The band, and their first album, are called Mr. Bungle. It's a concept album that tells the story of a really screwed up individual who is a clown in a circus. I think the idea was inspired by John Wayne Gacy who used to dress up as a clown for children's parties (I think he's the one).

The music is very cleverly done, brilliant really, with this weird circus sounding keyboard running right through it. But MAN is it creepy! It really makes you feel like your getting a good idea of what's going on in a psycho's head.

this is my entry, while i do like the tune and the song in general it has a very creepy part that i've bolded;

I also remember when the land of confusion video came out. If you like the original, the Disturbed version of Land of Confusion is as good as the original and up to date per say.
