Canadian Orwellian world: Lockdowns, vaccines passports and more

Another magical mystery tour. Mark Carney visit on his tour of the Vatican and meet and greet with the new Pope, before the meeting of G7 leaders and a meeting with Italian leader Meloni., Does he have the instruction to convert her to a path more amenable to the mind and actions of Madam Von der Lyen spelling a woman of deceipt and treachery.

A most interesting schedule, whats next, he gives a speech in the EU Parliament espousing the national emergency and why we as a nation and the world at this critical time need to convert to green energy

Meanwhile Blackrock are distancing from such ideology...Not good for business

[...]a large amount of younger people leaving Manitoba for Alberta for many reasons, one being jobs, and drops the name 'Greenview AI data centre'. Knowing Danielle Smith's desire to beat China in the AI race, I searched for this and found it.

The project is called Wonder Valley AI Data Centre Park, the world's largest AI data centre, and it's in its first phase of development. Located in the county of Greenview #16, south of Grande Prairie on Hwy. 40, around a teeny-weeny place called Braaten, the first phase is to build a natural gas and geothermal powered 1.4 GW off-grid system.[...]
Strange days indeed, building this data centre way out in the Alberta wilderness. Braaten isn't really a "place" it is a railway marker, they are used to communicate the where abouts of trains, when they passed, stuff like that. I seem to recall that some of the railway markers had phones installed for trouble/emergency calls.
Have a look at this promo from five months ago on Danielle Smith's YT account. I mean, it's glossy as F!
Yuck, the A.I stuff really makes me uneasy, and the scale of images is always a mismatch, tilts my brain, lol!
I've been north of Edmonton (not as far as this place) but I can tell you, the land looks nothing like that.
Here I must interject with eyewitness testimony, and lived experience, @Benjamin.
On the contrary, the land DOES look like that fantasy "Wonder valley" depicted in the video, actually even more spectacular, depending on how deep you are in the foothills and which river valley you're in.

You say you've been North of Edmonton. How far North, if I may ask?

North and east of Edmonton IS mostly miles of flattened prairie, the odd hill, and boring.
My Dad used to say you could watch your dog run away from home for three days, lol.

Go north enough, I've traveled by car to Yellowknife, and flown into a few lakes, north of there, and the land becomes northern tundra, stunted trees , rocky terrain and hundreds of lakes.

But, go West, young man, and you'll find the foothills of the Rockies, lush, beautiful river valleys, and amazing waterfalls.WapatiRiver.jpgwapriver.jpg
And the way the buildings rise out of the ground, and could be retracted I guess, makes me ask if this is Fallout Bunker #63 or something, like a military installation.

I laughed at the spinning, rising fancy buildings. The subarctic climate in that part of Alberta and yearlong permafrost possibly down to 14 feet, the frost heaves would smash those building up, in the first winter.
Just a funny note, if you look at a map, just to the north of the proposed site, running through the small town of Grovedale, is a 37 km road called Alberta Highway 666.
My in-laws (from my first marriage) lived on an acreage/hobby farm south of Grovedale.
They were horrified in the '70's when that numbering of secondary roads happened. I told them it was because of the "demonic hissing geese" they had on the farm. They were members of an evangelical church as well, so that made it even funnier, at least, to me.

Braaten isn't really a "place" it is a railway marker, they are used to communicate the where abouts of trains, when they passed, stuff like that.

This is Braaten. It's not a town or village but looks like a refinery of transfer site or something to do with oil or gas, which the area is known for (Western Canada Sedimentary Basin). There are a lot of industrial sites all over Alberta that have names or rather 'localities'. Greenview #16 is apparently also known for having geothermal activity.

Grande Prairie was once the home of Red Pill Press, wasn't it?

There is a new interpretation of the MAID in Canada that discusses the ability under Mental Health for 19 years and older to decided to end their life by medical means because they can see no future on the life path to continue their existence in this reality. There family is not contacted regarding this decision, as a mature adult decision, it is his/her choice, the free supply of addictive drugs in the area of Canada where I live causing separation from the family unit.

Simply IMO because of all the sociopolitical situations the have been created. The inability to find employment, making it increasingly difficult to find a job that will support their needs in and ever increasing competitive job market due to uncontrolled immigration. resulting in homelessness, open drug supply in BC where I live. They are a lost generation. So they think they will get clean go to a drug rehab centre if any are left. Last I heard, they offered a 2 week detox and back into the same situation they wished to escape with no follow up.
Will they be offered MAID in a situation of utter desolation and despondency with no hope.

