signs in the clouds

Yesterday, when I was out for a walk, I saw a egyptian hyrogliph cloud, it was there for a realy short time, than it disolved. What could that mean? First I had to search which hyrogliph it is, because I had forgotten :-P. But now I wonder what it could mean... Thank you for your answers :-D.
