Very BAD stomach pain

The Living Force
Hi Everyone

It has been a very restless and sleepless couple of days for me and even more for my bf (neema)

He’s very sick. He’s had stomach problems for a very long time but for the last two weeks it has been EXTREMELY painful. We’ve tried everything we could think of and nothing works. From detox diet to Candida diet, to MMS, colidial silver, nothing has helped. He can’t keep anything down. He is either throwing it up or the things he can keep down- won’t come out and he becomes very constipated.

My theory was that he has an ulcer. About a year or so ago, we went to a doctor who didn’t say much except that he thinks it’s all caused by stress. He didn’t give anything other than that.

Today we decided to go to the doctor again because neema read some symptoms for stomach cancer and he has a lot of them- So we went to the doctor today and he said that neema either has a very bad ulcer or stomach cancer. He also stated that stomach cancer is very common among Persian people. He has recommended neema to a specialist so we are going to go to the specialist soon for a diagnosis. First we need to get the blood works and stuff going which we will start with tomorrow.

In the meantime, the doctor prescribed Nexium: Esmomeprazole Magnesium 40mg and Tramadol Hydrochloride XR 100mg. He took some at 4:51 when we got home and it is now 5:51 and he says there is no improvement at all. The doctor also recommended that he take meal replacement shakes.

So here are my questions:

Does anyone have any experience with ulcers? Can you recommend anything to ease the pain?
What type of food or shakes or whatever should I be getting him? Any particular brand of shakes? Any particular food anyone has had good results with?

For now, we’re sticking with the thought that he has an ulcer and not stomach cancer but when we get the results- I will notify the group.

Thank you very much

Hi Deedlet,

I hope he has totally stopped the MMS. I thought the other day when he mentioned stomach pain and using MMS that he should probably not be using MMS. If he is following the Ultra Simple diet, then I don't have any other ideas at the moment, but I'm sure Psyche will chime in when she is up and about.

Before I changed my diet, I went through several bouts of gastritis (inflamed stomach lining) - colloidal silver and a diet change took care of it completely. It sounds like Neema might be dealing with something more serious, however. Apologies for not having more information, I'm sure others will chime in.

Hey Deedlet, stomach issues were one of my main problems previous to all our diet and detoxing. When I was a small child I used to get the most horrible cramps that would literally floor me. It ended up being due to inflamed tonsils which would leak acid into my gastro tract triggering all sorts of badness.

When I read your report on Neema's problem I immediately wondered whether he still has his tonsils or not. If so, does he get strept throat often?

Other things that I did to eliminate my stomach problems were to cut out the gluten, dairy and beef. I also avoid sugar.

I find a lot of brown rice and green food (broccoli, broccoli rabe, spinach, salad - anything green and leafy) really keep my bowels moving on a regular basis. Walking also helps keep things moving, and since I live in NYC I walk everywhere - does Neema do a lot of driving?

I wish you and Neema luck, good vibes and hope the above can help.

Hey anart,

After reading your post I told him to stop taking MMS and he said he will. We've been trying our best to keep up with the ultra simple diet and even that has been problematic for him.

He can't digest anything- I made him brown rice and he throws it up. He has had no gluten for a very long time and he's been lactose intolerant for a long time so he's had no dairy of any kind for a long time too.

When I read your report on Neema's problem I immediately wondered whether he still has his tonsils or not. If so, does he get strept throat often?

Stomach pain is one of the worst pains I've ever come to know. My stomach is pretty normal but neema's is VERY sensitive. So he's pretty much been rolling on the floor for the last couple of weeks. No he has not had his tonsils removed and he doesn't have any problems with strept throat.

Other things that I did to eliminate my stomach problems were to cut out the gluten, dairy and beef. I also avoid sugar.

All of those have been eliminated except the beef. Didn't know beef was bad until I read that it should be eaten once in a while (maybe) in the Candida diet. So going to cut beef out too.

I find a lot of brown rice and green food (broccoli, broccoli rabe, spinach, salad - anything green and leafy) really keep my bowels moving on a regular basis.

