So here's the question:

Now, Roman, what could you say about Putin's deeds these days? What you can see? I mean BIG picture?

For a few years already I live in Belarus, and now also have an opportunity to look at the situation from the "western" perspective. Never lived in Russia, but as it happens, I was born in what is now the Russian Federation, so very happy that maybe one day the term "Russian" won't be only a description of my "state of mind".
So the big picture ... First, I completely agree with your statement about the widespread corruption and lack of discipline among Russian officials and many others. It is true that many steal, and unfortunately, probably will continue to steal. They even managed to rob one of countries biggest projects - "Eastern" cosmodrome . It is also true that many things could be improved in Russia. Belarus is small compared to Russia and very poor, but the roads here are much better, food too (Russians constantly come to shop here), and it is clean everywhere. As they say, modest but civilized. So none is denying that Russia has enough bad points in comparison to the richer Western countries. I once wrote that if I had to characterize life in countries such as Belarus or Russia in one sentence, I would say that the key difference is that everything requires extra effort. No matter what one does and how. What Europeans may never experience, for Russians it is an everyday routine.
But there are many benefits and good things in Russia too, there is also a gradual improvement of the situation. And as I said, I am very glad and proud of it, that I can call myself "Russian." By the way, "officially" I am an "Israeli", but I think that this fact is quite shameful.
So about Putin. To me, he personifies the "Russian" identity to which we must aspire. He is a living example of the principles and personal qualities as described by Russian classical writers. That is, when other politicians clearly feel as false, his actions feel authentic. In fact, in the world of politics he is rather unique and something truly out of the ordinary. But other than that, his entourage also shines with wit, professionalism and competence. I think that at this point in the world there is no better professional, diplomatic and political team than Putin's team.
So, first of all I believe that Putin and his team with their competence already show the world how to cooperate with other countries in a different way, different from the way of the imperialistic United States.
In addition to this, as has already been said by Siberia, in Putin's actions can be traced real "peacekeeping" direction. Not fake UN "peacekeeping", where UN officials rape young girls in Africa for a loaf of bread, but a real action in a form of huge quantity of humanitarian aid, when Russia has its own problems. By its actions it sends a signal to the world that he and Russia stand in direct opposition to the principles of the imperialistic and selfish West.
Meaning, that for sure, if we will dismantle his actions to the smallest details, there could be a huge number of shortcomings, but the fact remains - that at the moment the global "energy" of actions by Putin and his team, and the role of Russia as a whole is more on the side of "justice" / "peace"/" cooperation"/"friendship." And the people (no matter if in Russia or in other countries), who are spiritually close to these principles can feel it and support Putin. They feel that the current opposition is more than just confrontation between two countries.

And the question from me personally, do you think that waiting for Russia, US, EU and other countries in the future?!?

I believe that first of all it depends on our Mother Nature and "guests" from space. But what's for sure, that in case of the total collapse of the world economy, Russia has more chances to not only survive, but also thrive in comparison to others. This is not only because of the enormous amount of natural resources, but also due to the internal strength of ordinary people, who have experienced and continue to experience various hardships. As for thieving bureaucrats, hopefully with time these cockroaches would find themselves in a very tight spot. Unfortunately, for now this disease is too deeply ingrained.
But it will be much harder for the western countries, unfortunately. And I think it will be difficult not only because of the physical discomfort, but also due to the lack of sense of community and mutual cooperation. I have a feeling that Putin's desire to revive patriotism in Russian people is not only a political move, but also an understanding of what lies ahead. That only countries, whose people help each other will survive.
