A gray alien in my dream

A few days (or shall I say nights ago) I had a strange dream.
In the dream, I was in a dark room and I was talking to my aunt (with whom I haven't talked for 5 years in real life, after a quarrel).
In the dream, she gave me a hug saying: ''Thanks for taking care of my son'' (I did babysit my 15 year younger cousin,
on a few occasions, especially during my summer vacations, but that was 15 years ago).
As she gave me this hug, I saw a gray alien watching us from another room (which was separated by thin glass,
like those interrogation rooms in police departments). The very moment I glanced at the gray,
I woke up in fear with my heart beating fast.

I don't normally wake up when I have a nightmare, I usually want to,
but an unknown force wants me to remain in the dream, and ''suffer''.
But this time, it was different.

I had never had a visual dream with aliens in it before.
(I only had a few dreams before about UFOs landing in our village's bay
and all the people went to see them).

Indeed. The question that you may ask yourself - what do "aliens" in general makes you feel and what situation in your life that same feeling had previously occurred? I'm thinking about how your subconscious mind would record that "figure" along with your feelings about it and made the projection into your dream in respect to your family dynamic.

Your dream could be about an abduction in the past, or it could have been an etheric / dream abduction event. In the stories I know, certain species of the greys can produce lifelike hallucinations and invoke strong emotions in the subject i.e they could have had you talking to your aunt.

Also, It's not uncommon for people to dream about people that they don't see anymore, which they use to know well. this however doesn't explain the grey at the end... another explanation: your "subconscious" wanted to shock you.
