Thanks. Apologies for my confusion, and perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place, but the link leads to a paragraph stating that, "The Earth's spin is slowing down by about 1.5 - 2 milliseconds per century", so I'm wondering how that equates to 14 seconds in the past 20 years?
