3-prong

Don't know that I can articulate this very well as it applies to Ponerology, but I was thinking of Castanada's(SP) notion that some people are 3-prong and some are 4-prong. Specifically though the 3-prong I think combines the physical center with a more genetic connection to instinctual impulse--or hereditary knowledge passed down through generations. What I am curious is that I about is that I think humans evolved the 4-prong physical center to have a less direct connection to the instinctual impulse?( not right word) so that objective knowledge in the mental center could be free enough to observe in terms of critical reasoning.
This is important because it allows an expansion of critical observation with respect to and individuals instinctual need, or quality to interact within a group. Perhaps a 3-prong would be less inclined to access the higher intellectual center if it when it endangered their instinctual need for security. So what I am saying is that while the 3-prong might have more inherent stability, they might be less able to handle changes, especially in regards to the social group.
I don't know if I am way off base here or if what I am saying is just nonsense but I was also thinking that some highly sensitive people are perhaps 3-prong, thus their other individual, lower centers are more hardwired into the instinctual inheritance. What if psychopaths are 3-prong organic portals? Could this explain the spirituality of many primary psychopathic groups particularly as it relates to the triptych and two-dimensional pyramid?
I just remember how Don Juan said that Castaneda was a 3-prong, thus the end of his lineage, and always wondered what this was about. And how does this relate to his books being a somewhat artistic descriptor of 4th way ideas and knowledge and reality?
