Another whistleblower has stepped forward to reveal fascinating history and insights into the Apollo program and aliens. Although the author, William Tompkins, takes an extraterrestrial point of view of aliens, he was directly involved in advanced designing think tanks for missile programs, the Apollo program, and designing galactic naval starships. Mr. Tompkins as a teenager designed model ships as a hobby and would include classified radar and guns on the these models. His collection grew and he won notariety and had his ships displayed in department stores in Hollywood which caught the attention of the CIA. He was recruited into Naval Intelligence and learned about aliens at a very early age. He started with the Navy in 1941 working at Vultee Aircraft.

The book discusses his early years through 1969. In the Navy he was given top secret "Q" clearance. He was a multi-engine pilot and electronics officer. He modified rockets for testing at the China Lake facility and worked on alien projects. After the Navy he had a stint at Northrup designing airplanes without wings in 1947. He witnesses the "Battle of LA" in 1942 and claims the gov't captured a UFO from this encounter. After Northrup, he worked at North American Aviation and Lockheed. In 1949, he worked at DAC working on wind tunnel models. He also started getting "flashes" of events.

He got married in 1951 was transferred to Donald Douglas Sr. to Engineering as a draftsman and was also part of a think tank from 1951-1963. He began working on plans for a conceived Naval Lunar base and planetary Naval stations. He also became part of the Civilian Saucer Investigation (CSI) program and met Jacques Vallee. He conceived the NORAD Command/Control center underground. In 1953, the think tank came to the conclusion that UFO's were extraterrestrial. He made drawings of kilometer-long Naval spacecraft, became part of the DM-18 missile design group. In 1958, he was promoted to Engineering Section chief on the S-IVB project for Apollo. He also began work on the Saturn program, gave NASA presentation to Drs. Debus and Von Braun and his design work was approved by them. He also worked at TRW.

This is a small overview of where he worked, but his book is far more interesting. He claims the Nordics helped him with his designs and plans. He claims the Apollo program was meant to build naval stations throughout the solar system and then to visit the nearest 12 stars. The public did not see what Neil Armstrong saw when he landed on the moon...massive ships hovering along the crater with the Reptilians telling them they could make a total of 6 trips to gather samples and then they could not go back. This caused the Apollo program to shut down and lay off 400,000 people.

Very early on in the think tank program they were more worried about what was "out there" than they were with what was "over there." He discusses how UFO's kept shutting down their missiles. He describes an instance where workers minds were wiped clean of an incident. He wondered several times if aliens were controlling people's minds. He describes an incident where a coworker went to Juarez Mexico with his girlfriend even after being strictly told not to go there and the girlfriend was raped and murdered. He also described a colleague come to him because his daughter was being raped by a Reptilian.

The strangest part of this book which has caused a lot of controversy is the recounting of his Nordic secretaries and the highly charged sexual innuendo that is frequently talked about throughout the book. You get the impression that all they want to do is tease the men and have sex all the time. This led the author at one point to wonder if the Reptilians were disguised as Nordics. There are videos of William Tompkins on Youtube where this is not discussed. The conversations get graphic at times and is bizarre in the overall discussions in the book.

Good information with a key player "in the know" and designer in the Apollo program and his revelations about aliens and humanity and where we are headed. A lot of high strangeness in this book, but will fascinate you all the way through.
