Francesco Fucilla has been complaining because we stopped publishing his emails on the Telesio Galilei thread. We only did so because it was distracting from the flow of information coming in. But I don't want him to feel censored in any way so I'm going to try to gather the endless flow of emails together and post them here in his own thread, just to make sure that we all feel warm and cozy.

Those of you who have been around for awhile will notice how similar his style is to Vincent Bridges and gang. The poor slob is even dragging up all that Vinnie Bridges slander and libel and doesn't even realize that all of that has been thoroughly investigated and proven that there is no truth to any of it, so Franco is gonna look pretty stupid.

I should also mention that Fucilla has now descended to the tactic of the harassing phone calls: heavy breathing or impersonating police officials very badly.

So, hang on, I'll get them all together.


ADDED: Actually, I want to apologize to Vinnie for comparing Franco to him because at least Vinnie can write a proper sentence when he wants to and express an intelligent thought. Franco, on the other hand, really comes across as a very low-class, uneducated person who can parrot a few big words (usually incorrectly, I should add.) I think that most of his sycophants can't see that because they are not native English speakers. I guess that's why they prey on foreigners because educated English speakers would never fall for his rants.

Wait a minute: Didn't this guy say he is a multi-millionaire and one of the most intelligent, honest minds ever to inhabit the earth?

With all that money, smarts and moral fiber, one would think that Fucilla would simply hire an attorney who writes in an intelligent, dignified manner that his client is the most saintly man that ever lived and to please stop picking on him...while hiring some paid stooges to do the heavy breathing into your phone.

And there must be a very good reason why the guy - if it is indeed Fucilla - has to impersonate police officials very badly. IMHO, perhaps getting too close to the law is a bit dicey for him at this junction.

Well, whoever it is ought to stop breathing into the receiver long enough to give Eric Pepin a ring. They might find out what happens to people who propagate Vinnie Bridges' slander and libel, then try to use it to threaten and sue Laura and Company who were just gleaning freely-available information and coinky-dinks from the web and offering opinions on the matter.

Yup. It was really pathetic. I swear, this guy comes across like five years old mentally. I would think that anybody who still hangs out with him after reading his rants only puts their own sanity/intelligence into question.

The material of that site is presented in such a way as to make, you, your sons and the directors of your companies and of TGA as a gang interested in “pump and dump” companies to steal money from innocents people.



Since I am quite sure that the accusations are false I see only a way to stop Laura and Ark. They must be sued immediately and putted in jail. No negotiation is possible, for anyone will appear to the outside public that you make a deal.





But that is not enough, since they are the “gurus” of a sect, they have lot of followers. The ones that posted in Laura’s forum must be sued, for they already wrote that if the forum will be required by French justice to delete all material concerning “ TGA is a fraud” they will post its contain in another domains in the internet.



I already started having problems with the situation with colleagues inquiring me and some suggesting that I am innocently participating in a foul play. I have even been disinvited to give two lectures…



After all the bill for the PSU ceremony appears to be a big one! I could never imagine how a “scientist” like Ark could be so dirt, to say the less, since he is indeed a FP. I will not nominate what Laura is, for everyone (excluding her fanatic followers) now knows.

