I was going to write a review for this book, but it looks I can't. I didn't buy any book on amazon yet, and I don't have money to buy some book :(
I'm also waiting for paypal to transfer me money on my bank account on January 1st so I could send it to FOTCM, as I promised. I apologize for delay, I thought I would be able to use that money after 30 days, but they have different agreement with the financial institutions in my country, that is what they wrote to me when I asked them.