I wonder if this is a ploy to end the increasing numbers of young people on the streets in encampments in public parks in my area.

An anecdotal story. About almost three weeks now. A burned body was discovered across the intersection of my apartment building. It had been a warehouse that sold used and supposedly new mattresses until many of they buyers discovered they were infested with bed bugs. It was closed down and left empty for few years.

It had been reported in the local news that a body was found in the doorway of the building, it had been burned to death. A neighbour filled in the rest, that was not reported in the local or national media. The young man was 20 years of age had a troubled past but was turning himself around, he was enrolled in a school to teaching welding. Their was and altercation with an encampment in the doorway of the warehouse building. it faces a major pathway to other apartment buildings. He was stabbed apparently a pallet was brought from the back of the building and set fire to hide the dirty dead. The fire department was alerted of the fire in the early hours. There were some suspects, no longer to be traced or found...Hm!

The saddest thing was, this young man had family and connection, was on the path to change his life. This connection was in the connection he had with his indigenous family and community. They held a drumming ceremony in the doorway of the building where he was murdered....It was the the day of his birthday I was informed. It disturbed greatly, not for my own personal safety, I am old, but for the youth of our province.

Just a snapshot of life in BC, I am sure many of us living in the provinces of at this time can have other reflective memories of how our lives have changed in the past 10 years.

Vancouver is looking very grim these days. I was walking downtown near Hastings a couple weeks ago, and the streets were lined with people on fentanyl, dragging their belongings around, people bent over like zombies everywhere, it wasn't reminiscent of the Vancouver I grew up in.

Unfortunately for the youth, Canada cannibalizes its young, and the prospects for them are extremely thin.

I work with a company that has a high turn around rate, and we are "not allowed" to ask for any specific type of worker, no ethnicity, no gender, no age, nothing, I can't ask for a young "Canadian" worker, lol. This is standard for Canada now, and the irony is that our hiring manager is Indian himself, and he exclusively hires Indians. Apparently me having any discourse around this brands me as a racist.

This kind of thing is happening quite literally all over the country. Its an issue that will proliferate, and like most things, the public will wake up to it too late.

The same can be said about how they are going to steal the wealth of Boomers and redistribute it back to themselves through taxes, through slush funds, to fund the immigrant invasion and to their woke sycophants through things like "gender affirmative action"(or whatever), etc. Already happening. The "wealth transfer" that is supposed to happen for millennials will not happen. Something most people aren't clueing in on either.

Carney is going to start taxing home equity, I would imagine. It will only get worse.

Quite the experiment this country is.

BlendrNews has been providing some good coverage lately of the chicanery from the 2025 Canadian federal election.

Vote flipping of so-called recounts have overwhelmingly put Liberals ahead in a lot of key ridings.

The Bloc appears to be challenging the election result of Terrebonne, which was flipped to the liberals by a single vote, and for which in at least one documented case a mail-in ballot was rejected due to an Elections Canada "error."

It's also being alleged that debanking events have been steadily increasing also.

They will use the assets supposedly in trust. The Canada Pension Plan and OAS those paying into the system...A trillion dollars or more at this time. Will be raped pillaged and plundered.

His buddy Starmer I understand voiced a warning to the British UK pension older population...Depend on your children

The only thing holding up the Canadian economy until now before Carney leveraged the assets again to who knows what entity .

Now ravaged by Brookfield invested by ignorant boomers, that think they were investing into a future that would bring them unlimited wealth of a green future and Fu..ck even the grand kids. The rest of Society and the world. Man or woman does not make any difference, I chose a woman

For a middle finger

BlendrNews has been providing some good coverage lately of the chicanery from the 2025 Canadian federal election..
What is funny is that 99% of these "votes" have been for liberals. It's near a statistic impossibility for that to happen.

They not only treat us like children, but there is practically nothing from stopping them from doing it.

My mother is an accountant, and she is saying its getting to a point where the government is basically saying "hey, don't worry about your bills, just give us access to your accounts and we will pay them for you." in regards to company payroll and stuff like that. Complete overreach on their part.

I wonder why nobody in their right mind would invest in this desolate nanny state? Lol

If nothing else, at least people are getting a first hand experience as to why societies in the past have been so harsh on communists. Why people from every generation have been fleeing communist countries, and why all of them have wound up with suffering on a massive scale. Parasitism spreading like a virus.

