my friend lost his leg in an accident at work.
Maybe this is a stupid question but is it possible to leg grew again, from a medical point of view, this is not possible. But maybe there is somehow a way of visualization, meditation or exercise that would have helped.

I don't know about meditation practices that could regrow a limb, but from a medical point of view, it may be possible. There was an article in Discover Magazine (_http://discovermagazine.com/2011/jul-aug/13-how-pig-guts-became-hope-regenerating-human-limbs#.UuxdEfs1DTp) about how a soldier who lost 70% of his thigh muscle was able to grow it back after a film of extracellular matrix, which is a structure made up of proteins (mainly collagen, laminin, and fibronectin) that helps cells bind together to form tissues, was surgically inserted into the muscle, as the ECM somehow stimulates stem cells to repair tissues. A man was also apparently able to regrow his fingertip with ECM, but there's nothing about entire limbs being replaced, and there hasn't been much publicity on the technique since 2011 as far as I know.

Is your friend able to walk with a prosthetic leg, and is he content with it?
