Theory on the healthy character

Hello to everybody and thank you for your indulgence for my bad English.
This forum is very interesting and each of we become aware of the difficulty that Laura and her team had to arrive at this result. SuperModérators is really important for calming the too eccentric ideas, either by bad knowledge or by psychological disorders(confusions). That we have to have in mind, it's that we even people of the forum are considered in this way by most of people (for the moment) and that myself do not often dare to speak about it to my friends. The fatal influences are everywhere, in the dreams, in the real life, in our family, at our friends and even sometimes on this forum. For what has no healthy character or enough strong(hardly) the madness can fast arrive. As says it Laura, the one who does not arrive at recognize or know its own problems, how he wants recognize the problems of the world. The knowledge protects. I am going to emit(utter) a hypothesis on the healthy character, the one who allows us to think serenely.

The French neurologist Henri Labori, experienced with rats and has explain that in the life there were only two outcomes(exits), the flight(leak) or the fight(wrestling), without which he dies. He(it) had deducted that from it it was the same for the man and the woman. But I think that he had omitted a thing, it's that the fight(wrestling) and the flight(leak) can give us a lot of knowledge which allow us either no more not to fight, or more not to avoid(run away, flee). I believe that it's in this state that we discern best things and illusions.

The humanity divides in three. Two big parts are the optimists who represent the love and the creation and the pessimists who represent the fear and the destruction. The third part which is in the middle is the serenity. The life rests(bases) itself on this principle, the more we are optimistic, the more we like(love) and more we have of luck to live and to continue to evolve. While the pessimism, creates the inverse effect, the more we are pessimistic, the more we are afraid and the more we decline towards an involution, it is the depression. The Optimistic part is subdivided into three parts. Near the serenity there is a friendship, then there a love and a worship ( the fanaticism). The Pessimistic part also divides in three parts. On the other side of the serenity begin the jealousy, then the hatred then the depression. We see that both extremes can bring to the death, near(on the side of) the optimists we are going to kill to live and near(on the side of) the pessimists we are going to kill so that other live. Each of us already passed by various stages including that of the serenity. The problem it is because we have difficulty keeping(guarding) this stage or renewing it. It's for it I think that it is good to meditate. I don't know method, but I'm following that of the Laura: http: / fr.eiriu-eolasOrg
I hope that it will help me to find the serenity.

You seem to have left out the realists - those who strive to see reality as it is - even to see the Universe as it sees itself. That is what we strive to do here. :)

Hi Kisito. If you enjoy using science to think about us in terms of centers, you should check out some of the threads we have in the cognitive science board here :). Some of the books we cover there, like Polyvagal Theory and In An Unspoken Voice, do go into extensive detail about a hierarchical behaviour system also. Elaborating on some of the earlier studies on animal and human behaviour, it proposes there is a hierarchy to the nervous system.

The highest level is the level of social engagement, when we are relaxed, attuned to others, and capable of empathy and compassion. The mind is calm and clear. The second level is the fight-or-flight level, which activates in response to stress and threat. Here there is high energy in one's thought, feelings, and actions. Thinking has much stronger emotion and passion in it, which can often inhibit seeing the world as it is. If the fight-or-flight doesn't eliminate the stress, the lowest level activates. This is the immobilization and dissociative phase. Animals become catatonic, and emotionally deader. This is what happened to Henri Labori's animals when they couldn't flee the stress or fight it, OSIT. The mind disconnects from feeling and sensation of the body (Martha Stout talks about this phase in The Myth of Sanity). Due to trauma and the chronic stress of life, most people spend much of their lives in a dissociated state, to a small or large degree. Eiriu Eolas is great because it stimulates the nervous system in specific ways that try and raise one out of dissociation, or fight-or-flight stress!

As for the three stages you made, composed of optimism, serenity, and pessimism, I think that would be suitable system for describing someone who suffered from symptoms of mania. But theories that elaborate on one point (such as the balance between fight or flight in your theory, if I understood) without addressing other facts can lead to a limiting tunnel vision. But in any case I hope it led you to understand your machine more than you used to, FWIW. :cool2: Hope that helps.
