Hello All !
I am starting a blog in Russian, where I plan to translate select articles published from SOTT.NET news site.
Questions:
I am planning to have both English / Russian mirror blogs, so someone can easily compare translations to original. Is it permissible, in a sense I am not violating anything and not being counter-productive to the group ? (I will state ownership of the article, as well as links to SOTT, Cassiopaea, EE).
