"Vortex" nearby..

Someone amongst my Facebook friends just posted this. I live nearby to where she speaks. Thoughts?

ON OUR TRIP TO TEMECULA I TOOK MASON TO A NATIVE AMERICAN STORE THAT I HAD BEEN TO BEFORE. THE FIRST TIME I WENT I DISCOVERED A VORTEX THERE. WHEN I MENTIONED IT TO THE OWNER HE SAID, WHEN THE DALI LAMA WAS HERE HE TOLD HIM THAT THERE WAS AN ENERGY DOORWAY IN THE SHOP, BUT WOULD NOT TELL HIM WHERE IT WAS. HE ALSO TOLD THE OWNER, "DON'T GO THROUGH IT BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NEVER COME BACK!'
SO OF COURSE MASON AND I STOOD IN THE VORTEX HOLDING HANDS. SUDDENLY I BEGAN TO TURN TO LIGHT AND MASON COULD NOT FEEL MY HANDS ANYMORE! HE PULLED ME BACK INTO MY BODY, BUT FOR THE REST OF THE DAY I SEEMED NOT ALL THERE! IT WAS QUITE AN EXPERIENCE!

I think there's not enough information in the statement to have any real thoughts on :) i.e. (questions that could be asked of the person who wrote the post): define "vortex" (in this context).. how did you discover a vortex there/what did you actually perceive/how did you know what it was? Did Mason also see the vortex? Did the shop owner notice anything while you were turning to light? (and, can you describe any more about this turning into light? How did you know that was what was happening?) etc..

Maybe she had a weird experience there, but the short story about it with no details doesn't really tell anyone much about it, if they wanted to know what really happened.. which makes it sound made up to me. But who knows! I could believe something happened, but it may not have been what she thought happened..and without details it's meaningless.

(The Dalai Lama bit also sounds made up, like someone name-dropping him because he sounds a bit mystical... Quite a cheeky character that guy must be though - "there's an energy door here...but don't go through it! No, I won't tell you where it is..")

This makes me think of someone with a brain injury, or some impairment, and no vortex there in the store, being suggestible, gullible and imaginative. It reads like someone starting to pass out and having to be revived, and misinterpreting. Then, too, drugs could be involved.

For example, Michelle Leigh Devrieze in her thesis The Hidden Predator: Deconstructing the shadow side of reality mentions that the vortices are related to electromagnetic phenomena, possibly very sensitive people have the ability to feel this electromagnetism.

Agreed. She's actually a friend of a friend twice removed (ha). The Indian reservation over there is probably, traditionally, rather spiritual. (I've had visions of, what I can only guess would be, their ancestors, since I moved here.) There is vast poverty and many live in what would seem to others - uninhabitable. There is actually a suburban, white stone wall marking the boundary at the reservation. Perhaps these Indians created so-called vortex to "suck up" if you will, silly white people seeking the spiritual. Throw in the Dalai Lama for spice - Boom! They're outta there! Good thing "Mason" saved her!

This sounds like it could be in the Southwest. I know a positive energy vortex at the pilgrimage church in Chimayo, New Mexico. There have been all sorts of miracle healings there and I used to go there a lot for meditation when I lived close-by. The vortices in Sedona are another example and seem to be positive as well.

I never noticed them being doorways as such, though one time when I was at Chimayo after dark I had a very distinctive feeling that “something“ had come through, like a window faller. There was also the smell of sulphur which apparently often accompanies such events. I didn't stay around and just left.

Glad you left safely, AXJ. Are singular vortices available for either positive or negative orientation? I don't know. Me thinks this one out here is best left alone. Had a nightmare about it last night after I had posted about it.

Hey Double Zz, this is funnier than you know. I grew up in the "Inland Empire" and am old enough to remember Temecula being a few gritty, broken down mobile homes, a Speedy Mart and a few tumble weeds in a God-forsaken dust hole. The thought of the Dolly Llama and his entourage visiting is an absolute hoot. If you drove on old Hwy 395, you hit the gas pedal hard to get through and past Temecula as quickly as possible!
