I share with you a tool that is currently helping me with my spinal pain. Honestly, yoga does not help me and I have always found that it was ill suited for me. Foundation training is simple and effective for decompressing your spine on a daily basis. It's easy to integrate into our daily lives. No hardware is required. Just your body is needed.
