Mass Shootings

This one has a few threads hanging off of it, or, so I think...
I've cobbled together this sum up from several articles, not just the one I have linked.

Three years ago, the Father of the two teens, shot and killed himself in the same home, after a minor domestic dispute.

So, this guy, Paul Ferguson, 42, has dated the Mother of the two slain teens, for the past 2 years.
He moved in with the family 2 weeks ago.

Paul and the teenage boy, Sterling, aged 16, were downstairs watching TV together.

The daughter, ,Della Jette aged 15 began arguing with her Mother because Paul was Smoking cigarettes in the House.
Paul went upstairs and told Della to quiet down and not speak to her mother that way.
An argument ensued, and escalated, and Paul then went into a bedroom, got a glock out of a safe, came back out and first, shot the boy(who was by then upstairs, trying to intercede) in the leg.
The mother ran downstairs, and called 911, during which time, Paul Ferguson then shot the girl (who had run outside onto the deck).
Paul then went back into the bedroom, and shot himself in the head.

I don't think there's anything suspicious about this situation, at least not in the details of how it went down.

I might have to retract that. At least in the sense that there seems to have been more shooting going on that was necessary, and in a strange direction.

This is a picture of the back of a bus, taken by a passenger in a bus behind it. Both were pointing in the direction of the attack and on the same side of the bridge. The pic is zoomed in somewhat, and I estimate the back of that bus is about 100 meters from where the guy was tackled. So someone needs to explain how a bullet hit the back window of this bus, either from the inside or outside.

Linked to this is the testimony of Thomas Gray who said that after the attacker was shot twice at very close range as seen in video of the event,

Gray heard another shot and a "small explosion", and then someone shouted "run" and then another FIFTEEN shots were fired. By who? And at what?

Interesting. That's towards the south end of the bridge, where Gray said he heard more gunshots after he'd left the scene of stabby-jihadi being shot dead.

That BBC article ('300 Seconds') is the only mention of a bullet-hole in the rear of a double-decker I can find anywhere. Here's the relevant part:

On the bridge there was confusion – and questions about whether other shots were fired.

Another eyewitness, who doesn’t want to be identified and who hasn’t previously spoken to the media, was one of the bus passengers close to the scene.

He told the BBC of the fear and sense of danger among people as they got off the bus and saw Khan’s body, and how they did not know whether the attack was still continuing or if there were other assailants.

That's a red flag for me. Based on the official story, it should be clear to them by that point that the danger has passed. Khan - a man who wasn't much of a threat once he was surrounded by large men chasing him on the street - had been shot dead by heavily armed special police. What caused passers-by to still be so nervous?

Even with the benefit of hindsight there still seems to be uncertainty about what exactly happened on the bridge - and relief that there were no other victims.

That's bizarre. It's broad daylight; there are CCTV cameras everywhere; there are people everywhere; many of them are filming the event... how can there be confusion concerning what happened??

The eyewitness believes that a bus or possibly more than one bus was hit by gunfire during this confusion and after the attacker had been fatally shot – from a direction which seems to be unclear.

He took a picture showing a round hole in the shattered back window of a London bus on the bridge - with Transport for London confirming the damage.

Was there a whole other 'sequence of terror' on the bridge that day? If so, the narrative writers apparently decided to 'cut' it in post-production.

The shooting at the Pensacola Naval Base in Florida the other day also looks like it was 'edited during post-production' from a 'terror attack' to 'just a random shooting'.

You've got a Saudi soldier 'losing it' and shooting dead American servicemen, then initial media reporting about an 'anti-American and anti-Israel manifesto found online thanks to SITE Intelligence [Mossad]'... but then US authorities back down from that position and instead resist the temptation to spin a 'terror attack' out of it.

Instead they now have Twitter and other social media platforms actively 'cleaning up' mentions of the now-dropped terror narrative:

Journalists suspended from Twitter for reporting on Pensacola Shooter’s motivation

One wonders whether 'Israel' 'offered' the US this 'terror attack gift', but the Americans declined it so as not to offend Saudi Arabia and hurt mutual business arrangements (not least whatever set-up involves training Saudi Air Force pilots at Pensacola).‌

Then again, that 'attack' may never have been earmarked for 'a terror production'. It was the second such shooting by a sanctioned officer at a US Navy base inside a week:

Sailor kills 2, wounds 1 before taking own life at Hawaii's Pearl Harbor base

'Tis madness out there I tell ya!

