Lately, it looks to me that the Sun sets and risez in different times. But not gradually prolonging or shortening the days, but eraticaly like: today Sun rises in 6am, but tommorow at 5:30am. Looks vey strange.

It's on time here. I wake up at 5 every day and by 6 I'm at work. We have big terrace there looking to east and south,
so I can see the clear horizon in that part ( about 150 degrees angle ).
And back at home I can see the west side perfectly at the end of day.
So, at the moment the sun is where it should be, according to time and calendar.
The truth is that some days atmosphere is weird, cloudy and foggy so the impression is slightly different.