I've been making salads for him but he wont digest. I've been making cucumber, tomato, onion and lettuce (romain) and sometimes without lettuce just the first 3 and still no good.

Walking also helps keep things moving, and since I live in NYC I walk everywhere - does Neema do a lot of driving?

He drives more than he walks. He wants to walk but he literally can't stand for long amounts of time. Exercising is a funny thing- you gotta exercise to get healthy, but you also have to be healthy to be able to exercise and he's just not healthy :(

Thanks to both of you for the responses. I look forward to hearing Dr. Psyche's thoughts as well.

ADDED

Forgot to mention that he's also been taking arm & hammer (baking soda) with water. It seems to help for about a couple of hours- then it's back to agonizing pain.

Deedlet, this is sounding more like gall bladder attacks, or maybe a problem with the common bile duct. Be sure to ask the doctor to check for gall stones or inflammation of the gall bladder. Problems with the common bile duct will also make it impossible to eat or drink, as will pancreatitis.

Hang in there, I'm sure thinking of you two, and hoping Psyche has more ideas on what he can eat. Have you tried just white rice? The hull on brown rice might be too irritating.

Hang in there!

Indeed, look at the gall bladder please. My wife had a lengthy problem with her gall bladder (unbeknown to us) and ended up having it removed. Neema's symptoms sound just like hers. At one stage at the hospital she was writhing on the floor, the pain was so excruciating.

Hi Deedlet,

I'm sorry to hear that Neema is feeling so rotten. A few things come to mind, though I am glad to know you are having a professional look at this more closely. That kind of pain over that length of time is nothing to mess around with. And considering the last 2 posts, I am surprised to know that the doc he went to today didn't even mention the possibility of Gall bladder or pancreas. He just jumped right to cancer.

Aloe Vera Juice benfits the digestive system, Acid reflux, ulcers, chronic constipation and even irritable bowel syndrome responds well. However, there are some warnings to be aware of: Aloe plants contain a type of latex that, when ingested, has a laxative effect. The more latex present in the juice, the more pronounced the effect, sometimes resulting in cramping or diarrhea. If the diarrhea is severe, you should discontinue using the aloe vera juice, as this can cause an electrolyte imbalance or kidney dysfunction. These symptoms are very rare. So, taking it like 1/4 cup at a time 2 or 3 times a day might be a judicious start.

Also, If you take corticosteroids or diabetes medicines like insulin, you should talk to your doctor before ingesting aloe vera. And don't use it at all if you have Crohn's disease or kidney disease. (Psyche would know better than me what the limitations are)

I have in the past used it for constipation (very effective) and also an ulcer. (also, very effective.)

The other thing that might be helpful is taking a really good probiotic. Wide spectrum of species and a high bacterial count, say between 30 & 50 billion.

Drinking Ginger tea might be soothing as well. The anti-inflamatory effect is especially noticeable for the digestive tract.

I hope he feels better soon! Good luck at the doctor

Slippery elm is a demulcent, emollient, expectorant, and diuretic. Demulcent means that it is soothing, softening, buffering, and has poison-drawing qualities. This herb has a number of health benefits. It helps to neutralise stomach acids, boost the adrenal glands, draw out impurities, and heal all parts of the body. The mucilage coats the mouth, oesophagus, and gastrointestinal tract with a slick residue. It soothes the inflammation of ulcers in the stomach and duodenum and helps to provide a barrier between the ulcer and stomach acid. It soothes irritations or ulcerations in the stomach and intestines and is good for helping with gastrointestinal conditions.

Well initially we went to the doctor because Neema read the symptoms for stomach cancer and he stated that he has a lot of them. I'm a worry case so I told him we need to get it ruled out as a possibility, so he agreed to go to the doctor. So of course it could have been the predator mind thinking the worst- but we'll see what happens. I will tell Neema to ask his doctor about the Gall bladder or Pancreas. Though I have to say I'm not that shocked that the doctor wouldn't diagnos him properly- as I have lost all faith in our med system and doctors.