And here’s a local one:

Several police officers have been shot and two suspects have barricaded themselves into a bodega in Jersey City, New Jersey. People are being advised to avoid the area and a dozen schools are on lockdown.

One officer was shot at a cemetery and injured in the shoulder. A second officer was shot near Martin Luther King Drive and Bidwell Avenue, according to police transmissions reported by NJ.com. It is not clear exactly how many officers have been wounded

Two suspects then fled into a nearby bodega and barricaded themselves inside, police told local media

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) said its officers are among those responding to the incident. Local schools have been put on lockdown as the police operation continues.

Police warned on radio transmission that the suspects are shooting at anyone they see on the street, NJ.com said. One officer was heard saying that gunfire begins each time a police officer attempts to move toward the bodega.

The two suspects reportedly arrived in the area in a U-haul van and are carrying "long guns." The two shooters are apparently a male and a female, dressed in black. Local media reported that police said in transmissions that "pipe bombs" were found in their U-Haul.

One law enforcement source speaking to NBC New York described the attack as an "ambush."

Rapid gunfire can be heard in videos from the scene posted on social media.

One video, apparently posted by a student at Henry Snyder high school, which is on lockdown, appears to show multiple snipers on a nearby roof.

I find the pipe bombs quite interesting and the long guns. This is quite intense, videos online sound like a war zone.

on another note I’ve been having strange dreams as of late of violent shootings and accidents. So this was quite shocking to see.

Additionally, there were several threats made yesterday:

A shootout in Jersey City has left several people dead, including one police officer, after local reports said two gunmen fired on authorities.
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed the officer fatality and Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop said there were “multiple deceased” in a building where authorities and suspects exchanged fire.
...
“All students and staff are safe,” the School District of Jersey City said in a statement.
Volleys of gunfire could be heard until about 2 p.m., the Associated Press reported.

Officer, 5 Others Dead in ‘Ambush’ NJ Active Shooter Situation

As many as six people may be dead -- including a police officer, two suspects and three civilians -- during an "ambush" active shooter situation at a bodega in Jersey City Tuesday afternoon, officials and law enforcement sources said.

Law enforcement sources identified the dead officer as a 39-year-old married father of five.

According to three senior law enforcement officials, the shoot-out began as a homicide investigation. The deceased officer approached suspects in that investigation and was shot and killed. The suspects then fled into the Jersey City Kosher Supermarket on Martin Luther King Drive, where the standoff started around 12:30 p.m.

A law enforcement source said the suspects were holed up in a bodega for hours, one of whom was armed with a long gun.

Four other people were thought to be inside the bodega, the senior official said, stressing the highly preliminary nature of the evolving investigation. There were at least three civilians killed inside the store as well, a law enforcement source tells NBC New York.

Interesting part is there are multiple shootings and was told it is not terrorism related. But, they found pipe bombs in the the u haul truck, shooters used and they have ammo for 4 hrs of shooting. Initially it was said homicide investigation went wrong scenario. But there is some confusion whether they are related events or not or same event. Looks same event.
. The shooters remained in the store, keeping police at bay by firing in the direction of anyone they saw. Two police officers have been shot, including one at Bayview Cemetery, where it is believed the active shooter situation started.

Shooting at Czech hospital leaves at least 6 killed, suspect on the run
Six people have been killed in a hospital shooting in Ostrava, Czech Republic. The police are on the hunt for the suspected perpetrator and have ramped up security in other places.
The shooting happened on Tuesday morning at University Hospital Ostrava in the northeastern part of the country. The Czech police initially said four people were killed and two others were seriously injured. Those two succumbed to their wounds, Prime Minister Andrej Babis confirmed.
The shooting reportedly happened in the traumatology ward of the hospital.

Ostrava Technical University, which hosts the hospital, said the perpetrator was wearing a red jacket. The police released a photo of the suspected gunman on Twitter, requesting public assistance in finding him, and warning that he poses a threat. The university campus was put on lockdown.
Interior Minister Jan Hamacek said the rapid response unit and police helicopters have been deployed in response to the emergency.

Local media report that the hospital was taken under guard by police officers armed with automatic weapons. Police also said they deployed additional troops to ‘soft targets’ for additional security.

