Who decides?

If it's possible that our soul is reincarnated in the future or in past, what demonstrates that the time isn't linear. Then if we had the possibility of going back up in past, as 4D, and of changing a personal event, as a humiliation to the school, an accident which killed our mother or to change the attacks of the world trade center; this would imply hypothetically a new present, my former companions would not see any more the humiliation than I had, my mother would be alive and twins towers would be again present. My questions are the following ones:

If the time isn't linear, it should be independent of the causes with effects. Up to what point does the past influence the future?
If the future was changed, that becomes this former future and its former past, do they exist in the other parallel worlds?
Is it the same soul as we have throughout our life, in that case what would decide that we would become aware in this soul spatio-temprel?
If the reincarnation is lesson, why to become aware of our 3D state while we exist in the state 4D and 6D, especially if the time doesn't exist?
In this not linear space-time, which decides on the level of awareness?

Have you read "The Wave"?
Obviously, yes. Actually, people ask such questions after they read the Wave or excerpts thereof. This is the reason such "concepts" emerge.

Kisito, as a rule of thumb: No one knows this, no one will answer you this, no one is going to ask the Cs for this. What you described so far looks like simple linear logic (there are many paradoxes one can find with respect to time travel, manipulation, etc., all assuming time to be a linear flow of events).

Up to the volume 4 in French and I also wait for the volume II secret Story... But I have difficulty in understanding the concept of the awareness through space-time, a universe and not the other one...
But I remain optimistic:)

Perhaps exploring the topic in the field of physics would be useful? There are quite a number of popular science books published in recent years by some very good scientists. One hopes that they are translated into French, though my expectations about that aren't high. As I've written elsewhere:

In countries such as France, where great emphasis is placed on everyone speaking the same language, and the language is held up as the proof of allegiance to “French values”, (whether that is consciously or unconsciously felt by the population), and where the educational system is such that languages are mostly taught following archaic methods which usually prevent citizens from being able to have even simple conversations with English speakers, even after years of English lessons at school, there is a serious and growing isolation caused by the very small number of French people who learn English. This is dangerous to science in France and ultimately dangerous to France itself.

One of the main examples of this is the statistical evidence that France is at least 40 years behind other Western countries in social and humanistic sciences. In the top 100 world universities, France has two entries in the rankings : ENS comes in at 26 and Ecole Polytechnique at position 28. In life sciences and medicine, France ranks at number 48. In social sciences, France isn’t even on the list. That is a shocking fact for the country that is the home of “liberte, egalite, fraternite.” Of the top 10 universities in the world, 6 are in the U.S. and 4 in UK. If France intends to catch up, it’s going to have to speak English.

Yes there is a big problem on the learning of English language and the language French and bound well to the history. And French in their chauvinism do not admit having lost the linguistic battle in front of the English hegemony. As for this ranking French and maybe little I, even if I was never at the university, say this to defend it:

The ranking of Shanghai appeared the first time in 2003, and was created by 4 professors of Jia Flip-flop in China. The success of their ranking once published was such as it eventually went round the world in there only a few months, what in conduit the teachers to continue the experience in front of this success, and to update it every year in the month of aout.
Based on criteria that his creators considered representative of the level of a university, this ranking is nevertheless criticized due to the fact that it puts forward(advances) the research led within universities to the detriment of the quality of education(teaching). So, the logic makes that the more the university has of means, the more it finds itself close down from the ranking. The ranking of Shanghai thus has to give you an indication onto the size and the fame of a university, but on no account a quality of education which is promulgated there!

They exist three main factors which penalize France in these rankings. In the first place, the research isn't completely led in universities, but in very big part to the CNRS(NATIONAL CENTER FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH), which isn't a university. Secondly, the ranking takes into account especially the publications within the Anglo-Saxon world, while the majority of the French researchers publish in France! To finish, of numerous French laboratories dedicated to the research prefers to keep their independence, and when they publish publications, make it only under the name of the laboratory, and not of a university.

However I try convince me that the university ranking still has no link with the isolation and the intelligence, maybe because that I stopped the school three years before entering university!
Maybe that my university it's this forum? I think that there is vouchers professors here.

Hi Sirius I think you are assuming. The question was made to Kisito and you answered as it was for you. Although he uses terms as 3D and 4D, Ra and Marciniack also use them and I had personally, that kind of queries even when I hadn't read The Wave.
