Our intrepid researchers take a walk over to the Tour Magdala in order to enjoy the wonderful view that was available to Abbe Sauniere. Frankly, if I lived in Rennes-le-Chateau during that time, and if I was able to make some money selling masses, as the Abbe is alleged to have been doing, I would have built such a structure myself simply to sit out and have my evening glass of wine and enjoy the truly magnificent view.
