During a visit to one of the enterprises of the defense sector, the Minister was informed about a significant increase in the production of aviation bombs: the production of FAB-500 has been increased several times, FAB-1500 has doubled, and since February of this year, mass production of FAB—3000 has been launched. It is also reported about the expansion of the range of artillery ammunition produced. Experts do not exclude that the increased output may be associated with the willingness to install UMPC on aerial bombs, which will increase the range of their casting.

It is noted that since last year, the volume of production of modern artillery and aviation weapons has increased fivefold. Such results have been achieved thanks to the re-conservation and technical re-equipment of production facilities, as well as the modernization of production lines using modern high-tech equipment. Over the past year, the plant has reconstructed and modernized more than 45 thousand square meters of production space.

The company switched to a round-the-clock three-shift operation, which significantly increased production.