Another reason I am 100% of the opinion that Portals and Souls living in harmony is 100% impossible. OP's love these kinds of environments, because they are essentially just expanding the "hive", something reminiscent of 2nd density and entirely enmeshed in to their existence, imo.

Elbows up!🤡

In this video, Carney's new Energy and Natural Resources Minister, Tim Hodgson, is given a deep dive. He and Carney go way back. The two of them worked together at Goldman Sachs for a total of 13 years. Hodgson was a special advisor to Carney when he was Governor of the BoC, and also sits or sat as Chairman on several pension boards (Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan and Public Sector Pension Investment Board) which show up as part of the Brookfield Fund in Bermuda. There's a lot more on this guy. (23:48)

Also, the G7 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors’ Meeting has already started in Banff, Alberta (at the Rimrock Resort Hotel built on the slope of Sulphur Mountain 🐉) from May 20th to the 22nd. Topics to be covered are:
  • the global economy
  • economic security and resilience
  • the situation in Ukraine
  • financial crime
  • artificial intelligence
What's interesting is that the Ukraine minister of finance, Sergii Marchenko, is also there as a 'guest', even though they are not part of the G7.

The presence of Ukrainian Finance Minister Sergii Marchenko in Banff “sends a strong message to the world that we are, all of us, recommitting to support Ukraine, we’re going to hold Russia to account and we’re also going to also talk about what we’re going to be doing in terms of reconstruction,” Canadian Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne told reporters.

“There’s a moral imperative for all of us to support our Ukrainian friend . . . to make sure we bring an end to this conflict, but at the same time we look forward to reconstruction.”

He noted the International Monetary Fund has estimated it will require $500 billion for Ukraine’s reconstruction, adding he and Marchenko on Tuesday had met with those behind pension funds and investors on what could be done next to work towards that rebuilding.

“There’s a lot we can do together, we talked about energy infrastructure, roads, ports, railway, we talked about defence technology, energy — you know Canada’s an energy superpower — and about what we can bring to this table,” said Champagne.

Another meeting will take place in Rome in July to bring together the private sector, governments and international financiers, he said.

...

It’s also seen as a lead-up to the more prominent G7 Leaders’ Summit in Kananaskis next month, to which Prime Minister Mark Carney has also invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to attend.

Facing reporters on a grassy terrace overlooking Mt. Rundle, the two ministers were pelted by recurring, chilly bouts of rain and sleet.

“Welcome to summer in Canada,” Champagne said
to Marchenko. ...

It's May. Summer starts June 21. Can't you even get that straight?
"Canada is an energy superpower." The words don't match the actions.
So, am I to think the $500 billion to rebuild the Ukraine is coming from pension funds and investors? Brookfield Fund in Bermuda?
The G7 Leader's Summit will be held from June 15-17 in Kananaskis.

...
G7 summiters are to discuss further sanctions on Russia, imposing a lower price cap on Russian oil to pressure Moscow’s economy and action against its shadow fleet.

On Tuesday, Marchenko said progress at the G7 towards tougher sanctions on Russia, along with a lower oil price cap, would be welcome.

And he was asked if ministers at the G7 should pressure U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to reimpose sanctions on Russia.

“During these meetings, we’ll find a chance to reiterate our position for stronger sanctions on Russia because it’s the only possible way to make necessary agreements (with Russia),” he said.

“It’s a good time to make the Russian economy suffer.”

It didn't work the first time so good luck with that.

This could go either in the Predictions Thread or here. I chose to put this here because the next segment is recent. And a great eye opener for us all, Americans and Canadians.

I wonder if Trump is aware of this and perhaps that is why he insist that Canada do its share of investing into our own military???

Here is a prediction by Alois Irlmaier that always baffled me. But now I know why.

Prediction from Alois :"I see an army passing through Belgrade (SERBIA) and reaching Italy.
I see that they will have some tanks and they will go from the north of the Danube to the west of Germany without warning. North of the Danube is also Moldova and Romania. People will run to hide and there will be traffic jams on the streets (note that until 1959 there was no traffic jams anywhere in the world because there were not enough cars).
There will be a great catastrophe and no one from the Great City of Frankfurt (Germany) will survive. The Rhine valley will burn and no one will survive. I also see the Russian force…
They will continue unabated, killing everything. They will not rest at night because they have to get to West Germany where the many furnaces and fireplaces are.
Immediately, revenge comes from across the large water. US. However, the yellow dragon invades in Alaska and Canada at the same time."

Now, here is what Rebel News, an independent media outlet, has discovered. It is very interesting and it now explains why this prediction could really happen.

