I think there is absolutely no reason for Russia to use nuclearweapons at this time. Their nuclear doctrine allows the use of nuclearweapons only if the existence of Russia is threatened and other weapons would not suffice to stop an attack.
I don't think we can use that as a reference for today, for many reasons.
The US used nukes in Japan when no one else had any.
I think we can, at least in terms of an all-out global nuclear war.
No, they're not. And this article is nonsense IMO. No idea why you posted it.
No, it's not. Here are two pictures of the factory before and after.
Hollow Earth underground civilization?? This is a great example of pattern recognition run amok.
They targeted the munitions plant because...
They are using white phosphorous at Gaza and Lebanon. The are still pushing of the bioweapon (Covid jab) at several countries, just to mention a couple of examples. So, I cannot eliminate the possibility either.
Wonder if it is more by sight (the mushroom cloud, that could be seen far wide)...
...this may be a case of the belligerents folding quickly? I hardly dare to have hope.
Also as to the overlords not allowing the use of nuclearweapons; the C's have stated that a nuclear war was fought in India in the distant past, if I remember correctly, and the use of nuclearweapons by the...
Water lines are excellent earthquake conductors, I think. A metal pipe filled with a vibration-conducting medium. Civilian infrastructure destroyed: we go back to medieval age bucket carrying. Nuclear shelters are no longer safe. "Battening down the hatches" are no longer a refuge since shelter...
'Strong earthquake'-feeling confirmed by Dnepropetrovsk residents after Russian Hypersonic KINETIC Multi-Strike
The warheads were separating into multiple, independently maneuvering hypersonic-kinetic missiles and performed a mass bombardment at the underground facilities, exploding UNDER THE...
Here is some info from Martin Armstrong - on the aftermath of the strike on Dnipro from "sources" in Ukraine:

In this post there are a couple of recent articles with comments and perspectives related to the opening of the missile defense facility in Redzikowo in Poland, the Russian response, and the relationship between Poland and Russia with excerpt from older statements by Vladimir Putin on the topic...
...likely be soon), the systems power and efficiency can be used in ways on ANY target within Europe that are comparable with the use of nuclearweapons. With three big differences: First; it doesn’t leave deadly nuclear radiation behind for ages, second; it can hit targets very precisely and...
...been at least some notification to European countries such as the United Kingdom or France in some way, since they have their own nuclearweapons and due to the defensive systems that detect the launch of nuclearweapons?
Regardless of the fact that in Ukraine Zelensky probably wants...
Putin met with the defense ministry leadership, representatives of the military-industrial complex and missile system developers, giving us more details on the Oreshnik missile that was used:
I think there are a number of options of what kind of missiles the russians just used in Ukraine (probably for the first time in real combat):
Notice that there are a number of OFFICIAL missile systems the russians have, that probably in some ways come close to “comet“ like behaviors because...
The Supreme Commander-in-Chief has once again put all the dots on I. There is nothing to add.
Заявление Президента Российской Федерации. Стенограмма - Российская газета
We have to wonder what passed through the minds of our Western leaders when the ICBMs were launched. The only reason for Ukraine to have been targeted with these as opposed to more conventional missiles is that they can potentially carry proper nuclear warheads (bigger than 'tactical'). So they...
Interesting.
My read on the Russian side (for about 4-6 months now) is that they have passed the point of negotiations in good faith, so I doubt that anything Ukraine/NATO does now would make negotiations 'more favourable' to them.
I wouldn't rule it out, but I'd be surprised if the Russian side...
Russia announced a change to its nuclear doctrine several months ago, where it can now respond with nuclearweapons to a non-nuclear attack on Russia by an enemy, either directly from enemy territory or from the territory of a third party. A notable caveat however is that such a response would...
Here's a plausible scenario for the NYT announcement, and the ATACMs strike - it is Ukraine's attempt to bring NATO into a larger war, not a Biden/Pentagon attempt to derail Trump's 1st term. Could be both, of course, but the author makes a compelling case for the former.
