Hello guys ! The enamel on front lower teeth is fading away. I can also feel with my tongue roughness behind the teeth, brittle.

If fluoride is the cause of my enamel loss I don't get it. I drink distilled water, I use toothpaste without fluoride, and I'm on a strict Keto diet. Unless the meat I eat contains fluoride ? I eat almost entirely organic or at the very least when the store is out, meat without antibiotic.
I also started smoking about a year ago I'm concerned it could be the cause.
I also wonder if Iodine and salt protocol has something to do with it. Maybe leaching out some elements I need in my bones. Or displacing fluoride in my body. I do have heavy detox symptoms for a year now, constant runny noze. I have fillings also.
The first shot I gave at Iodine I went slowly until I found the max tolerable dosage, trying to nuke the creature. I stopped for a while cause it was'nt working too well with detox symptoms.
I'm back with a gentle doze of about 5 mg. I've been using Iodine/DMSO combo with salt protocol for last 2 months, once a week but the enamel problem started before that. I've been on and off the Iodine due to heavy detox symptoms, but since I needed to start the salt protocol 2 weeks prior according to the Iodine crisis, there were also times I only did the salt skipping the Iodine because of my job, truck driving, I could'nt have heavy detox symptoms and drive. I felt better recently doing the Iodine so I doubled the dose 3 days ago and wow ! I played my best hockey since a long long time ago ! I was very energetic happy! The day after was not so good. Lack of energy was back but to a lesser extent I felt an overall improvement I will continue to expirement I might be at the end of the heavy detox. I was taking 1/4 tsp in the morning in hot water 1 hour prior to breakfast and also adding salt in my meals (maybe I went overboard here a pinch here and there I was'nt really calculating)
Maybe I went to rough with the salt and did'nt replenish enough minerals/vitamins ?
The first tries at Iodine I was taking Vitamin C (3000 mg) Selenium (200 mcg) Magnesium (250 mg)
I eventually expanded to a more complete supplementation going full Keto : Vitamin C ( between 1000-3000 mg) Magnesium (500 mg) Calcium (500 mg) Potassium Citrate (400 Mg) Omega 3 + MultiVits I'm trying to find if there is not something missing in there.
I've been prescribed a homeopath product wich I don't trust: Calcarea Fluoride ! Fluoride ???? I'm detoxing fluoride !! Also on the label ingredients: Sucrose, Lactose !!! Wow ! geez thanks for the help but unless a dozen of specialists chime in on this I'd like to find another way of solving this issue. Just to be clear I have NOT taken any of those. In the prescription booklet at the store ( natural products) it was writen to absolutely not eat pork while taking those. I found that particular cause I almost exclusively eat organic pork chops it's just very practicle and available. But I do eat organic chicken and beef also and some sardines and eggs. Some mixed leafy greens, arugula, brocoli, onions, zuchinni, almonds, walnuts, Kale chips, a bit of Rutabaga and very occasionallly I'll derive from the diet but it will not be something drastic like eating at my dad's only the chicken (not organic) tossing out any carbs and not even once a month. Only chiken and beef for the past few days since I read this I avoid pork don't know why I got scared...( where is my bacon ?? ) I'm making a little change for now see how it goes.
