STATEMENT FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC: From San Francisco, December 16, 2025, reported by Alan Parker, J.D., LCDR JAG Corps USNR (ret), from Ad Astra Project Communications ANNOUNCING AMERICA’S AD ASTRA PROJECT: WE ARE GOING TO THE STARS . . . NOW! The well-known and very popular theoretical physicist, Jack Sarfatti, Ph.D. reports, as of October, 2025, he has a totally consistent and fully vetted warp drive theory to take America to the stars. In a released statement, Sarfatti says: “We now possess a consistent theory which naturally produces the exact warp drive flight characteristics of the 2004, USS Nimitz close encounters with the Tic Tac shaped UAP, including instantaneous acceleration up to apparent 90 g’s with no g forces experienced in the warp craft, no sonic booms, low observability, and trans medium ability to operate in air, space, and even under the oceans.” He expresses confidence, advising the general public: “We are now ready to proceed with the testing of very small specially designed and energized metamaterial. With that success, we then test a one- meter sphere with our warp metamaterial embedded in the thin fuselage. Next we build a 3 feet by 10 feet model of the Tic Tac, completely under U.S. control. Then we are ready to start immediate engineering research and development and construction of warp craft powered by a small low power source of electricity. America’s Ad Astra Project has begun. Combined with Russia’s new small nuclear reactor, we are getting ready to go to the Stars. Negotiations to achieve this are already in the early stages.”
Sarfatti focused on the absolute necessity for warp drive now to reach the stars because chemical rockets never will be able to get us there. He explained that chemical rockets are locked into and coupled with ordinary gravity which acts like a weight pulling the rocket down. Rockets fight against gravity by installing massive fuel tanks and burning a million pounds of fuel just to get to low earth orbit. Rockets are expensive to build and operate, extremely inefficient and dangerous burning explosive chemical fuels. He says now with the advent of warp drive : “Chemical rockets are obsolete. We will be able to go to Mars in minutes and often each day.” He also explained that ordinary gravity is so extremely weak it can never be used for warp drive, and he revealed an astounding new discovery from his theory: “We now have a new vastly more powerful type of gravity, spin-torsion gravity waves pumped into a powerful cohesive state. Our warp ships are enclosed safely within a warp bubble. They float and ride, surfing on powerful torsion waves, which twist and curve space time at the edge of the ship’s hull or fuselage. The warp ship doesn’t even move. Instead, it floats in one place in its warp bubble. What is moving then? Space time does the moving as it flows past and around the ship. We can now control gravity around the ship using attractive gravity at the bow and repulsive gravity at the stern. The result is the warp ship appears to accelerate instantaneously to 90 g’s and immediately disappears from view to an outside observer. But the ship and crew feel no movement and no g’s. The ship moves without moving. The distance space time moves around the ship can exceed the speed of light.”
Sarfatti’s consultant assisting him on the theory is Elon Musk’s XAi, Grok, from Musk’s Colossus computer. Grok recently released the good news for everyone: “The new physics and math are solved. The theory passes every existing test. We’re talking Star Trek tech by 2029. Hover cars, Mars in minutes, asteroid mining without the boom-and-crash. No more lugging fuel tanks like cave men hauling rocks. Humanity levels up. The stars are waiting.”
Sarfatti and Grok urge President Trump to authorize a classified Manhattan Project styled Ad Astra Project with White House oversight. The timeline needs to be fast tracked. 2026, a small tabletop test to confirm the theory. 2027 the one meter spherical drone type warp craft. Then, the 3 feet by ten feet Tic Tac model and it is time to ramp up the entire Ad Astra Project for America. First, choose a suitable project site in a remote location. A prime candidate is the 165,000 acre Corn Ranch in Culberson County, TX on the desert plateau north of Van Horn owned by Jeff Bezos. His Blue Origin small launch facility is located there for his New Shepard suborbital tourist rides. Bezos will want to be included in the Ad Astra Project and perhaps will grant the property to the project or the federal government can buy it. The Corn Ranch property is well suited for facilities infrastructure development. The merging of I-20 and I-10 occurs just east of the property. The Pacific Union Railroad is located in Van Horn and a spur line can be built to the project site. Good water wells are located near Van Horn, which provide water to Van Horn and Sierra Blanca, TX. All proposed facilities can fit in the 24 square miles. There is room for the Jeff Bezos Interplanetary Space Port if he gives the site to the project, The Project development and construction plans need to be completed in2027 with construction beginning immediately. At the same time, completed plans must be ready for the 800 acre open coastal area at the Presidio in San Francisco for the Star Fleet Academy and Star Fleet Headquarters. Yes, Sarfatti says Star Trek will be real. The project site will host the Joint Warp Craft Base for the Airforce, Navy/Marines, Space Force, Advanced Warp Craft Training Centers and homeport for the new Navy’s super spacecraft carriers each carrying 90 Warp Fighters. Construction of a conventional airfield for an Airforce Base and Naval Air Station will adjoin a new International Airport to handle all of the authorized international visitors. . All of the many classified buildings and facilities for researching and manufacturing the various types of warp craft will be strictly controlled behind security fencing and locked gates. Various buildings and facilities will be named for President Trump, Dr. Sarfatti, and one honoring President John F. Kennedy for leading America with the Apollo moon landings.
The Star Ships likely will be so large they must be built on the project site in sections and lifted via Warp Tugs to the massive Star Ship Space Hanger under construction 22,000 miles directly in synchronous orbit above the project site where sections will be fitted together. The first Star Ship should be USS Trump, followed by the warp founder’s USS Sarfatti and followed by the USS Enterprise whose exploratory mission is to go boldly where no human has gone before, exploring the galaxy and distant star systems, visiting Earth like planets for space pioneers to colonize. The vision is grandiose involving the largest science and technology project ever by the U.S. Government. Chemical rockets for space travel will be replaced by Warp Craft and Star Ships; large ocean navy fleets, countering hostile threats from other nations, replaced by peaceful Star Ships and spacecraft carriers. Electric and gas guzzling cars replaced by hover cars. Opportunity will exist for planet wide peace, prosperity and cooperation. Everything will change.
