What does this mean? Why THIS action at THIS time? I might be stoopid, but i don't believe the following, 'cause Perez and the Israeli government has shown their faces already:

At the conference, Peres called for Israeli-Palestinian cooperation in energy supply, water distribution and building industrial zones, saying improved economic relations ''will have an extremely positive impact upon the political negotiations.''

Is this more sand thrown into our eyes so we don't see what's coming (iranian attack, but who knows what else))?