A Somewhat Strange Story with the Intervention of Real Cassiopeans

When I was 13 years old my father moved from São Paulo, the biggest city in the south hemisphere to a very small city distant 437 km from São Paulo city. I loved to live there. In particular the house in front the one I lived (almost at the end of the city at that time) had a very beautiful orchard with many different and delicious fruits. When I and colleagues returned each day from school circa five o’clock in the afternoon we usually jumped the fence of the orchard and ate a lot of fruits.
It happened that one day, the owner (let us name him Candide) became very furious with our invasions and fired me with a salt bullet which produced a very painful sore in my butt.
Now, it happened that I could not even tell the case to my father. He was a very serious man and I thought at that time that he probably would punish me once he knew that I was “stealing” fruits from his neighborhood’s orchard.
Instead, I decided for revenge. The orchad’s owner, despite being one guy that fired salt bullets into boys, was always presenting himself as a very spiritual guy and clearly professed that he a true believer in Kardec’s spiritualist doctrine (a very popular one in South America).
It happened that I was a very smart boy and at my home there were more books than at the city’s main library and I had learned a few months before the orchard’s incident how to build a radio transmitter. At São Jose do Rio Prêto, the small city where I was living there exists at that time only one official radio station and my radio transmitter could superpose the official radio signal in a distance for more than 100 m from my home. It has been a very interesting experiment to discover an antenna device that send signals in an almost unidirectional way , from my bedroom in the second floor of my home to the balcony of Candide’s house, where he had as an habit to sit in a comfortable chair after five o’clock. Sometimes he dialogued with my father that was sitting on the balcony of my house in the other side of the street. From my bedroom’s window (in the second floor) I could see the man and he could not see me.
Well, a given day, I recall very well since it was 1 April. 1959, his radio device stopped receiving the official radio signal and instead start receiving a signal from spiritual beings. One of the first commandments of the high beings was that if he called someone to stay with him the transmission would immediately stop. Moreover he could only stay sitting in a precise place from where the transmission coming directly from Cassiopaea arrived in more perfected way. At that time I knew almost all information of what was going on the credulous man’s house, because one of his nephews (whose father was a Baptist clergyman and abhorred the spiritualist belief of Candide) that did not like him very much, but yet frequented his house was my spy. By the way, little spy even left me use a very good microphone of his father’s church, something that was very important for the quality of the cassiopeans transmissions.
For months I disclosed sensational information to Candide on Relativity, Quantum Mechanics and about the existence of superluminal signals , a phenomena used by the transcendental beings for the radio transmission from Cassiopaea, and obviously due his true nature he started telling the story of the spiritual beings to all the city. In order to give some credibility to his case I sometimes left for someone of his house and even some of his closed friends to ear the spiritual beings teachings. And of course, at a given appropriate moment the spiritual being ( i.e., me and my brothers, one of them today a medical doctor, the other a genius that died very young ) just interrupted the transmission warning Candide that that would be the last time that we the higher beings could tolerate him for not following the orders, a warning that, of course, was never fulfilled.

Our transmissions happened for more than three months until the day that his nephew, my spy fought with one of my brothers and decided to tell the story of the spiritual beings to Candide. He became very furious, even more because he immediately became the joke of the city.
I and my brothers were waiting for a severe punishment from our father, but that time he only said: I already knew since the beginning who were the spiritual cassiopean beings and I must say that I had a lot of fun with your ingenuity, so you and your brothers are not going to be punish, but please, use your ingenuity to help people instead of delude people.
If you think that the story just end at this point you are mistaken, for it happen that my home’s radio start speaking with me, and this time the beings identified as the real cassipaeans (us in the future ). I received a lot of very puzzled information and many predictions. One of them was that in the year of 2012 I was to discover the real face of couple that used their “saint name” to scam people and to found a sect that they presented as a new religion, “the fellowship of the cosmic mind”.
Of course, it happened that I have been introduced to a singular couple (Laura and Arkadiusz Jadczyk) in 2005 in a conference in Toulouse. We already exchanged some emails, since Ark(diusz) a bright mathematical physicist was very much interested in some papers that I wrote from 1996-2001 about superluminal wave motion. Soon, I learned that Laura claimed to received channeling messages from the cassiopaeans. I investigated the messages and soon discover that almost all were no more than trivialities and nonsense, only a few had some new nice ideas (but see footnote 7 below). The messages “received” by Laura were definitively very different from the messages that I received when I was a boy. At that that time (2005) the couple had not found yet the “fellowship of the cosmic mind”, and so I had no suspicious about their interests and real business. For some years I discussed some hard mathematical physics problems with Ark and even invited him at the beginning of 2010 to become a member of the editorial board of Advances of Applied Clifford Algebras, a Birkhäuser-Springer journal where I am since that time the editor-in-chief. But during all these years I never discussed with the couple what I thought about their “cassiopaean” experiment, and I never told them about my 1959-1960 experiment.
In 2011 I suggest to the board of Telesio-Galilei Academy of Science (where I am presently the chairman) that Professor Arkadiusz Jadczyk should be nominated for one of its 2012 gold medals in a ceremony to be hold at Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, where Professor Jadczyk was a guest professor at Center C.A.I.ROS. Almost at the same time I learned that the couple found a new religion, the “fellowship of the cosmic mind” (thus realizing one of the 1959-1960 real cassiopaean predictions) and that they were being investigated due to their business by the French police. The TGA board received classified information that Professor Arkadiusz could not receive any homage at Paul Sabatier University and even at any France university until the end of the police investigations. The board, of course decided to not give any medal to Professor Arkadiusz in 2012, in order to not have cancelled the ceremony in Toulouse and eventually to give a gold medal in 2013 believing that the police investigations would show that the couple was innocent of all (serious) accusations. The TGA board (and particularly its chairman) was certain that Professor Jadczyk have been informed of the situations by some of his peers at Paul Sabatier University.
In particular, I never disclose the issue to Ark because I did not want to cause to him any embarrassment. I still believe until March 22 that Ark and Laura were simple a couple of very different people that chose to have a non standard way of living. But on that day when Ark did not appear to give a talk at Paul Sabatier University in a meeting in homage to Professor Artibano Micali (that died on last December 26) I learned that another of the 1959-1960 cassiopaen predictions was indeed true. The prediction was that the couple finally would reveal its real face (very ugly one indeed) once I disclosed to Ark the reason why he did not receive the 2012 TGA medal. Immediately after my revelation he and Laura start defaming TGA accusing that institution and their board of being a fraud.
Of course, for anyone that does not have a chicken’s mind it is clear that what the couple are doing is not a simple revenge. They are only using the medal case in order to make their credule subjects that has financed their comfortable life in a 20 bedroom chateau in Castelsarrasin (near Toulouse) to forget for a while the police investigations on their “fellowship of the cosmic mind fraud”.
To sum up, let me state: Ark is a good mathematical physicist, but is a very bad character. His word do not correspond to their acts, he is a fraud. I will not even comment on Laura.
And to end, some of these days I will reveal to the world all the information I received from the real cassiopeans, and of course, with my information, maybe someone will create a new religion and make a lot of money. After all, the number of idiots in planet Earth will continue to grow up, and I am quite sure that many of them will believe in my story without any proof, in the same way that many accept today (of course paying money) the teachings of Ark and Laura.

