To all Australian FOTCM groups Vaccine exemption on religious beliefs

Jedi Master
So, guys, we have a full-proof way of being able to stay at work. Amidst mandatory vaccinations, at the very least it does give you protection by law that is not overridden by the state-of-emergency amendment in the human rights act. It IS against our beliefs I've already had success.

The full legislation act is available here

Our government isn't about to stand up for our employers against the commission they have to represent themselves any solicitor will be able to give you advice on this as long as you provide your membership certificate.

The Equal Opportunity Act prohibits discrimination in certain areas of life, including employment and the provision of goods and services, based on protected attributes such as disability or religious belief or activity.

Vaccination status is not a protected attribute under the Equal Opportunity Act. This means that discrimination law doesn’t offer protection for everyone who chooses not to get vaccinated, only for people who have one of the other protected attributes in the Equal Opportunity Act.
If an employer makes vaccinations a mandatory condition of employment, or a service provider requires proof of vaccination to access a service, this could be discrimination if you cannot be vaccinated due to a disability or other attribute protected under the Equal Opportunity Act and they do not make an exception for you. The circumstances in which you may or may not have grounds for a discrimination claim are outlined more below.

The following is from our statement of principles.
6.1 On the Law of Exclusion
On the level of the body, these toxins enter the body through various impure or injurious foods
(which includes grains, dairy, vegetable oils, and most processed foods), pharmaceuticals (which
includes certain vaccines),
and environmental toxins, and environmental toxins, and must be cleansed by a process of proper
diet, detoxification and by diminishing as far as is possible their entry into the body. We recognize
the historical utilization of the Paleo diet – primarily consisting of animal products, especially
fat and bone broth – as well as its health benefits in terms of physical, emotional, and mental
functioning. Because we do not seek to be a burden to others or the Cosmos in general, we are
obligated to try various methods of dietary experimentation, such as a more rigorous ketogenic
diet to initiate mtDNA changes, to accelerate healing and rejuvenation so that we may function
at our full capacity, thus able to better serve as instruments of service. (See Sources, FOTCM
Diet Book, forthcoming.) Further, we also repudiate and wholly condemn the ritual mutilation of
babies and children, that is, circumcision, and other abuses perpetrated on the most helpless of
humanity, including child abuse (physical and emotional) and pedophiliac sex offenses.

6.7 On PaleoChristian Rights

We recognize that PaleoChristianity is founded on Free Will and the elimination of physical, psychological,
and spiritual toxins from our bodies, communities, and souls. As such, we recognize
our right to be exempt from compulsory, impure and/or injurious vaccinations and/or medications
(see 6.1. On the Law of Exclusion) and to practice the use of alternative medicines where they
are available and/or legal; from service in any armed forces, police force, or militia (see 3.5. On
Human Creation and 3.6. On Human Destruction); to choose our diet without discrimination or
persecution (see 6.1.); to smoke tobacco without discrimination or persecution (see 6.4. On the
Use of Drugs); to choose our own family relations, education and educational environment, and to
live freely in our own communities and to structure them according to PaleoChristian principles
(see 6.6. On Soul Communities); to have free movement between our Companionships of Ancient
Science and Spirituality; and to refuse to act in any other way that is in conflict with the core
principles of PaleoChristianity.

Toxin's in vaccines I have the ingredient list's here

The vaccine includes the following ingredients: mRNA, lipids ((4-hydroxybutyl)azanediyl) bis(hexane-6,1-diyl)bis(2-hexyldecanoate), 2 [(polyethylene glycol)-2000]-N,N-ditetradecylacetamide, 1,2-Distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, and cholesterol), potassium chloride, monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, dibasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, and sucrose.
The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine contains the following ingredients: messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA), lipids (SM-102, polyethylene glycol [PEG] 2000 dimyristoyl glycerol [DMG], cholesterol, and 1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine [DSPC]), tromethamine, tromethamine hydrochloride, acetic acid, sodium acetate trihydrate, and sucrose.
COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca contains the active
ingredient ChAdOx1-S,
histidine, histidine
hydrochloride monohydrate,
sodium chloride, magnesium
chloride hexahydrate, disodium
edetate, sucrose, ethanol
absolute, polysorbate 80 and
water for injections.
Recombinant, replication-deficient chimpanzee
adenovirus vector encoding the SARS-CoV-2 Spike
glycoprotein. The vaccine is manufactured using material
originally sourced from a human embryo (Human Embryo
Kidney cells: HEK293).

Do not take this vaccine if you are allergic to any of these
This product contains genetically modified organisms

Hi chaps23,

I don't mean to put you in an uncomfortable position, but you mentioned having had success with a religious exemption for vaccination and I would like to ask a few questions that I think are pertinent. But by all means, do not give any more information than it is necessary, I don't want to cause anyone any undue exposure.

First: Did you in fact get a successful exemption on the grounds of religious belief?
Second: Did you use FOTCM/Statement of principles, as part of the religious beliefs that you hold on to? if not, what did you use?
Third: If the above two are true, how do you prove being exempt going forward, did they give you a certificate or something along the lines?

I have not seen religious or conscientious objections being allowed either. The only exemption according to NSW Public Health Orders is a medical exemption based on a previous documented anaphylactic reaction to the 1st vaccine. That being said, I also agree that looking into forming an AUS FOTCM organisation might be a good idea, goodness knows what else maybe coming our way. What would we need to look into to get it started?

I was speaking to my wife and accordingly, you start with an ABN number ($69 per year) for a charity or non-profit org and the usual book keeping requirements apply. A registered accountant is required to audit the books every year. There is good information on this link to get started. It isn't that hard from what I have read so far.

I haven't seen any allowances for religious belief or conscientious objection being made either, although I see @chaps23's point in that the suggested method highlights the definite legal obligations of the Equal Opportunity Act, whereas the Public Health Order mandates are of questionable legality, therefore placing the employer in a position of being definitely criminally liable versus potentially criminally liable. That being said, @Alejo has raised an important question: we need to know the details about the previous success(es) of this strategy, given this was stated.

Regarding an Australian FOTCM daughter org, I also agree this is a good idea, and @sid has pointed out the most straightforward way of doing this, although there are other structures that involve using a Trust to manage the Non-Profit (if I remember correctly) that may have potential benefits as well.

This is just two articles on the issue of religious freedoms, but there was only one group able to get around the federal government laws requiring mandatory vaccinations for children in day care receiving family tax benefit..

The second article talks about how that exemption was removed 6 years ago. They've prepared really well for Covid..

"This means that, in the absence of religious leaders telling their followers they shouldn't be vaccinated, any push for religious exemptions would depend on the individual being able to demonstrate why they believe their decision is tied to their religious beliefs.

If this situation arises, Dr Barker said any challenge would likely come down to an assessment of the health risk versus the benefit of allowing people to practice their religion freely."

"Doctors will be given incentive payments so that parents stick to their children’s vaccination schedule, and the one religious exemption to vaccinations will end, as part of a push by the federal government to boost the immunisation rate.

Social services minister Scott Morrison on Sunday announced that the only religious group currently able to claim religious exemptions for vaccinations, Christian Scientists, will no longer be able to do so.

Morrison said the exemption, in place since 1998, “is no longer current or necessary and will therefore be removed”."
