Someone on TikTok posted a video of an alarm sound in Pearl City, Hawaii, that happened some time around 1am last night.

The TikTok account followed up this morning at around 10am with another post where the same alarm sound can be heard.

A quick google search brought me to this article, but it doesn’t say much:

Did you hear it? HI-EMA investigating siren in Waimalu

HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Hawaii Emergency Management Agency said there is no emergency in the Waimalu area where there have been reports of an outdoor warning siren going off Thursday morning.

I also came across this other article which was also posted this morning:

HFD investigating early-morning blaze that ripped through Manoa home

The Honolulu Fire Department is investigating an early-morning two-alarm fire that ripped through a Manoa home on Thursday.

Firefighters responded to the scene on East Manoa Road just after 3 a.m.

Upon arrival, HFD said heavy smoke emanated from the single-story residence.

Officials said no one was in the home during the fire and no injuries were reported.

The fire was extinguished around 5 a.m.

A fire investigator has been requested to determine the origin and cause of the fire as well as provide damage estimates.

No correlation between the two events for what little I know.
