Errors in "The Wave" (Online Version)

Are these three apostrophes intended?

What I also noticed: "don Juan" is sometimes written "Don Juan", and I don't mean at the beginning of a sentence. But I don't know whether this thing is relevant.

This phrase may no be found by Ctrl+F. It is in chapter 42. The content in brackets was added recently. A space is missing before the opening bracket.

Got all of these too. I think that happens when their are certain punctuations used in the title like ellipses or quotations.

Pretty sure the original is grammatically correct there.