The medicine we bought him was outrageously expensive. The doctor prescribed 90 of Esmomeprazole Magnesium 40mg and at the pharmecy the lady told me that it would come to $245. She recommended i get a smaller dose for now and come back for re-fills if we need them. The other pills were $47. This experience made me feel so much for all the sick people who can't afford medicine. Not to mention we had to wait 3 hours to get to see the doctor. Neema was throwing up in the bathroom at the doctor's office. I saw moms come in with sick kids- being told they had to wait 3 hours and they just turned around and walked out the door because they couldn't wait same with many others.

When we got home, I was watching TV and saw on the news that the government is going to be giving a large sum of money to "build more Canadian Athletes" because we got the record for most golds won. I thought to myself, how about build more clinics and help the sick, so people wouldn't have to wait 3 hours?!? But I digress...

That's very interesting. Actually a few weeks ago we discovered aloe drinks and he was drinking some and we ran out. Didn't know it had that great of an effect- must go pick some up asap.

He doesn't have diabetes or anything like that. But thanks for mentioning it.

He's been taking a lot of probiotics which seem to have lost all effect. And the only thing that' been helping him has been herbal teas like ginger, pepermint and chamomile. Tried Senna but he got very sick off that.

Thanks again for all the posts, this is very helpful! *hugs the group*

Sounds to me like he may have been taking things or eating things that have got his system in an uproar - like the MMS.

Right now, how about just cream of rice and rice milk, no salads, no meats or fats. If things settle after a day or two, then steamed veggies, no raw. Like start with carrots and sweet potatoes, then peas. Even split pea soup. Also, the Ultra Broth - recipe here on the forum.

Only supplement I would add right now would be digestive enzymes.

If he can keep the cream of rice down, see how much vitamin C he can take. Read the instructions here on the forum for titrating vitamin C.

Hi deeedlet, Sorry to hear neema is having health issue's, and hope for a quick resolve. As you perhaps know the vomiting is a situation that when stomach moves stomach acids through the esophagus out the mouth. This can produce acid reflux in the throat as well as tooth decay and be breeding ground for gum disease. I made sure I rinsed my mouth out with water and baking soda and brushed my teeth after such episode's to neutralize the acids left in the mouth after vomiting.
Also continuous replacement of essential electrolytes with water that will be needed to fight the effects of dehydration because of vomiting.
And last also a coffee enema and or of a herbal kind that has been recommended on the form, to help for the constipation, to move some of the blockage and stomach distention and discomfort that may be felt.

Symptoms to Watch For During Home Treatment of dehydration.
Use the Check Your Symptoms section to evaluate the symptoms if any of the following occur during home treatment:

More serious dehydration develops.
Decreased alertness develops.
You become dizzy, lightheaded, or feel like you might faint when you rise from lying to sitting, or from sitting to standing.
Decreased urination develops.
Symptoms become more severe or frequent.

Measure all ingredients precisely. Small variations can make the drink less effective or even harmful. Mix the following:
1 quart (950 ml) water
½ teaspoon (2.5 g) baking soda
½ teaspoon (2.5 g) table salt
¼ teaspoon (1.25 g) salt substitute (potassium-based), such as Lite Salt or Morton Salt Substitute
2 tablespoons (30 g) sugar

Hi Deedlet,

Get some DGL- deglycyrrhizinated licorice, he can chew 1 or 2 tablets 3 times a day, 20 minutes before eating or before drinking something (i.e. rice milk). If he can't eat, lets not force it, he might need a fasting for a couple of days before his stomachs settles. He can try drinking rice milk or a veggie broth like Laura suggested. If he can tolerate that, he can try some buffered vitamin C or whatever Vitamin C is available, but taken as a drink. If he has vomited a lot, you can also get from the pharmacy some minerals with glucose to add in the water (not pills). So lets take it one step at a time, first lets see how he does with a semi-fasting.

