effort by everyone, especially Andrezej, Laura and Henry to get it ready to come out.

Received my copy.

I was wondering about the label on the first page that says "PRE-RELEASE REVIEW COPY".
Do you happen to know what that is about?

Dominique.

well, i've just read my copy of political ponerology (thanks for getting it to me so fast...took like 4 days). wow, it was some powerful stuff. in a way it's sort of a key to understanding how all these really horrible things throughout history and in the current day can occur. when i first started reading about politics and the awful things people in power do, i had a lot of difficulty understanding how these things could be carried out. what was the mechanism for doing these things? especially when there are so many good people in this world. i would doubt these things could happen, but there was the evidence staring me right in the face....but how in the world to they get off the ground in the first place? where are all the checks in society?

political ponerology really is the key for understanding how these machinations can come to fruition. how the different types of psychological deviants can essentially conspire (consciously or not) and destroy an ideology from the inside. i had previously thought that ideologies were simply dysfunctional or had the seed of their own destruction within them to start with. so, i'd rack my head debating with myself what the best form of government really is. i've spent the last three years bouncing back and forth between libertarianism and some tightly managed form of socialism as the ideal. both have their strengths, but they're mutually exclusive. now i see that either form is vulnerable to hostile internal takeover by these deviant individuals. it's sort of like cancer. it starts so quietly, spreads, destroys healthy tissue, replaces that tissue, until, after much suffering, it ultimately kills the host.

anyhow, i just wanted to give my thanks for getting this little jewel republished with all the helpful notes.

ps: just started reading "the psychopathic god" by robert g. l. waite. anyone read this one? opinions? thanks!

I've also been reading Political Ponerology. Have not yet finished it but thought that it already deserves a comment.

A VERY interesting book. Although I was already familiar with some of the concepts from Laura's writing and from the forum itself, the book is putting some things into a different perspective, and a lot of things are beginning to sink in. Just to mention some:

Lobaczewski presents a very different picture of the inner core of power structures from what the average person is led to see. By providing us with his interesting analysis for the psychological reasons behind some leader's acts, it is difficult not to question at least part of one's world view.
Lately it keeps coming to my mind how often I would find people with what seemed to be leadership abilities combined with a different outlook on life inspirational, when in fact, when seeing it objectively, they were just plainly destructive at their core.

I found the idealization of a person with a corrupted or abnormal character to be particularly present during my teenage hood, which tend to be very vulnerable years for all of us. This fascination for disturbed characters is then transferred onto adulthood and leads to a distorted world view and an acceptance of actions that would otherwise seem unacceptable. On the other hand, the fact that such anomalies of character are taken as normal or even admired, is possible due to a system that is anomalous at its core, due to rulers with badly developed characters, pathologies, or even psychopathic.

I know that this is nothing new, it is just really starting to sink. A lot.

I was also reminded of the Indigo Children concept that is so popular nowadays, already discussed on the forum. New age thinking promotes indigo children's rebellious attitudes and often irreverent behaviour as an act of freedom, from a superior being that is here to help us. Well, with this kind of thinking it is no surprise that self centered and destructive attitudes are looked up to.
