If it was not somebody else that pointed out these strange phenomena to me in my friend's cafe I would never have seen these things at all in the sky. They were so high up they looked like shining small stars at about 2pm during the day. First of all everybody though it was migrating storks but quickly we realized that they were not moving – at least not as fast as birds do, nearly static in fact. Nor were they in any kind of formation – rather scattered – fron the ground it would appear to about 2 feet in the sky. There were over 100 of these shining things that were so obscure that you really had to strain to see them.
I immediately called myfriendly local journalist and begged her to find somebody with the right equipment to film this phenomena. Nobody would have naturally seen them had they looked up nonchalently. I do know that we have Haarp on the island in the Troodos and that these items could have been 'cloaked' quite easily.
However they were certainly not birds. In fact the only objective description I could give them was over 100 drones – but so high up!! And what were they doing there? They were there for at least two hours, thankfully the sky was really clear but generally people would have not noticed these things going about their normal life as they we too small to notice. A friend got some binoculars and that helped. Sometimes you could only see one 'star' when the sun was shining on it.
This was the strangest sight and none of us had ever seen anything like it before. Hard to put into words.
I had the local paper and noticed that Turkey had bombed Syria the previous day and wondered whether this was some sort of covert 'invasion' about to happen?
Then there was another article saying from Erdogan that they were 'not amused' basically about being left out in the 'cold' re Iraq and also the Kurds and that they were likely going to take things into their own hands from now on.
I will call my reporter tomorrow to see if she had time to muster up some relevant support to record this. No kidding there were between 100 to even 150 of these things just 'floating' in the sky – rarely could you see them all at once because even though there were no clouds or wind the majority just seemed to be 'cloaked' somehow.
There were 5 of us that witnessed this but obviously they were too high up to photograph with mobiles. They only glinted in the sun like stars but so faintly you had to really know what you were looking for to even see them. Plus as I said there was no particular formation about this whatsoever.
Has anybody any idea what these things may be? Are we witnessing external visitors? I didn't seem to get that impression – more ultra terrestrial – but who can tell?
If anyone has read any reports on the internet please let me know. At one stage some of them were even in the W of the Cassiopeans, but just could be an anomaly.
If there is a good but cheap camara we can get here, maybe it is time we got one so that we can share with peeps what may be first of many 'phenomena' out there.
Like if they were drones they would not need nearly 150 just for surveillance. So were they weaponized? Only time will tell. They were in our visibilty for at least one hour and fairly static and in no hurry to 'go' anywhere. They could have been uniform type 'ufo's but too high up to determine their real size.