The DGL will protect the stomach lining and it also eases pain. He doesn't have to swallow the tablets, he can chew them and they will dissolve.

Thank you everyone for the responses. I will try these suggestions and let ya’ll know how it goes.

I’d like to discuss some ‘high strangeness’ going on.

One thing I forgot to note is that neema seems to be getting a very weird rash on his body. They look like mosquito bites. They are round and different sizes- on different parts of his body. They are itchy and they come and go. Like one would appear on his leg, and within 30 minutes it would be gone. And another would appear on his arm and within a few minutes -gone. This is about the strangest thing I’ve ever seen. Because normal rashes usually stay for a while don’t they? It’s not a hygiene issue. We’ve done laundry so all the clothes are clean, sheets, everything. We share a bed and pretty much everything except clothes, and I have nothing on my body. Anyone experience anything similar?

This is not health related but still very weird.

Last night at around midnight- I was reading some articles and all of a sudden the internet went down. I went to the router to see what was going on and the router kept turning itself on & off which was very weird because it’s never done that before. So finally it decides to stay on (all the lights are on) and so I go back to my computer and begin trying different sites to see if the internet is working. I had several tabs going, and the only site that was working was the forum. I was clicking different new threads to see if it wasn’t saved or something. It wasn’t- I was able to access new posts for about 10 minutes and then the internet fully went down.

I went to see if Neema was awake and he was just lying in bed awake, so I told him the internet was down. He was feeling a bit better, so he suggested I call the internet company.

So I called the internet company to see what was going on. After a long wait a guy comes on and I asked him what was going on with the internet. His voice was about the strangest voice I’ve ever heard. It was very high and squeaky and it sounded as if he was on some sort of drug or something because he stretched all his words. He said that there was maintenance going on in my area. I asked how long the maintenance would take and he said between 12-7 am. I said ok and that was that.

This morning I was a sleep and neema woke up around 8 wanting to access the internet. It wasn’t working. He told me the router kept turning itself on and off for a while, than it settled and it was on. But the internet was still not working. So he calls the internet company again. When he asks if the maintenance from last night was over- the guy was like “what maintenance?” He said there was no scheduled maintenance and no notes about it anywhere. He asked who had told them this, and neema told him about my call. He told neema to do different things and the internet wasn’t working. So finally he said that he couldn’t figure out what the problem was, unless it’s a computer problem and asked if there was another computer in the house. Well we have this old laptop so neema connected it to the internet and it worked. So, he connected the internet to the PC again and it wasn’t working. He restarted the computer a few times and reset the internet from the PC and finally it worked.
Eventually the router came on too.

Meanwhile I was having a very weird dream, and I’ll post it in the dream section.

All in all, it’s been a very weird couple of days.

Looks like neema has been keeping down these meal replacement shakes that the doctor recommended, so we’re going to try some steamed veggies and see how that goes.

Deedlet,
This is a little weird. I have a sort of weird presence around me too this week and I think Gimpy mentioned something like that somewhere. I am not a specialist but I would suggest you to get out of the house a few hours (taking a bus or a train or just a car (but being very careful with that)) and see if you and Neema feel better. If there is any EM focusing it will be less intense if you you're in motion.

Hi Deedlet,

Are those mosquito bites by any chance like scratch marks? I am asking this because I have exactly what you describe, only that mine appear as elongated scratches. It had started to appear suddenly some 1.5 years ago and soon after that my dad had them too. If we are talking about the same thing here, then they are directly related to stomach problems; both me and my dad had big stomach problems since we can remember ... but this has appeared only lately.
I observed that some foods that I do not tolerate manifest in this way.

I eat not sugar except some fruits and occasionally some honey, no diary no bred/gluten and take supplements , the symptoms had reduced and almost gone , but like I said , sometimes it does reappear.

My question is - is his skin sensible right now? I mean, when you pinch his face for example, does it become red and similar to the other marks?
Does he have this mosquito like marks on his skull?, just like if you were to bump you head hard into something and you have a solid bump ...
