today I got following circular mail entitled Shame:

In Memoriam
Recently this week, UK removed The Holocaust from its school curriculum because it "offended" the Moslem population which claims it never occurred. This is a frightening portent of the fear that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving into it.
It is now more than 60 years after the Second World War in Europe ended.
This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the six million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians and 1,900 Catholic priests who were murdered, massacred, raped, burned, starved and humiliated with the German and Russia peoples looking the other way!
Now, more than ever, with Iran, among others, claiming the Holocaust to be "a myth," it is imperative to make sure the world never forgets.
This e-mail is intended to reach 40 million people worldwide! Join us and be a link in the memorial chain and help us distribute it around the world.
Please send this e-mail to 10 people you know and ask them to continue the memorial chain.

Whenever I get an email that has a line with "send this e-mail to 10 people you know," I'd know it's a chain letter (they just omitted "or your dog will die in 10 minutes" or something to that effect). I prefer a petition, but not an email.

I don't think they ever will stop manipulating any horrific events in our world's history to justify their current goals.

This is just incredible that the same people who scream "Iran is a new Hitler!" and "Not another Holocaust" treat the holocaust survivors with contempt and soon to be resolved annoyance.
Not to mention another hypocritical statement that Russians were looking the other way while other 20 million Russians were murdered. But surprise - not a word about "evil Poles"...Apparently, building US "missile defense system" on their soil makes Zionists look the other way. ;)

Changing the subject a little bit, I find it incredible to think a nations school agenda is changed as to not upset a select group of people. If this is the case should the schools also change biology so the vegetarians don't get upset or Religious education incase it offends the Jewish, Muslim, Pagan, Hindu, Budist etc, (If I have not listed your faith I apologies in advance).

back on topic, since when has it been thought that Muslims and Iran was bad? Lets be honest here, a couple of years ago if you passed a Muslim person in the high street you would not have given them a second glance, now all of a sudden a large percent of the UK and US population look at the same people with fear, mistrust and at times hate. Why? Is it because of the way the media have been going out of their way to paint them all as bomb carrying terrorists? Yes? Then why did we not think this a couple of years ago?

It all depends where you are. If you are an American and you are in Iraq, there is a great chance that not only you will be thought as bad, but also that you will be killed. If you are a Palestinian, and you are in Israel, chances are that you will get arrested for just being in the wrong place and in a wrong time. But you probably know that yourself? That would be down to me I guess Ark, I without thinking assuming that everyone was in a Western area, what I meant was ... I am in England, until a few years ago many other English people would have walked past a Muslim probably without noticing they were Muslim, now all of a sudden if we see a Muslim walking down the high street (in a western town,country etc) they are looked on with fear or hate.
I am not Muslim, I am not from Iran. What has happened over the past year or two was done by a group of people with a Muslim faith or from Iran, or claiming to be one of the afore mentioned yet now, I believe because of the way the media has painted these people alot of westerners see any Muslim as a bomb totting terrorist... Is this not just the media trying to sway the points of view of the Western world? A type of homeland propaganda if you wish