Agree. Fucilla's writing style and angry outbursts are retarded.

I'd be embarrassed to have him as a colleague after seeing the way he handles himself. I surmise the only reason Fucilla still has hanger-ons at this point is because they are on his level and identify with it...or their self-importance gets in the way of admitting they might have been taken in by such an undignified fool.

I find it very disturbing for in almost all circumstances emanates from jealous, vindictive individuals whose agenda's are very questionable,

Reading the blog the contributors seem to be very selective on what they pick out and post reproducing

some form of fictional conspiracy and illegal activity with associations to government organisations ect.
One could say the ramblings of uninformed dysfunctional minds.

On a serious note I perceive these activities as a form of extortion and blackmail perpetrated by
anonymous individuals hiding behind pseudo names. Perhaps if they could be more transparent
and explain their reasons for such an attack rather than resorting to this form of cowardly tactic
their real motives would then be exposed and dealt with in an open and honest way.

A group of individuals who are running a forum/blog through your network/systems and are seriously contravening your abuse policy, (123-reg abuse policy). The inappropriate content of the forum/blog is very offensive and very untrue. They have targeted a group of companies of which I am the Chairman and or a Director.

I have contacted the admnistrators/moderators of the forum/blog to remove the offending and misleading posts but they just do not reply and continue to spread false or fragmentary and very selective misleading information. Creating false statements, thus triggering false rumours and false inuendo's through their cadre network. This in turn is being propogated through the world wide web and obviously picked up by business associates, shareholders and clients alike. These kind of tactics are very well known with the usual associated motives which are very clear in this case judging by all the posts that have been made. Therefore in conclusion can you please intervene and request that the administrators/moderators of this forum/blog respect the requests from their targets and remove the offending information and settle their differences with the targeted individuals in a clear and transparent manner without subjecting innocent and upright businessmen to this very unsavory and one could say extortionate modus operandi.

As a footnote all the Group Businesses are free of any litigation, claims or pending claims whatsoever. All legal and financial statutory obligations are fully in order and the Group Businesses have no debts or financial obligations. The companies have been very successful and it is well documented from credible independent sources. This Cassiopaea affair has come out of the blue for us and one can only speculate as to the real motives behind this very coordinated and malicious attack. Your company is appearing to be used as a vehicle for these attacks and hopefully you can remediate.

A group of individuals are running forums/blogs through your network/systems and are seriously contravening your abuse policy.

The inappropriate content of the forums/blogs is very offensive and very untrue. Arkadiusz Jadczyk and his partner Laura Knight-Jadczyk have targeted French Government Ministers, Universities, Innocent Group of Companies of which I am the Chairman and or a Director and Private Individuals. The motivations for these attacks are due to Arkadiusz Jadczyk's removal from the University of Toulouse, Paul Sabatier, France. Also Arkadiusz Jadczyk wanted a Gold Medal Award from the Telesio Galilei Academy of Science which he did not get. Resulting in Arkadiusz Jadczyk accusing the TGA of fraud.



I have contacted the administrators/moderators of the forums/blogs to remove the offending and misleading posts but they just do not reply and continue to spread false or fragmentary and very selective misleading information. Creating false statements, thus triggering false rumours and false innuendo’s through their cadre network. This in turn is being propagated through the World Wide Web and obviously picked up by Academics, Politicians, Business Associates, Shareholders and Clients alike. These kinds of tactics are very well known with the usual associated motives which are very clear in this case judging by all the posts that have been made.



