There is no free lunch?

I have not found elsewhere in the forum for this type of question on the thought of Laura Knight. If there is another more appropriate section I would ask her please indicate me.
That meaning do the following two texts?

"There is no free food and if you think that it is you become your food"

and

"The King governs the material realm, by its Union with the Queen."

I think that they are thoughts of synthesis that has reached Larura and I would like to know its meaning.
I am not a stranger to the speculations of Laura on the SAS feed on emotions, but what does it mean: "there is No free lunch, and if you think that you have lunch"?

Barsanulfio, as for the first quote, you mistranslated it back to English. It reads, "there is no such thing as a free lunch and if you think there is then YOU are lunch." The first part is a saying in English meaning that there is nothing of value that doesn't come from work, either yours or someone else's. The second part means that if you think there is, then you are opening yourself to be "eaten" by another predator. Hope that helps.
