Telesio Galilei Academy of Science a Fraud?

Here's something I'd like some digging and sleuthing on:

You read:

"Initially, an awards program is under way to implement this ideal."

What that seems to mean is basically, they are going around giving their medals and doing nothing else. The giving of medals seems intended to purposely affiliate everyone who receives a medal to their academy. And they seem to be spreading a pretty wide net, targeting some really open minded scientists along with some stuffed shirt variety.

Then they say:
" Eventually, it is hoped that there will be some funding of special projects which could assist in the development of new concepts that can attract, or increase, support from mainstream scientists and funding agencies."

In short, it appears that they want to get as many names on their roster as they can so they can "sell" themselves as a bona fide "academy." For what reason, one wonders?

"Through such support, the Academy aims to provide a bridge between newly developing concepts and existing paradigms, creating synergy between them that can be beneficial for growth in concert with existing theories, or in totally new directions."

Very mysterious, eh? Just what are they up to?

Actually, I think Wal Thornhill is a good guy and he ought to separate himself from David Talbott who is over the edge, IMO. And we like plasma cosmology and so do some very good mainstream scientists.

That's what makes this such a puzzle. What exactly are they setting up here? And why are they seemingly obsessed with getting legit scientists onboard AND netting some of the very talented dissident scientists? Is this a vacuum cleaner operation???

My guess is that it's a shell organization, a CIA front, set as a tar-baby for anybody who is going in any interesting direction.

Oh, indeed, Randi and his gang would undoubtedly jump on us if we were important enough, but we aren't.

This F. Fucilla seems to have a lot of fun. Here's his 'Satire Page'. He starts by cheering F. Selleri, perhaps his best friend onboard at telesio-galilei. Then it looks like he's channeling ideas to Hollywood, just odd:

Well, if the Dave Smith, that is 7th on the list you provided, is the same one who works with the thunderbolts guys, which i wouldn't be surprised seeing as Wal Thornhill is on the list, it would seem that someone has taken an active interest in the growth of alternative scientific ideas such as the electric universe.

This could be nothing, but I was curious about the links on the 'Useful Links' page and the one that appeared a bit suspicious was this 'Chukanov Energy'

Digging up a bit, it seems that this Chukanov has "invented" something called ball lightning energy, some sort of "zero point energy". I think he calls it Quantum Free Energy. I don't have the expertice to say that much about it, but claims of free or zero point energy always makes me suspicious.

He is saddened and baffled by the lack of financial interest from the States. He said he has loved living here and the associations he has made, and that he may some day return. "We'll be Americans forever."

"I must do what is best for advancing this science," he said, in reference to his Quantum Plasma research.

The local media has given him some coverage, but have mostly just ignored this prophet of clean energy in their midst.

He refrained from specifying to where he will be moving, and from naming the entity that will be sponsoring him. His benefactors have also asked that he take down any references to his science on his ChukanovEnergy.com website. He understands their reasons for this request and agrees that it is for the best. They are going to be sinking major funds into him and his technology.

For the near three years I have known him, he has been seeking funding to build a 100 kW prototype, a capacity which he says moves past the theoretical break-even point and well into excess energy production.

At his new destination, he will be going ten times better than that, building a prototype that will generate more than 1 MW of energy. Kiril calls this a "Medium" sized prototype.

He will also be pursuing a prototype for producing hydrogen very cheaply.

The benefactor company has purchased a large home for him, and cars, and a nice laboratory, with equipment and specialists to help him. It is an inventor's dream come true -- a major step forward for a man who has been driving pizza delivery so as to not get tied down into a job that will not allow him his freedom to pursue his dream in science.

He will be moving with his wife on Monday. The rest of his family will be moving in about three months after school lets out for the year.

The gag order the company has placed on him will not allow him to participate in the annual ExtraOrdinary Technology Conference organized by TeslaTech in Salt Lake City in July, where he has been an annual favorite. Each year dozens of conference-goers made the trek over to Kiril's home, which is only about a twenty-minute drive from the venue. They have been regularly awed by his ball lightning demonstration and explanation.

"Many people from many countries came to visit me," Kiril said. He and his Bulgarian family are very gracious hosts for all who come to his home, making them feel like family, not just friends.

"I have received several offers," Chukanov indicates. He has been in dialogue with this particular company for about a year to a year and a half.

While he will not be "held prisoner", his communications will need to be limited as he goes proprietary. This is in contrast to his very open sharing of the technology up until now.

This kind of discovery (if true) would validate their power with a tremendous amount of money to bring their religion to the world (or so they would say) and usher the next religion center of the world i.e. the new Roman Catholics will be the Mormons in Salt Lake City.

Digging up a bit more, trying to find out who is Chukanov's mysterious benefactor I had a look how his website looked in the year 2000 (with the Wayback Machine).

There I found out that the Vice-President (at least at that time) was someone called Alexander G. Sammons. It turns out that Sammons was the CEO between 2005-2008 at a company called SkyAerial, LLC. I then tried to look up what this company does. In many places it was listed as 'uncategorized', but here I found this:

A multi talented and busy guy!

The current owner of Skyaerial seems to be someone called Sergiy A Nochovkin. Couldn't find much on him other than he's apparently a photographer and has a site called _ytro.net. This site is owned by Alexander Summons, btw.

Well, I'm not sure if there's use of following this lead (if there's one), but I did find it curious that this SkyAerial company is obviously tied into the weapon industry and possibly drone planes etc.

Problem is the good scientists are there, they shouldn't be if this is a CIA dupe organization. What else could it be with so many on board? These people need a fortune for even one month for their wage.

Stealing valuable - or perceived to be too dangerous if left alone - scientists seems to me a commonplace tactics in all industries with big profits. In my country the few big-name videogame programmers were sucked up early by other companies - when their former employer went broke - so the competition were not able to hire them.

There is a fulminant creative boom and sparkling bits of enlightening in the electronic entertainment industry nowadays - in the fields of programming computer games, painting for computer games, sculpting for computer games, writing story and design for same. Big-name talents, all the most famous programmers, good physicists, excellent mathematicians, painters, sculptors work there.
Sort of enlightening is happening all over the board.

It is not limited to EE practitioners. Looks like the heaving billows of the Wave are washing over a lot of people's minds and making them light up. Unbelievable to witness it day by day!!

John Carmack, most famous videogame programmer of all time is actively pursuing rocket-science for example. He has videos made by his rockets reaching the stratosphere. I was so rooting for seeing UFO's on the film, this ought to be surely not NASA-censored.

I haven't looked at the other info yet, but I can tell you that "Mindspring" is a large Internet Provider that merged and/or was bought by Earthlink years ago. At one point Mindspring was the only Internet Provider available in some parts of the rural Eastern US if you wanted a local number. I and many folks I know had Mindspring accounts back when we were using dial-ups, so Vincent Bridges having a Mindspring account too really doesn't mean anything.
