Everything is done by the law, according to a set of principles and following due process (at least everything that is displayed publicly). I think this demand is surely issued with the understanding that it will be refused. That way Russia demonstrates to the international community, the part which they still care about anyway, that they have taken all steps to avoid escalation. Everyone knows that this will not be possible, but who will be blamed? That's what I think Putin cares about, that the Global South and allies like China perceive Russia as a stable and reliable partner, not a loose cannon.

Yeah, I was thinking maybe Putin's legalism didn't go so well for him with the Minsk Accords. But I get why he does it.

Я ничего не утверждаю ибо не знаю, но есть предположение, что не только одному НАТО надо учиться. НАТО проводит учения со сценарием вторжения в Россию, Белоруссию, ну и противоположная сторона пытается чему то учиться. А если кто то заблудится в процессе, то надо во время бумажные карты покупать, на них перебои с GPS не действуют.

The website of hacker group RGB-TEAM published an archive with data of criminal offences committed by Russians from 1993 to 2022, "Important Stories" has drawn attention. The hackers claim to have obtained this data by hacking into the Russian Prosecutor General's Office, and that this is only a part of the data they obtained.

In total, among the 100,000 lines, there is information on more than 80,000 unique criminal case plots. We checked by random sampling that the database does contain information about real Russians who have committed the specified offences. A significant number of cases are related to theft and drug trafficking. We also counted 87 cases involving insults to police officers.

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has not yet commented on the hack.

RGB-TEAM is "a community of anonymous hacktivists fighting for freedom in all things," according to their website. "Important Stories" has not been able to find out which countries hackers are members of RGB-TEM. The team also claims on their website that they managed to hack Kaspersky Lab and obtain 50,000 IP addresses of antivirus users' registrations.

Neither the Prosecutor General's Office nor other official Russian sources have yet commented in any way on the reports of hacking. The Genproc website and TG work now, with the latest news being of yesterday.

"Important Stories" («Важные истории») is a Russian website specialising in investigative journalism, located in Latvia now. On 20 August 2021, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation designated the legal entity of iStories and its journalists as "foreign agents", the same year iStories closed its operations in Russia.

Если он построит заранее такую дамбу, то прежде, чем настанет подобное событие, его 10 раз посадят в тюрьму за разбазаривание бюджета.
То что прошедшая зима была более снежная, чем многие предыдущие, это было известно, но даже исходя из таких данных, как можно предсказывать размер, силу паводка?

Actually, they do. And federal ministers and even governors, I'm not talking about lower-ranking officials, but it's necessary to put everyone in jail in a good way, because the whole system is like that. But then who will ensure the unity of the country?
