In the above list, with a few exceptions, delivery is restricted to the UK.

In addition, Waitrose now offer lamb sweetbreads and ox cheeks in selected stores, as well as lamb hearts. Morrisons sell hearts, hocks, trotters (at selected stores), as well as the 'more normal' offal. (You will need to check as these may not be organic)

And, it always pays to chat up your local butcher, whilst putting in a tentative order this week - depends whaen he orders next - I discovered that he has lots of pigs heads, trotters and poultry giblets in his freezer - all cheap.

Thank you so much for such a comprehensive list Trevrizent :D :hug2:

That first linked to cured meats was my early Christmas present!

Here is one more that I have used recently:

Fordhall Farm
Providing beef, lamb, pork, poultry, ham and bacon, suet, bones and offal.
I think they only deliver twice a week.
I chose this farm because after searching for a while for properly raised and fed meat, this seemed to be of good quality and the least expensive.

They support a paleo diet, and what they have that is really great, is organ meat boxes!

I have also ordered from Bellota, the first link provided by Prodigal Son, and have to say that although everything is gluten free, most of their products have paprika or chili, or dairy. The only products that don't have either are the Whole Hams, or the Peppered Pork Loin from Trevelez (not the cured one!). Everything else has something nasty or potentially inflammatory, just a heads up for others to be careful when ordering.

Ditto, Vallebona. :(

I've bought the buffalo burgers from these people, on the list they are really good.

I discovered this meat delivery company recently while not being able to get to the more local butchers, and I was very impressed.

http://www.farmerschoice.co.uk/

The website could use a little work, but the meat is awesome and at great prices, it has available bones/fat, the packaging is top quality, and the delivery charge is a sweet £3.95.

Thanks Carlisle, cheaper than Abel and Cole (for some things) but frozen as opposed to fresh, looks worth a try.

This is one I came across recently: _http://www.primalbritain.co.uk/paleo-directory/

I liked how easy it was to navigate different regions. Also curious about their "Eat, Drink, Cook Paleo Cookbook".

I found http://www.greenpasturefarms.co.uk/ looking for marrow bones. I haven't ordered anything from the site yet but it looks promising.

Yeah I found the prices to be reasonable over all, though I didn't consider the frozen vs fresh thing. Also there is a limit per order on bones, fat, lard etc.

Green pasture is the best one I've found in terms of quality (last time I checked all of their pigs are like 100% pastured). The prices are heavy though, £5 for a tub of lard if I remember correctly.