Transcript:

Feds beg Rebel News to drop investigation into Chinese military in Canada

Global Affairs Canada is threatening to close a legally filed Access to Information request if we don't jump through new hoops, even though they already took an illegal 380-day extension back in January 2021. This delay is unlawful.

When the Canadian government begs you to drop a four-year-old FOI request about Chinese soldiers training on our soil, you know you're over the target

The Carney Liberals are doing what they do best: dodging, delaying, and denying access to the truth, especially when it involves China.

Back in December 2020, Rebel News filed a very straightforward Access to Information request thanks to your support at www.RebelInvestigates.com.

We asked for records detailing all training exercises involving the Chinese military on Canadian soil since 2015. That includes how many PLA personnel were here, what they did, where they stayed, how much it cost, and what ranks they held.

And what did we get — four and a half years later?

We got a pathetic, mealy-mouthed email from Global Affairs Canada asking if we'd just like to forget the whole thing. The email says, and I quote:

"Due to an overwhelming number of requests and a considerable amount of work that remains to be conducted… kindly confirm if with the passage of time, you are still interested in receiving the information or if you opt to abandon the request."
Translation? "We hope you've forgotten what you asked for, because we sure as hell haven't prepared an answer."

They also added:

"Should we not receive a response by [May 27th], it will be our understanding that you are no longer interested in pursuing the request and that we may close the file, which will reduce our backlog."
So just to be clear: they are threatening to close a legally filed request if we don't jump through new hoops, even though they already took an illegal 380-day extension back in January 2021.

Let me be blunt: this delay is unlawful. The Access to Information Act has legislated deadlines for a reason. They are not "suggestions." This isn't optional. It is the law. And they've broken it.

But here's the real issue: we already know the PLA was here. Why? Because the evidence is buried on a back page of a federal government website.

In a 2021 Department of National Defence briefing note, it confirms that in January 2018, Canada sent a delegation to China to observe PLA winter warfare training. And in February 2018, the People's Liberation Army sent a delegation to Canada to observe our troops' cold-weather survival training.

It happened. It's documented. It's real.

So what exactly is Global Affairs trying to hide?

Maybe it's the same thing they tried to ignore in the Paul Chiang scandal — you know, the Liberal MP who was caught on camera discussing helping the Chinese Communist Party collect a million-dollar bounty on a Conservative candidate, Joe Tay. Chiang stepped aside, but the Liberals replaced him with Peter Yuen, a man with his own ties to Beijing-linked community influence groups.

That's not a bug in the system. That's the system.

And this isn't ancient history either. It's ongoing. To this day, Canadians still don't know the names of the MPs who allegedly collaborated with foreign regimes during the 2019 and 2021 elections. And none of the recommendations from the foreign interference commission were implemented before the last federal election.

Meanwhile, who's cheering from the sidelines? China.

A recent piece from China Briefing spells it out plainly. They say China is "optimistic" about business opportunities in Canada under Prime Minister Mark Carney. Optimistic. That's the word they used. Why wouldn't they be? Carney's Liberals can't even handle a FOI request about PLA training. What are the odds they'll stand up to Beijing?

So let's put it all together:

  • Global Affairs is unlawfully delaying a request about Chinese soldiers training in Canada.
  • The military exchanges are already confirmed in briefing notes — they happened.
  • The Liberal Party knowingly fielded candidates tied to transnational repression.
  • The names of compromised parliamentarians are still secret, years later.
  • And none of the so-called foreign interference reforms were put in place before the last election.
  • All while China gloats publicly about its improving prospects under a Liberal government.
This isn't just incompetence. It's complicity.

And now they're trying to quietly close the file? Pretend the public doesn't care anymore?

Not a chance.

We are not abandoning this request. We are not moving on. Every time they stall, we dig harder.

Because if the Liberals are this desperate to keep something buried, then Canadians deserve to know exactly what they're hiding.

We're just getting started.

In this video from Unacceptable Fringe, he goes through a series of X posts from Shaun Newman Podcast.

(13:34)

A quick summery from the Shaun Newman thread, during the Covid years, Justin's gov. wanted $500 billion dollars in spending but legally could only borrow $118 billion (33%) from the Bank of Canada. So, they issued billions in bonds to the commercial banks. Those banks then sold those bonds to the BoC. The BoC then returned "settlement balances" as digital money. Voilà, the economy was flooded with $400 billion dollars that didn't exist. The value of the $Can dropped and inflation jumped. There are more details in the video or from the X post series.
