The white rabbit

The Force is Strong With This One
A few days ago I had an idea about the forum.
I think it would be interesting, if possible, to create a kind of graph that relates the number of new members over time. The objective is to observe if there is any relation between catastrophic/scandalous world events and the people until then "asleep". I'm not saying that all the people registered to the forum are aware of what's happening, but I think that if they discovered the forum it's because they're looking for "the white rabbit".

Hi,

Well, yes I think it would be rather interesting to see it represented graphically, but I daresay that it is something we have all observed at one time or another, I think the largest one I can remember was the entire discussion about covid when it first was announced. I think that has been the most active thread ever (although someone with more knowledge might correct me).

And from that discussion, with the amount of information being shared and people's desire to participate in the conversation, we did get quite a few new registrations. But that leads me to the purpose, some people indeed found some of these events as the juncture between a before and after in their lives.

But yet some others simply wanted to add their two cents. And so, because of that diversity of purpose when choosing to join, I don't think a graph would be able to determine accurately if some of these events launched people into seeking the white rabbit to be found in the forum.

But, I could be wrong as well.
