I think the many volcanoes erupting all over the world will take a hand at disrupting the weather in a similar manner, but i think there are other factors such as those outside of the planet that will have a stronger impact on the planet.
things such as commentary bodies moving around can cause earthquakes and volcanoes to erupt, gasses released from tectonic plates moving and everything that follows, the landslides and all else.
I think the weather will not follow the normal patterns this year, even if the oly season marker we have is the position of the earth in relation to the sun.
seasons are the result of where the planet gets the heat and energy from the sun, but i think we can expect mayor irregularities all throughout the year everywhere in the world as it keeps on escalating, may be it will take a year for a definite change, the concerning thing that comes to mind is if those changes are here to stay..