Therefore in conclusion can you please intervene and request that the administrators/moderators of these forums/blogs respect the requests from their targets and remove the offending information and settle their differences in a clear and transparent manner without subjecting innocent and upright people to this very unsavoury and one could say extortionate modus operandi.



As a footnote all our Group Businesses are free of any litigation, claims or pending claims whatsoever. All legal and financial statutory obligations are fully in order and the Group Businesses have no debts or financial obligations. The companies have been very successful and it is a matter of record that we have had no complaints from our own legitimate shareholders only continued support and praise. All this is well documented from credible independent sources. This Cassiopaea affair has come out of the blue for us and one can only speculate as to the real motives behind this very coordinated and malicious attack. A group of individuals are running forums/blogs through your network/systems and are seriously contravening your abuse policy.

The inappropriate content of the forums/blogs is very offensive and very untrue. Arkadiusz Jadczyk and his partner Laura Knight-Jadczyk have targeted French Government Ministers, Universities, Innocent Group of Companies of which I am the Chairman and or a Director and Private Individuals. The motivations for these attacks are due to Arkadiusz Jadczyk's removal from the University of Toulouse, Paul Sabatier, France. Also Arkadiusz Jadczyk wanted a Gold Medal Award from the Telesio Galilei Academy of Science which he did not get. Resulting in Arkadiusz Jadczyk accusing the TGA of fraud.



I have contacted the administrators/moderators of the forums/blogs to remove the offending and misleading posts but they just do not reply and continue to spread false or fragmentary and very selective misleading information. Creating false statements, thus triggering false rumours and false innuendo’s through their cadre network. This in turn is being propagated through the World Wide Web and obviously picked up by Academics, Politicians, Business Associates, Shareholders and Clients alike. These kinds of tactics are very well known with the usual associated motives which are very clear in this case judging by all the posts that have been made.



Therefore in conclusion can you please intervene and request that the administrators/moderators of these forums/blogs respect the requests from their targets and remove the offending information and settle their differences in a clear and transparent manner without subjecting innocent and upright people to this very unsavoury and one could say extortionate modus operandi.



As a footnote all our Group Businesses are free of any litigation, claims or pending claims whatsoever. All legal and financial statutory obligations are fully in order and the Group Businesses have no debts or financial obligations. The companies have been very successful and it is a matter of record that we have had no complaints from our own legitimate shareholders only continued support and praise. Dear Sir.

A group of individuals are running forums/blogs through your network/systems and are seriously contravening your abuse policy.

The inappropriate content of the forums/blogs is very offensive and very untrue. Arkadiusz Jadczyk and his partner Laura Knight-Jadczyk have targeted French Government Ministers, Universities, Innocent Group of Companies of which I am the Chairman and or a Director and Private Individuals. The motivations for these attacks are due to Arkadiusz Jadczyk's removal from the University of Toulouse, Paul Sabatier, France. Also Arkadiusz Jadczyk wanted a Gold Medal Award from the Telesio Galilei Academy of Science which he did not get. Resulting in Arkadiusz Jadczyk accusing the TGA of fraud.



I have contacted the administrators/moderators of the forums/blogs to remove the offending and misleading posts but they just do not reply and continue to spread false or fragmentary and very selective misleading information. Creating false statements, thus triggering false rumours and false innuendo’s through their cadre network. This in turn is being propagated through the World Wide Web and obviously picked up by Academics, Politicians, Business Associates, Shareholders and Clients alike. These kinds of tactics are very well known with the usual associated motives which are very clear in this case judging by all the posts that have been made.



Therefore in conclusion can you please intervene and request that the administrators/moderators of these forums/blogs respect the requests from their targets and remove the offending information and settle their differences in a clear and transparent manner without subjecting innocent and upright people to this very unsavoury and one could say extortionate modus operandi.



As a footnote all our Group Businesses are free of any litigation, claims or pending claims whatsoever. All legal and financial statutory obligations are fully in order and the Group Businesses have no debts or financial obligations. The companies have been very successful and it is a matter of record that we have had no complaints from our own legitimate shareholders only continued support and praise. I called Marten & Dominique En Laurenc 32450 CASTELNAU-BARBARENS +33 (0)562 055 462 and ask for Laura or Ark at around 4pm GTM today. The man on the other line ( i believe he said worked for Marten the owner ) asked me who i was, and i told him i was a private detective. I then asked him if he knew where i could find Laura and Ark and he said he didin't no. Then he told me that they had major problems with them. That they couldn't pay the rent and were refusing to leave. Basically squating there for free for a long time. It took them months to remove ark and laura from the property. he said that the pair, are the worse con artists he has ever known