So many incidents so close to one another. It feels like the rate of collapse is picking up. I am left wondering whether it will calm down or continue spiraling out of control.

Some lawyers supposedly took the law into their own hands and went on a rampage in a hospital in Pakistan. Supposedly rumored to be as a violent response to a doctor "ridiculing" a lawyer for demanding priority treatment in some online video in one of the articles linked below.
This just looks like complete insanity. It sounds so ridiculous I do not know what to make of it.

Pakistani LAWYERS storm cardiac hospital, clash with riot police & doctors, leaving 3 patients dead (VIDEOS)

At least 3 patients were killed after scores of lawyers clad in business suits besieged a hospital in Pakistan, storming the building and attacking staff and patients alike. The crowd was eventually dispersed by police tear gas.
The angry mob descended upon the Punjab Institute of Cardiology in Lahore on Wednesday, attacking just about everyone in sight as the lawyers ransacked hospital wards, which forced staff to leave patients unattended, some in critical condition.

The number killed in the brawl could increase from the three officially acknowledged casualties – with Pakistan’s Young Doctors Association claiming that up to 12 people might have lost their lives.

Dramatic footage of the assault appeared on social media, showing a sizable crowd of men dressed in suits and ties as they neared the walls of the hospital, with scuffles breaking out as bystanders attempted to stop the group.
While it remains unclear exactly what sparked such a massive unrest, some reports alleged the furious protest was triggered by a viral video that featured a doctor “ridiculing” a lawyer who demanded priority treatment.

At least one car was set ablaze, while one sharply-dressed man can be seen in footage drawing a handgun and intimidating passersby.
Other videos showed hospital staff pelting the assailants with stones from the roof as the lawyers attempt to storm the building.
Information and culture minister for Punjab, Fayyaz Chohan, was also caught up in the skirmish as he seemingly tried to calm the situation. Police eventually quelled the violence, firing tear gas into the crowd.

A war of words is heating up between professionals in Pakistan after an angry mob of attorneys barged into a hospital, attacking doctors and leaving three patients dead. Some officials have labeled it an act of “terrorism.”
The deadly unrest broke out at a hospital in Lahore, where a crowd of lawyers outraged over a viral video “ridiculing” their profession breached the walls and unleashed chaos inside. At least three patients lost their lives in the attack, which only ended after police dispersed the group with tear gas.
Though he personally disavowed the violence and a committee had been formed to get to the bottom of the incident, Vice Chair of the Pakistan Bar Council Syed Amjad Shah insisted it was merely “the individual act of a few lawyers” and argued that the physicians were to blame for instigating the skirmish.
Some doctors in the Punjab province were hearing none of it, however, and called for a full-blown strike over the encounter.

“Tomorrow no doctor will be on duty across Punjab to protest the lawyers’ attack on doctors and paramedics of [the Punjab Institute of Cardiology]. A murder case should be registered against those responsible for this violence,” said Hammad Butt, president of the Young Consultants Association. The strike was also joined by the Young Doctors Association, another healthcare workers’ union.

Punjab’s information and culture minister, Fayyaz Chohan, who was injured in the attack as he tried to calm the situation, said that a probe had been launched to “take action against these lawyers.” The call for an “high level and unbiased” investigation was echoed by Shehbaz Sharif, president of the Pakistan Muslim League party.

Some 40 lawyers were taken into custody after the incident, Pakistan’s minister of human rights, Shireen Mazari, who said more arrests would follow. She also slammed the attorneys for the attack, tweeting:

"Absolutely horrifying that those supposed to act in accordance with the law chose to become terrorists… What's the difference between marauding lawyers & terrorists? "

Sounds like this one went off prematurely.

DPS: Trooper shoots, kills man after being attacked
3 minute read
Officials identified the suspect as 25-year-old Mohamed Ahmed E A Al-Hashemi, a Qatar national in the United States on an F1 student visa.

DPS said Hasemi had several recent incidents with Tempe police, including trespassing at the Islamic Community Center. Tempe police say Al-Hashemi was asked to leave the center and warned not to return by officers after causing a disturbance at 4:30 a.m. on December 18. Al-Hashemi later returned at 2 p.m, and was eventually taken into custody for trespassing and booked into jail.

Any updates on what all that was about? What are people in NJ saying about it?

The media sure is unnaturally quiet, especially considering it was a mass shooting that targeted Jews...
