Yes, that's easily observable, I don't rule it out for certain videos where it seems obvious and it could be concert lights or some very powerful laser or flashlight, but in other cases it doesn't seem to be that, so it's up to free interpretation.

An interesting video of a silent, isolated lightning storm in Gloucestershire. A UFO appears to leave the cloud at one point.
I suspect it could be a reflection from the passing cars' headlights but thought it worth posting here if anyone has a better theory.

Too bad no one had a phone to record what could have been a remarkable siting. Of course it’s the last thing you expect to see, and not really thinking there might be something. But if something this big actually entered our airspace, it’s concerning.
